So I decided to walk in here to see what type of wig they have. They had a couple of cute selections and I wanted to get ready to try them on nobody was behind the counter. So I go to the front register to say I need help and apparently the wigs are closed. How the heck do you close just one retail item in your whole store? Make it make sense... -_- So they selling everything else but wigs. After some random time thats not even posted at the door! Theres no such thing as wigs being closed thats lazy employees and poor customer service. Please hire somebody who actually wants to work.

The owner acts too sure of himself. Remember we are the reason your store is still standing. When someone asks a question, it is only professional to answer them. Show some decency.The employees are nice but as I said the owner needs a slice of humble pie. Sky Beautys owners are much nicer.

Walked in was greeted by owner. Looking for a certain kind of hair.. the owner ask someone to help me . She had a bad attitude . So me nd my money walked out the door..

I love this place!

So I called at 6:05 and asked what time do the store close and the young lady said 6:30pm. So I checked the time and seen that I would make it at 6:25pm. I decided to drive all the way from my home to make it the closed the doors at 6:25pm not 6:30pm like the young lady just said. So they walking pass just looking through the door. It was two young ladies one with braids and the other with long weave just walking pass the door. Never shop here the do what the want when the want. This is not how you run a business.

Didnt find what I was looking for. This place need more helpers in their establishment.

I was brand new to the wig world, and the help there was very impressive. They didnt try and sell me the high priced wigs buy instead found wigs that had the personality i was looking for. 100% yes i will shop there again.

I love Claires the lady I call momma she makes sure you are comfortable in what you get and she makes sure it looks right on you and she guides you to the products you need.

I gave you all one star because zero stars is not an option! I hate coming into Clair Beauty Mart these days. The new manager is so disrespectful and walks around like she owns the place. She has a horrible attitude and is of NO HELP! The young lady who is on the cash register during mornings is a joy and the short dark skin manager they are the reason I even still shop at Clairs and you should thank them for lifting our spirits after they have been crushed due to poor customer service by your new manager. If youre wondering why youre losing people take a look at your new manager shes not a good look for business. I visited your store yesterday and wanted to exchange boots and your manager didnt even know how to exchange them (after arguing me down) thank God for your cashier who solved the issue. That place is going down hill shes going to run everyone out of there. Good luck!

Great product selection and good prices

Top one of two of my favorite beauty supply’s in Joliet.

Customer service was just really terrible. I had to ask for help without anyone asking if I needed Help. I’ve worked in retail so I know not everyday is a good day, but based on these reviews I see Customer service is lacking. Even when I asked For help she seemed like I was Bothering her.

Every every employee in the store has a beautiful helpful spirit!

Don’t bother filling out an application here. You will be fired wrongly with barely an applicable reason. And when you try to take legal action they will not cooperate. Don’t waste your time. Let them keep the rude employees

No one offers assistance...a worker at the counter Eating and the other with an attitude as if shes on prison work detail.I wanted wavy human hair for braiding and the cashier with a ring in her nose like bull said they dont have human hair for braiding. I was in disbelief. All beauty supply stores have human hair for braiding! Either she dont know their business or just plain trifling and lazy. I asked if she know of another supply store, she replied yeah but I dont know if they have it. I didnt ask if she knew if another supply store had it...pay attention.I bought some items and further felt like I was in a ghetto establishment because I had to present my DL n card because even running the transaction. I dont have a problem with added security but the nasty that go with it is not necessary. Needless to say, I will never shop this business again.I proceed down 52 to Larkin and made purchase at h&m beauty supply.

Very poor customer service! I walk into the store and all employees at the register having a social gathering. No one even acknowledged me walking in. Im waiting at the hair counter and no one sees me until I go behind there myself and look at the prices of the hair myself then they see me and want to get smart. They have a lot of products but unprofessional people working there.

Tried to call and ask the price range for clip in extensions and the lady was rude and said they won’t tell me over the phone LOL ok then, won’t be shopping here!
