I got my hair colored at the JCPenny salon in Joliet and I am beyond happy with my experience! I had Dawn and she was amazing! I came in wanting a certain hair color but because my hair was so damaged from having extensions and always bleaching my own hair, I created a lot of damage. Dawn was honest with me and told me what she recommended so I don’t cause anymore damage to my hair and I’m so glad I listened to her! I love the end result and for now on I will be seeing Dawn! She is the best and this salon is great! I highly recommend! Thank you so much for a great experience!

Best colorist Ive ever been to. Gone 2xs both with differnt stylist and I told them wanted and showed a pic of the color and both stylist went above and beyond. It even came out just like the pic I wanted but better. I recomded my friends their. Very affordable for all she did. I found my forever stylist. Plus they are all so friendly and didnt rush.

Worst experience ever! I went in for a long angled bob..my hair was down to my waist, I showed the girl a picture exactly of the length an style I wanted when she was all done I had a bob, not even angled. She still tried telling me is was long and I cant even put it up on a ponytail even though I told her I needed to keep it long enough for a ponytail.

Jose did an amazing color correction on my boxed blonde hair..that turned yellow...I love my hair nowThanks for making me pretty again.

I went in today to get haircut my appointment was at 1:00pm I got out of there at 1:20 they didnt do anything to my hair it looks the same when I got there so I had a girl name Jenny she said that she a master she did not do a good job plus she washed my hair very quick I was like thats quick ok. There was still little shampoo in my hair.

I was amazed at my awesome color and cut. It was better than a high end salon.

I havent had a bad experience here. Ive been here 3 times. There are different levels of hair stylist here and I always go with a master hair stylist. They always do a great job.

This is the only place I trust to do my hair besides my aunt the works downtown. Ask for a master stylist they are awesome.

I went to get a bob n they just ended up butchering my hair.i went back to get a refund n they said tbey would fix it ... Im sorry but if u couldnt do it the first time what manes u think im going to let you guys touch my hair again... Worst place ever
