This review is LONG overdue but always excellent service and experiences here. Everyone that I’ve interacted with is so nice! Ryan sold us our car and we are very happy with it, tyler in service is straight up about stuff and treats you like a friend, Blake has picked us up in the shuttle—super nice guy and Sonya feels like my Hawaiian sister at this point! She is hilarious and always sorts out the little details outside of your control. A++ all around and thank you everyone!

Aloha Kia’s service department on the big island is the best! For the very short time we have been here on the island we have had our 2011 Kia optima into them several times. Fortunately turns out to be for very small and minor things. They did not charge us an arm and a leg and were very helpful when the last time we were there we were told about a warranty issue that we were not even aware of. They repaired it with no questions asked and on our way we went. Sadly we are leaving the island and I will miss this service department the most.

I tried to post to Facebook but not good at this. This is my 3rd try and that should tell you something about their great service. Have you ever just had a bad day from the minute you woke up? Well that was the case with my 23 year of service retired Navy Vet. His day wasnt starting off good. He had an appointment with the service department at Aloha Kia and after it was checked out it was found that he had to come back. My Husband was disappointed and for a fact they saw that. Instead of brushing off a grumpy old Vet they offered to wash his car! I dont know if this is their policy and I dont care. These guys totally turned his day into happiness. Thank you for your help, kindness and the greatest service ever! A kind act of kindness goes a long way! My Husband called me on the way home laughing. Thats the best. Maholo

Frank was wonderful. I told him what I needed and not only did he listen, but he and his team did even better. They were all kind, patient, and helpful. I was dreading buying a car. Changing my review. After being at the dealership for a couple hours and being told my husband qualified for the truck we were looking at on his own, we were then told we needed a cosigner or $13,000 down. We got our Hopes up after being told we were approved, and then to be told, sorry that was a mistake was a big blow to us. Pretty disappointed that they werent clear in the decision about the credit, I wouldnt have wasted so much time there if I knew we didnt qualify.

I am totally impressed with the KIA line of vehicles... especially the Soul. It has become very popular, and for good reason. If you are lucky, you can still get a 2019 model for a discount. We bought a Niro hybrid that gets over 50 mpg. Amazing! My only complaint is the low trade-in price they gave me for my old car. So, better to sell it yourself if you want top dollar. Good luck.

Service is great!! My buying experience not so much..I found the general manager quite rude and aggressive.And I paid more then I should have but I felt very intimidated by him,and just wanted my car and to leave there.I love my Kia...and Andrew the service manager was awesome..Next time I will drive to Kona..to buy and I will bring a man with me.I do not recommend any first time new car buyer to go there,the experience was very unpleasant.But service department is great a very nice experience..

Bought a car from them two years ago the cvt transmission went out. the warranty expires in april. explained the situation to them in march, was then told they would take it back for a small amount towards a new car at double the payment.

Service manager, Andrew, is so helpful & professional every time I have my car serviced. When my tire had a slow leak he took care of it immediately. Now thats service! I ended up leaving with a new Sorento on that visit because of the awesome service experience of my previous vehicle.

I purchase two vehicles from this dealership and can say Im completely satisfied with the vehicles and the service the two downfalls would be the general manager who is very aggressive and pushy and the lack of parking. Though on the other hand all the salesman Ive worked with have been really laid-back and extremely helpful I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.

My son brought his car here for an oil change. He made an appointment, and they took hours doing it. Plus they did fixed something else which added $200 to the bill. Was not impressed.

Said our wipers needed to be replaced so had them replaced, only to have them bend the arm of the wiper and then not take responsibility because I noticed AFTER the fact. Ya know? Like when it actually rained! Nobody else ad touched them.

Worst service ever! Bought a used car that had to be shipped from Honolulu- told 2.5 weeks max. It took four weeks because they went the cheaper route and paid for standby with Young Brothers, giving us excuse after excuse. Finally went to pick it up, was told they would take care of inspection and registration- that was 5 weeks ago. Now I have a car I cant legally drive and I am losing work revenue. Went by yesterday and they havent even filed the registration paperwork. Time to call a lawyer and recoup lost wages.
