I originally went to a vision place in lincoln. Very expensive and fancy. My contacts always bothered me and my glasses were not very clear. I went here on a Sunday and the exam was quick and I left with a pair of contacts and instantly had that moment of clarity that you can only get with a perfect prescription. Worth it and at lower price than other places.

Took my son here the other day. I’ve been going to eye doctors myself since I was 10 and I can hands down say this was the worst experience of my life. Extremely rude staff. Would never go back or recommend.

I was at walmart vision today to get 2 pair of glasses. I had the paper work from the doctor and i just needed to pick out frames. i went in and said i needed glasses and walked over to the glasses, the two girl and i do mean girls just sat talking to a man. i dont even know if he was getting glasses. i waited picked a pair i liked walked to the mens frames looked at them, went back by this time im up set i put the frames i picked back. walked up to the girls and said i would get my glasses somewhere else since they dident what to help me. by the time i got to the stop light i realized i put my glasses on the rack as well, i was that upset. i worked in Shopko for 12 years i opened the . i know its no longer here but when i worked there, there was customer service.In the whole store.i

Crappy service completely unwilling to work with you. Cant pay on the day your glasses arrive yet it takes 2 weeks to get them. Wont even allow me to have my previous prescription information. Do not go here.
