My experience with LensCrafters was amazing. Misty helped me find the best pair of Plano Ray-Ban sunglasses to fit my face. She was fun, energetic and made me laugh a lot. Made finding glasses fun. She also adjusted them to fit me so they don’t fall off.

It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Duane Kovarik, Donny, and Rachel at the LensCrafters store located at the Conestoga Mall in Grand Island, Nebraska. The doctor is friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humor. Donny and Rachel are also very professional, courteous, and patient. They skillfully and competently ordered our glasses, which completely matched our expectations. The glasses arrived at the store within a week. Highly Recommended.

They dont tell you if they accept your insurance until the very end of the eye exam. Then they proceed to charge you for odd ball services to avoid it being picked up by said insurance. Avoid this fraudulent establishment at all costs.Edit: I got a response from lenscrafters on Google reviews to contact their customer service. I contacted them and received no response after a week.

One lense was made incorrectly. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until I had my yearly eye exam and the assistant who used a machine to read the prescription from the lenses discovered it. Since it had been over a year they would do nothing but say “Sorry”. I won’t be going back.

Dr. Kovar is a very good eye doctor, thorough, polite, professional, and friendly. The staff at Lens Crafters are pleasant and obliging. And the store has a big selection of frames to choose from. I appreciate the service I receive there ( today was my 2nd or 3rd visit), and plan on keeping them for my eye care.

This Saturday my Husband and I went looking at Glasses as He has a Prescription to be filled..He was Trying some on and The Ladys Had to of seen what he was doing.I was Looking for Signs that States Dont Touch due to Covid If need help Ask?? Nothing But Im sure There will be after this Review😉😉..The lady came up to him after 15 minutes of him trying on frames and Says by the way you need to put them in this Basket and She was Rude.Then,asked what did he needed?Then Proceed to walk away while he was Talking to her..Again,I realize Covid is a Big thing but Maybe the Techs need to be paying more attention and Telling People right away..This was Not a Busy Afternoon Less then 3 Customers in the store..

I was in a jam & couldnt get in anywhere for about 2 months. They helped me out & I was very thankful.

I ordered new glasses following an eye appointment and was told to expect then in 7-10 days, which (at the latest) would be a Thursday.Still nothing, no call, nothing. I called them asking if they had arrived No were sorry, theyre going to be in next Thursday.Okay. No big deal... Next Thursday comes around, no call, nothing. So I call them again, asking if theyre in yet. No were sorry, they havent arrived yet. I wasnt given a time or date to expect them either...Im not necessarily angry at how long Ive been waiting, Im more angry about the lack of communication. Not once did I recieve a call saying that they wont be in, or theyve been delayed...

I had new glasses I purchased from my optometrist...not LensCrafters. No one could get them to fit me properly even after 3 adjustments. I had been to LensCrafters before and had a positive experience . So on a Sunday I went in hoping someone could get my frames to fit me. Let me tell you...Gary was AWESOME! In less than 10 min he had them fitting PERFECT! My next glasses will be purchased at LensCrafters! Thank you Gary!!

If customer service if important to you, go somewhere else. Ordered my sunglasses and told they would be in after 7 days. I called THEM after 7 days and was told they were reordered because the frame was defective when they arrived. Okay, it happens (but why wasn’t I informed?). I called THEM a week later and was told that the left lens was incorrect and had to be reordered. In the same phone call, she said something about their system and they were behind (Wait, so have my glasses even been ordered?!). I again called THEM another week later and was now told my frames were back ordered! (Wait... What? After 3 weeks, now they are suddenly back ordered!). I told her how frustrated I was and only then did I receive a phone call from them a couple days later giving me a promise date. They still didn’t come in on that date, but the next. Whatever. That doesn’t matter. Because his whole time, I never was upset about how long they took. I was upset about the lack of good customer service I was receiving. I understand things happen. Even if they would have told me that they messed up and didn’t get them ordered, I would have understood. But no, I am told 4 different stories. So either my sunglasses are the unluckiest sunglasses ever, or they lied, and lied, and lied. And they continued to act like I was upset because of the time, even after I explained it was the lack of service. So I go in yesterday and pick them up, and not one “I’m sorry”. Nothing!!! All she said was “I remember these, they were backordered.” Really!?

If I could give no stars, I would. Eye appt was set up quickly and that’s the only positive thing. The eye doc gave me the wrong prescription, didn’t properly fit me for contacts, barely spent any time with me.I wasn’t taught the proper way to put my lenses in nor how to remove them. I was given lenses “close” to what I needed and was told to wear them even though I said everything was blurry.I returned to the store the following day and requested trial contacts that were my actual prescription. The woman was beyond rude and should not work in retail. Those mostly worked and was told my vision wouldn’t get any better, so a few days later, I returned to the store to order a months worth of lenses.They said it could take up to 5 days and I had a weeks worth of trial lenses.8 days later, I call the store because I still haven’t received them. They never ordered them.I made an appt in Kearney and it was the best thing I could have done for my vision. My prescription is now correct, the doctor personally fitted them to my eye balls...we tried many different types and combinations to get it right.I will NEVER go back to LensCrafters again.

Dont waste your time going to this store. The general manager assumes no responsibility and tries to blame the customers when it takes them more then 4 days to place an order. However, if you can find a store that has a good manager the corporate staff was super nice to me and did everything they could to fix the problem and never once blamed anyone other then the general manager.

The ladies there are more into joking around than helping to get the correct glasses for the customer. There are times to joke and there are times to be professional. Be professional when you are spending $400 hard earned dollars on glasses.

The staff is friendly and prompt to help in pinch, even if youre from out of town just stopping in for a minute. Would highly recommend since theyre convenient, fast, and friendly!
