Decent service for the amount of customers there, but need a price chart go things other than shipping.

I was looking for a notary and I saw that this store offered appointments on line. It was the only store I saw in the area that offered this. I filled out the on line form and reserved a time slot. I arrived and told the clerk what I needed and he told me that they only offer walk ins and the person that is the notary would not be in for another hour and a half. Why would you offer appointments on line but not use it? Because I needed this done I then had to search out a bank that could fit me in. I will not use UPS Store every again

The staff if extremely helpful and I am always pleased with the service I receive at this location.

Manager is extremely rude. He charged a random $10 fee to pick up a package, no code to even charge was even available on the computer. When I asked why this wasn’t covered in the $30 I paid for shipping he said to call customer service because he couldn’t refund the charge. Then I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service only to find out that the manager is the only one that could fix that. When I came back to the store he said that he could not speak to customer service and that he could charge what ever he wanted for services. Completely disrespectful. The delivery driver had more customer service than the manager and even offered to pay the mysterious charge, which I quickly declined.

Best UPS store Ive ever dealt with. Employees are consistently friendly and helpful. Always fast and a pleasant experience!

They manager lost my packet, and he refused to take care of my situation. Bad costumer service. I hope nobody else have their packet lost.

Was having a bit of a rough day and John brightened it plenty. He is very kind and helpful and the atmosphere between him and the other employee at the time was very welcoming.

I think it’s a breath of fresh air to see some new faces in this store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. For anyone to say they thought that these people did not know what was going on was obviously having a bad day and looking to take it out on someone else. I was in and out of there with no problem and this store has definitely earned my business. Reading some of these negative reviews is almost like bitter ex employees trying to bring this great store down. Thanks UPS!!!

The new faces are awesome. They are friendly and funny. I will definitely be a repeat shopper. Prices have increased a little but that is to be expected with everything in life. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the store.

I have a great experience every time I walk into this store. Everyone always has a smile on their face and always greets every person that walks through the door. Able to answer questions quickly. Speedy service and always trys to give the best deal possible.

There are some nice people, but the bad ones with hella attitude outweigh the good employees. Its sad because I can tell the ones with good attitudes get put out by the ones with bad attitudes. I was just there today and the lady that helped me made it very clear without saying anything that I was just another annoying customer. I have social anxiety out the yang and its just sad to me that some people cant seem to do the actual job. They just show up for a paycheck.

We love using this UPS store for all our shipping needs. The staff is reliable and friendly and the customer service is great. If you need something shipped and dont want to pack it yourself we highly recommend going here. Since weve been using the UPS Store we have been able to avoid the post office where you always have to stand in long lines. Their printing services are great too and the quality is excellent. A good thing to know, this store is the last stop for UPS, so if you drop off a package before 6:30 pm it will still go out the same day!

UPS nor AMAZON can tell me where my package is this is not the first but the second time in less than 24hrs my package has been LOST! No I am not happy no one can give me any answers but wait ! I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WAIT I ORDER ITEM FOR A GIFT EXCEPTING THEM TO BE DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER !! NOW I HAVE NO GIFT NOR THE MONEY TO GET ANYTHING ELSE!! I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY JUST AS WELL AS ANYONE ELSE AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS!!! NOW I HAVE TO TELL MY SON I DONT HAVE HIS GIFT THAT HE WANTED! I paid for shipping and handling for it to be lost REALLY !!! Y’all work hand and hand so I don’t see where the problem come in at I do not live in an area where theaft is a problem.

I do frequent eBay selling and Amazon returns and use this UPS store frequently for shipping and printing. The staff is always helpful and able to help meet all my needs easily. I highly recommend this store.

Great UPS Store. I have never had to spend more than 30-60 seconds when dropping off packages many many times. If that isnt quality service not sure what is, and honestly Dave you wanted to buy packaging from an entirely separate parcel service to overnight using another parcel service then didnt expect an up-charge? Come on man you didnt think that through. If you wanted to use USPS... go to USPS.

I am that person that always wants to write a review but after the experience is over, I kinda just never get around to it.Ive been to this store probably 10 times. The 1st few times, I thought it was just a fluke that the service was flawless. I figured, id wait it out- they would mess up eventually... well, 5 more visits later- they are still delivering 10/10 service, and I dont give that rating easily. They know customers by name, they hold doors open, they are polite and friendly, they are never not working, and they dont make you needlessly wait. Theyve helped me save money with my shipping and explain the process during.This review is coming from someone who spent their career in the restaurant business, before getting into nursing- which is also very service oriented.Keep up the good work!

I always have a great experience at the UPS at Hunters Crossing. Ryan is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I love that they are now open at 8am!

The people are really nice and will take care of whatever you need BUT VERY EXPENSIVE $$$$. For example, 3 notaries = $24, 20 page fax to next state over = $21, employee witness signature = $5, etc. Really large retail upcharge on boxes, stationary, and packing supplies. Also, for shipping, the post office will be much cheaper for small packages and envelopes, including overnight with no Saturday fee.

On Saturday the 23rd I was with my brother-in-law to return a package. One of the people working that day scanned the return label from his phone and finished the return.Today, the 27th, a different person refused to even look at my phone and charged me $1.00 for me to email the return label to them. Inconsistency promotes a lack of trust.

Was running late and called up there and spoke to Alex, he stayed open past closing and ensured my package was shipped, cant remember the name of the other employee there at the time but he was helpful and courtious as well..Great guys, great service, my favorite place to ship out packages in all of Gainesville!Thanks guys
