Pictures not accurate. Units are SMALL and DIRTY. NO SECURITY AS IN LOCKING GATES. Only 2 dollys for the whole building. And temp control was in the 80s was almost cooler outside then in the ac units. Save yourself and go to 6th st location I wish I would have.

No staff, has to drive 6 miles to other location to get answers why pads were not working. The dont answer local lines; it goes straight to corporate and the locals dont communicate with corporate about problems.

Great experience with this facility. Kali was super helpful and patient. Whenever I had a question, she was able to provide a helpful answer immediately, whenever I needed help (if I locked myself out or couldnt find the courtesy car) she would assist me immediately.

Great staff. They were helpful on phone while I was out of state planning my relocation.Accommodated all my needs upon arrival. Online checkout and vehicle assignment would have worked fantastic, except I was missing the additional reference documentation to complete it myself.Seamlessly took care of a vehicle upgrade based on my changing needs.Remember too, Uhaul gives first month free of storage with any truck rental.

They put a padlock of their own on my unit despite the rent being paid in full and up-to-date, and it took five days and dozens of contacts from me to get them to remove it. I missed a vacation because I couldnt get into my unit, and they didnt seem to care at all. Ive tried contacting the owner of the location several times over the month since, asking if the rent can be pro-rated for those five days, and he wont answer. The staff here are truly awful, and the facility is as well. Also, its not 24/7 like they say it is. I was told when I booked the unit that I would have 24/7 access within a month, but 8 months later its still just random hours during the day. Do not recommend this awful place.

Smooth rental process but for a local move, make sure you have a Florida ID, lease agreement or utility bill handy if you dont

You gotta drag your stuff a long ways through 5 doors not convenient at all! Do not recommend. Not to mention dead insects. The girl that rents them out very nice but this place sux! Way over priced also!

Its good for last minute moving. But the units are raggedy. The ceiling is falling in and there was a mouse or rat trap in my unit . Plus its not 24/7 like it says. Which sucks for us working late.

This used to be Security Mini Storage. When you moved out, they would prorate the rent for the month. U-Haul bought them out and they no longer do this. I can understand not doing it for new sign-ups going forward. However, it was a bad business decision to change existing contracts holding over from Security Mini Storage; these should have been kept as is. I was not aware of the proration change and moved out way earlier than I could have. Perhaps they gave notice of the change but I cannot help but leave a bad review due to this greedy money grab policy. I will look elsewhere for my future storage needs. Also, IF YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH SECURITY MINI STORAGE WAIT UNTIL THE LAST FEW DAYS OF YOUR TERM TO MOVE OUT SINCE THEY NO LONGER PRORATE THE RENT!!!

This place is a total dump; dead roaches everywhere, ceiling falling apart, smells moldy, there’s one cart in the whole building, unit doors seem like they are made out of cardboard, you have to exit your vehicle every time to enter the gate code because of how the box is placed (they want you to purchase/rent a remote), suuuuper over priced. It’s like the Projects, but U-Haul.
