Edwina and Wendy are absolutely great! We rented a u-haul from a spot in Kansas City and that place screwed up our paperwork something pretty bad. Edwina and Wendy got that straightened out no problem after going quite out of their way. Renting a storage here was also easy and for a good price. Definitely remaining a customer of this joint.

Store manager Edwina is truly a joy to interact with; I came in for a small Uhaul rental and wound up being a little late to my customer since we had such a great chat, haha! I’m not pleased at all. My unit is small. And kinda ratchet looking with stains on the flooring. For $88/month. I expected better. And certainly have paid less for a better storage. I’m definitely going to find something else. Then switch. I also don’t like the fact that the there’s no access after 8 either. I’m not pleased.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Personal Mini-Storage on SW 34 St. I’ve had to set up and rework (2x) my storage situation outside if their normal way of doing business and their customer service is AMAZING! I’ve dealt with Tiffany and Joe (manager) and they’ve been patient, kind, understanding and Tiffany has gone out of her way, now that we’re here, to be accommodating and make sure we have the best set up for our needs and budget. In addition, there was another customer in the office with a different but similarly complicated situation and Tiffany just kept reassuring both of us to take our time and work with her as needed.

Jim is great to work with very friendly and accommodating! Everything was always clean and taken care of around the property. It’s easy to get in and out. We moved everything out recently and Tiffany was awesome offered us waters as it was 95 that day. She got everything set for our departure efficiently. Great place highly recommend!

Friendly, not pushy, wants what is best for you. This is my experience with Personal Mini Storage. The gentleman there is extremely friendly, didnt push me to make take a unit. He told me about all the sizes and didnt argue about the size I finally picked. I would use this storage facility again. They have made my move easier.

I have been a customer at personal mini storage for about a year. They have been great. Friendly, helpful staff. They set me up with moving boxes and a U-Haul truck and gave me a bunch of free cold bottles of water while I was there. The unit was clean and well lit. Good hours to access your unit. Good security. Better prices than other places I checked.

The place is by far the most unprofessional storage business EVER!Not only was the MANAGER only focus on sales. THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN ANY FEES UNTIL LAST DAY FOR MOVE IN. This company is will quote you 89 monthly and raise it last minute after SEVERAL CLARIFICATIONS VIA PHONE THAT it would only be $89 + tax monthly. They also dont even put the security deposit towards the bill. It goes to an administration fee that they NEVER TELL YOU ABOUT! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF MONEY HUNGRY SHARKS THAT WILL NOT LOOK OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST AT ALL! I WILL MOT RECOMMEND NOR RETURN TO THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE!
