Dr. Patel is excellent with children and we used to have to go back for multiple refitting and headache complaints at other optometry places. Now the glasses are always right the first time. She is amazing. You can also pay off eyewear on your penny’s credit card which is a bonus!

I highly recommend Dr Patel and the staff. They were all awesome to deal with and patient with me. Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and understood my current eye conditions and well as the one I was born with. She does a through exam and explains everything. I had never had it explained so precise before.

I’ve never had glasses or contacts but recently my vision has gone south. The doctor and employees made an uncomfortable visit welcoming and comfortable again. The doctor is very knowledgeable, patient, and wants to help. She is honest and makes you feel very comfortable about what’s going on and takes the time to explain things to you. The ladies in the front work endlessly to help you find glasses you actually like at a good price.

The oak mall is open for the most part. I paid $459.50 for pair of glasses. June 2nd will be two months since I ordered them. There must be a way to retrieve them. Left several phone messages. They did not care to respond.

I feel the comments on here are unfair. This optical is always very busy and the staff works hard to accommodate everyone, and there is a reason why they have so many customers... because they are affordable and efficient. And the optometrist is very knowledgable and approachable. I never had a problem with an order, except once when my glasses arrived and I could not see correctly with them. They were willing to return them and order new lenses for the glasses without any problems. You also get reward points for retail purchases. Cant beat that!

The doctor is perfect and very friendly, but the girls who works in the shop are non comfortable and non friendly . They dont want to help you and if you asked them some questions they gave you a boared look and they got mad . Also, they look to each other and made a mad face without respect you!! It was my first and last visit and I will never try to visit this store again because of them.

I love the optometrist here! I continue to have my eye appointments here even if I prefer to purchase glasses online.

The doctor that works there is great; however, the older white lady who is one of the front staff members is not very helpful and rude. I went to just pick up my glasses and the older white lady closed the place 5 minutes early. When I asked, Can I just pick up my glasses? she told me that she closed up shop and that shes already out the door. What kind of customer service is that?

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes 2:00pm - 2:05pm 4-7-2019 with no other customers in the store. No acknowledgement from older lady at register who was too busy looking at her phone to notice a 6 tall 200lb man had walked in and was standing three feet from her

The doctor is great and friendly but the glasses here are badly made. The glasses broke at the part where they are screwed together, only after a few months. The pair I got broke within the stated warranty but they refused to replace them without me paying an additional fee. This place will nickle and dime you... and I dont appreciate that. The customer service is also terrible here, the two front desk people were very rude to me when I came in with my broken glasses. AVOID this place, there are better and cheaper options on the internet.
