I shattered my phone a few months ago (the major spider web cracks), then the other day I dropped it again and now the LCD had holes and colour bars in the screen. This is my work phone and now its starting to flake out on me. After a quick Google search I went here and the man behind the counter was very fair on the repair price, was in and out quick, customer service was amazing. If I manage to kill this screen I know where Im going.

They were able to fix my iPhoneX after a very hard fall on the phone then it being in water for a long time. He kept the phone over night and I got it back in good working condition. Definitely would recommend them.

I was here with my brother to get his phone screen fixed, he told us he would have it done in a very timely manner and it was done within 15 minutes, coolest Indian dude I’ve met.

This place is a joke. Opens in the morning but no tech shows up to actually do the repairs till 5pm and is way over priced. Any good review is probably from friends and family. Terrible business practices.

Overcharged, Doesn’t tell Customers what he’s going to do with the phone. Make up random problems with the phone in which he charges you for that. Told me “ he was going to try something out “ later came back with the screen replaced and told me to pay in which I then told him I never told him to replace then he told me “ if I give your phone back that’ll be $50 “ COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Horrible, I asked him 5 times if the parts he used were original and he told me yes. Came home and the display he put on my iPhone xs max is the worst display Ive ever seen. He charges $250 for cheap displays. What a joke, will be going back to get my money back. Theres a difference with lcd, oled and amoled. Samaung makes the most beautiful displays for iPhone and galaxy. Difference between lcd and oled is night and day. I will be getting my money back! Do not recommend this place to anyone.

They refused replace phone they sold after having it 2 weeks an phone went out. Telling me its my fault .as screen lifted bc of cheap glue they used. Glass not broke no physical damage. Sorry a_ _ service .

Took an i phone 7 here to fix screen. They fixed it but totally disabled the phone to where it had to be completely wiped and restarted to work again. Took the phone back and they were gonna double charge me again just to plug into a cpu with itunes and wipe it clean. Im not sure if it could have been avoided but to double charge me to finish the job 100% is not right. I have had an iphone fixed elsewhere and did not have this problem. I think they did it on purpose just so they could charge double. Will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well. Snake businesses like this dont belong in Gainesville TX. Go somewhere else and screw people over.

Has repaired several issues with mine and my kids phones with no issues. Replaced screens and Batteries for us and always does it in a timely manner. He knows i need my phone for work so when i drop it off he usually gets to it right away.

I had my phone taken there because of charging, and buttons not working. He said it would be ready the next day but later found out that he had left it at his house. Came back second day in the morning and he was not there. When I came back in the afternoon i got my phone but apps had been tampered with and the screen was scratched which I expected. What I didnt expect was the screen to be lifting. the home button to be tilted and off centered and it charges 1% every 2 hours now. I spent $120 on this and I am very upset.

Been without phone over a week, called thursday since they said it would be ready only to find out they sent my phone off to another shop which i had no idea would happen, told me it would be ready sat ...now its saturday and they say its not ready and will be monday! Awful customer service .. wondering if Ill get my phone bk

Went up there to get my iPhone 8+ screen fixed. I got it back with my front camera not working and with a black screen not white because they said if I got white screen my home button won’t work 🙄🙄

What the heck I take my daughter phone because it was cracked and it was not wanting to charge right he said ok it look at fix the screen but never would fix the problem to why its not changing rite after three time so I called to ask if he can replace the battery oh this guy hang up on and block me before I could ask him now that is bad business u did nothing to phone but u sure act guilty wow I will never use this place again

They were knowledgeable but a little misleading in their sales tactics. They told a customer while I was in there that they only buy phones for parts in order to lower the value of the phone. I felt bad for the customer who didnt know better.
