My wife and I were in need to upgrade our S7 phones. When we walked into the Verizon store we were greeted immediately at the door and told them what we were in for. The sales associate asked us what phone we had and asked us what we liked about our phones and wanted to know what we were looking for. The sales associate brought up our account and told us what options we had and said the S20 FE would be the best for our needs. He did not pressure us to get the latest and greatest phone, he goal was to make us happy. Our new phones were not in stock but he reassured us that they would be in within a week and he would give us a call once they have arrived. The phones arrived 5 days after purchase and we got the phone call immediately and said we would be in the next day. The sales associate took the time to get all of our data transferred to our new phones and applied the screen protectors to the phones. We did not realize we ordered plastic screen protectors for the phones and he took care of ordering tempered glass ones and said once they arrive, we can come back in and he will be more then happy to install them for us. My wife and I are very happy with our phones and happy we were not pressured to get a phone we did not want. We will come back to this location for our future cell phone needs.

Friendly Associates. The young man that helped me to getting my phone working properly looked just like MosDef...we had a great laugh with that, and we were all very pleased with our service.

No one likes having to spend money on a communication device. It is a necessary evil. The Verizon Store was close to our home and convenient. The service by the Verizon staff member was excellent. See if this last place can help or drop Verizon and go with another company that can also assist with TECH issues and are not just Sales people.Arriving at Verizon on 13th street, they were very but, but we were lucky to have Alijah Babbs waiting on us. Patience - hard working young man. He not only assisted me with my phone but also help training another young man and another couple in the store. Never was anxious or rattled with all the people.
