Caleb did awesome! I came in thinking I was about to spend a fortune on a replacement charging port and Caleb swooped in and saved the day! He cleaned out my port in about thirty seconds and it worked perfectly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a true asset to the company. I had an iPad that wouldnt turn on and took it in to the store to get it checked. This was on a Saturday morning. They said they would diagnose it and give me a call on Tuesday. They did not call and when I called back they said they needed another day and would give me a call. That time passed and they still didnt give me a call. A couple days later I called again asking about the diagnosis and then was told that Ipad could not be fixed. In my opinion they should have called me and not have taken so long just to diagnose it.

Very rude manager and rather not deal with a customers IPhone if it looks like a lot of work. My phone was smashed and somewhat bent, I talked to them on the phone and explained the condition and just wanted to get screen temporarily placed on by just clicking in the connectors and seeing if my Home Screen would show and allow touch. They said sure no problem, get there and dude says no we can’t, me knowing you can simply pop the connectors off a already lifted screen and just pop the new screens connectors to at least see if the display works, was disappointed that they did not care to give it the time especially because I explained the phone does seem to be responding to charge and even the silencer and home button respond. ORANGE PHONE CARE HOWEVER took literally 10min to pull off the screen pop in the connectors to my disbelief a functioning iPhone only a messed up exterior. Only thing that took time was transferring my broken iPhone to THE IPHONE I GLADLY PURCHASED FROM THEM FOR AN AMAZING PRICE! Go to Orange Phone Tech ended up retrieving my memories and getting a iPhoneX 250gs+, case and screen protector for 350!!

I have used their services on three occasions. Each time I was met by courteous, professional staff who explained clearly and politely. The first time was an iphone that was not fixable. Had to go to Sprint for a new phone. Second time was a laptop keyboard. The guy explained that I could buy one online for about $15 and easily fix it myself. And I did. The third time was a PS4 that had quit working. They worked with it for several hours, and pronounced it fine. Our power cord is either broken, or it had come unplugged. All three times I wasnt charged anything for their services. Definitely worth the effort to go there first before buying a new device.

They fixed my phone super fast and the front desk worker was super nice, helpful and very fun to communicate with. She even put on my screen protector for me as I asked her to do so and made it fit perfectly.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my phone and these guys gave me a few different options. In the end, a good FREE cleaning of the charging port was a good solution for the time being.Really appreciate when a business doesn’t push me to the most expensive option, but instead try to work with me to find the right balance between cost and need.I won’t think twice when it’s time to repair my phone or any other device.

This place is awesome. I just went in and I told Caleb that the phone volume on the earpiece was not working and i could barely hear anything. He cleaned the earpiece and handed me my phone back within a few minutes and it is working fine. No charge and no trying to say I needed a new speaker for earpiece. (See details below!)After experiencing a hardware problem with my laptop (wouldnt boot up), Antonio came out of the repair room to give it a quick look rather than having me wait 2 weeks for a diagnosis. In less than 20 minutes Antonio found one of my 2 RAM sticks/chips was malfunctioning, removed it, and had me up and running again with the one that was still working at no charge!! When comparing local tech repair services, they were the only place whose website gave me a quote, so I knew how much it would cost before scheduling. I came late in the day and they had to keep my phone overnight, but let me know while I was dropping it off in case I couldnt leave it. I had brought in another phone for a diagnostic, and they fixed it while I was waiting by scraping out the charge port while I was there (I had already tried this but apparently did it wrong). They could easily have at least charged me the diagnostic fee. The repair they did was perfect, and cost what they quoted me. Ill definitely be back next time I need tech repair.

Absolutely terrible. You guys didnt even try hard at all to fix my phone. I was told it would take about 5 hours, which I was not in a rush, but days and days went by and I never got a call back. I had to come back on my own only to find out they deemed my phone as unrepairable. I then took my phone to Orange Phone Repair on 34th, and they were absolutely marvelous. They were nice and professional, actually gave me a call, and, guess what *GASP* they actually fixed my phone! All it needed was a new screen and a battery recharge. I knew it could be fixed because the phone could still vibrate. Not to mention they did a much better job gluing the screen back together than ubreakifix did last time I took my phone in, but thats another story. Its fortunate they didnt try to charge me for not doing anything, or else that wouldve been a whole different situation.

I had a pretty banged up IPhone8plus but it still showed signs of life and responded to switching silencer, home button, and still held charge. I call and explain the condition and ask if they would give it a chance and just pop on a temporary screen through popping in the connectors and leaving me a hanging screen to see if a display showed and possibly touch to download my phone (i was completely willing to pay for the screen, service or whatever even if it was just to put a new screen on a totally smashed frame for a second and get things off my phone), they said yes and fairly nice too, said they could help me since the manager just walked in. Get there and the manager totally rude and did not want to give my phone the time of day. I’ve replaced a screen or two before and they practically only needed to unscrew the screen since the glue is lifted with the broken screen, pop off the connectors and pop on the new screen to see if the phone was workable and get me out of their hair. but they straight up said no at the counter after telling me different on the phone when i already explained because of the frame. CALL ORANGE PHONE TECH took them 10 min to do exactly as i described and they popped in a battery since it was dead not because it was damaged. Thing that took the longest was the iphone transfer TO THE NEW IPHONEX I GLADLY BOUGHT FROM THEM, along with a otter case and lifetime screen protectors! spent 360$ and walked out a billion times happier than when I walked out of ubreakifix!

Im sure it depends on what issue youre dealing with/product/brand/generation/etc. but my experience was flawless. Called ahead of time, explained my problem with my cell phone (damaged LCD display), they understood, said they had the part, and gave me an estimate. I came in, dropped off the phone, and when I picked it up later in the day it was in perfect condition. They looked into the phones warranty without me even asking and saw that it was covered so I ended up paying nothing!

You know that saying Good, fast, and cheap, you can only pick two? Well this place is 0/3. I left a phone with a cracked screen with them overnight, and was told it would cost $50 to fix and be ready the next day at 11:30, noon at the latest. When I got there at 11:45 they hadnt even started it and told me it would be another 45 minutes, so I had to leave work a second time to pick it up then. They wound up charging me $60 for it, and theres a yellow discoloration at the top of the screen that wont go away. So they took longer, charged more, and did a worse job than promised.

They gave a printout of costs, phones condition and repair plan, in advance. The pjhone was done on time, the same day.Its great to have this valuable electronics repair resource, here in town.

Took in an old PS3 that wasnt working. Did free diagnostics on it, but was unable to help me because they didnt have someone to do the soldering . No big deal. They stated to check back with them in a month and they should have someone to fix it. I appreciate the honesty and free diagnostics. The only reason it wasnt a 5 star experience though was that there was a floor rep that was hard selling their subscription base repair program to all the clients. Which is totally fine and I totally appreciate the hustle of the floor rep, but dont ask someone to sign up for a repair program when you are returning equipment that you couldnt repair. Its just the wrong time. Like I said though, I appreciate the free diagnostic exam, the willingness to be forthright about the intended repair, and quick turnaround time.

Brought my phone in on Tuesday to have a repair. Then came on Thursday wasnt ready came back on Saturday still not ready after waiting over an hour for my phone to be repaired. Having to reschedule another appointment. You need more staff and a bigger facility if you are so busy as the manager stated. Lady in front was told her phones were ready and they were not, she left displeased.

They really need to work on there customer service skills. 2 of my 3 visits they only had 1 person at the desk. With them only allowing a few people in at a time you would think they would staff better 2 help get people in and out. Then when they did have 2 people at the register, by the time it was my turn they seemed 2 rather leave me standing there than 2 be eager to assist. Since there pretty costly, I would expect better service than this.

I took my laptop in with what I thought would be a complicated and expensive issue. The technician opened it up and fixed it fast. It didnt even need new parts! I am thoroughly happy and thankful.

I sent my phone in to be repaired. And when I got my phone back I had to go back due to the fact that they broke my speaker and had trouble with my keyboard. Wait for that to be fixed. To get my phone back to find I still trouble with my keyboard. I will not be going back to them as they were incompetent in fixing the issue. And I had no intention of waiting in there near 30 min line to get it repaired for the 3rd time that day.

Was told phone would be ready by the end of the day. Drove an Hour to pick it up The NEXT day and they hadnt even started on it. Told people ahead of me in line that their phones would be done by the end of the day. Came Back for the 3rd time in the morning Like I was told, still not done. Came back. 4th time to pick it up, and they didnt put the screen protector on it like I asked 2 times. They were all super nice, But I ended up having to drive a total of 6 hours.. so that sucked.

Dropped off my PS4 to be diagnosed a week ago, today I call for a status update. First Im told its being repaired, I asked what the diagnosis was and how could they proceed to repair without consulting me first. Then Im told its in que to be repaired. So I asked what is the diagnosis. They told me that it looks like it needs a new harddrive but they will give me a call in a few hours to let me know. So theyve done NOTHING not even a diagnostic. But they will lie about it. 72 hours turned into a week of wasted time. Going to geek squad instead.Update: after calling and telling me my device was fixed then calling the next day to say it was not fixed, I came to just pick my device up because obviously they have no clue what y are doing. Now Im here getting it and they dont know where my power cord is and they brought one out saying that this should fit it. I asked why my cord wasnt tagged with my device and he said he doesnt know there was just a bunch of cords together and he found one he thinks will fit it. This place SUCK big time

Amazing customer service. Was able to make an appointment online with no issues for my diagnostic on my son’s Xbox game console. I appreciate the staff for acknowledging they were wrong for fixing the issue versus diagnosing and allowed us to have the console without payment. This made my son’s day since he had been without his game system. I will recommend this company and this particular location to anyone looking for quick turnaround (despite being swamped for the holiday) and integrity with their customer service. Thank you all again for everything!!!Update on 02/12/21:Went to this same location with my son to have his PS4 and controller diagnosed. Was asked by a female staff member what it was doing and we tried to explain. I stated I had a photo which I would look for in my phone. She left the counter without any explanation as to when she would return (I found the photo in less than a minute). We stood to the counter while she was in the back talking to another staff member with no acknowledgement of our being there. After standing for a few minutes, we left. Check the tape from about 550pm. The customer service the first time I visited this business was amazing. However, I will not recommend again.

I was unable to get charging cord into the port on my iPad mini. Took it in prepared for the worst. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me!!! Part of a clip from charging cord had come off and was stuck in the port. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!

IPhone users beware! When I asked the technician if these were OEM parts (a fancy word for replacement parts made by Apple), I was told no.I decided to take the risk since it was explained to me that OEM parts would make the repair cost more. I did the repair and notice that both upper corners of my iPhone were blacked out after the repair.I asked if they could redo the repair and was told by the manager that the screen is functioning properly (i.e. being able to swipe and so forth) and that a second repair could not be done even though the upper top corners of the screen were blacked out.After having this experience I wouldn’t recommend this place for iPhone repairs to anyone.edit: in response to the owner reply (1) the warranty wasn’t applicable according to the manager because my screen as he replied was “functioning” (i.e. being able to swipe left, right, top, down etc) even if the top corners of the screen were blacked out (2) I called the provided the number and was told to describe my experience and was told somebody would contact me back which has never happened. (3) the time spent going back and forth to getting this resolved doesnt justify the cost to replace the screen and in the future will just get AppleCare with future purchases of my iPhone were at least I can be confident of my phone being repair properly and in a timely manner.

The service technicians are friendly but unfortunately my experience with a screen repair wasnt that great. I brought in my iPhone and it was returned with blacked out edges on all four corners on the screen. At the front desk they said they would look into it once more.So I come back 4 hours and again the same issue even with a second screen put on. The service rep informed me that it was an issue with their vendor and that the screen was functioning so the repair was done and I would now be charge the amount due, I responded that the edges are still blacked out and that doesnt qualify as the repair being done.I asked for a refund which they did, but before they gave me the refund they replaced my phone with a damaged screen from somebody else’s damaged phone (shows how much they are concerned about sanitation during a pandemic).Again I think the service technicians are friendly, but I wouldn’t trust the technicians at this business to repair phones (especially iPhones). Just make sure if you do decide to go here to check your screen throughly (edge to edge), because it appears they dont test to make sure the screen is properly functioning fully before they give you back your phone.Here are the name of the technician involved in my repair:Caleb B.
