Very disappointed in this store. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years. I have 6 phone lines and was attempting to add a 7th line and two devices (moving them from AT&T). We paid a $90 fee to have this done incorrectly. The employee and manager were also extremely rude and lied when we went back into the store. I would recommend dealing with the customer service 800 number, not this store. I will not go back to this store again.

Do NOT use this store. The service is awful. when they make a mistake, they lie about it! The manager got involved and lied as well. I had to talk to the customer service 800 number to get their mess straightened out.

Katie was super helpful and showed she knew her stuff. Her customer service was also spot on. Not 4 stars because she took on the brunt of the customers which involved my transfer from phone to phone not going as planned and had to try twice So she had to fix that. Also had to go back for them to switch my SIM card out. I believe if she had some help this wouldn’t have happened. Would definitely recommend going in and asking for Katie. Give that girl a raise!

Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because theres a disconnect between the stores computers and what customer service is able to see. Long story short, I want to upgrade my phone and have Jump2.0 which allows me to do that. The in-store system doesnt show that I have that feature, so I didnt upgrade today. Called customer service, they said the store computers dont always show everything, which is where the mix-up is coming from. No fault of the helpful staff, just an issue with the system.

Kaitlyn went above and beyond when I came in cause my phone was stolen she really handles her job in professional and polite way. She was extremely above expectations and I was the one opening doors so much hope I aint mess up her count but she deserves a raise seriously. She is on point with all aspects of her job and more with a smile too. God bless her for her above and beyond customer service.

Beware‼️ T-Mobile employee from Archer Rd store says this isn’t a corporate store. Their through a third party and don’t get half of the training the actual corporate store’s employees get which explains why I’ve had a horrible experience there. They have no clue what their doing.

Wow my husband and I came here today to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile so i ask for the promotions they have going for the new customers and nobody had a answer so i ask for a manager and she came out to help me but ran into a old friend and walk away from me and started a whole new conversation with someone else as she was hugging on him and completely ignored me the WORST service i ever experience from T-Mobile and mgr. Lindsey. I rather stick to Verizon before i get treat like this again . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

I would give a 0 if I could. I never leave reviews ever, but this place is terrible. The store manager is completely unhelpful, on account of a mistake SHE made and refuses to answer my calls back. She should be fired... I’ve seen her in the store act like a big child, and I didn’t expect to run into issues, and of course when I did, she results to again, acting like a big child, ignoring a customers calls back and being hyper defensive over an issue her and her staff members made... it’s just ridiculous.

Unhelpful staff. There were two people in the store. Both were seated and on their phones. Barely looked up to even acknowledge my presence. One was an older man with red hair, the other a younger Black woman who seemed like she was new and still learning the ropes.Both were extremely lackadaisical (especially the older man) when I asked questions. A lot of one word answers, without explanations. I came in to upgrade. They were not eager at all for the sale and I ended up walking out and visiting the T-Mobile in the Oaks Mall where I received attentive customer support (Thanks Samrah!)Huge difference in customer service.

On Jan.18, 2020 which was yesterday me and my wife, 2yr old baby and 8yr old son, decided to stop by Tmobile to get new phones making the switch from sprint to tmobile, so as we entered everything was going nice & smoothly we chose our phones this caucasian employee Reynaldo who was helping us seem high or drunk or something, he couldnt do anything correctly I ask him about promotions for customers switching from sprint to tmobile he had no information to provide, as he was setting our account up he was lost he continued to ask the African American employee Kaitlyn for help, so I asked Kaitlyn would she please assist us because I didnt want my account or anything messed up because Reynaldo was so unprofessional, long story short about 30min later after we picked our correct plan now it was time to port our number over from sprint, Kaitlyn got rude saying she didnt know how to port number over and there about to close, so my wife was telling her that it wasnt that difficult so as I was given my wife my other phone to call tmobile Ms.Kaitlyn lost it and said we was rude and she want us to leave the F**king store or she calling the cops, so we ask why we done nothing wrong were customers, she said Im calling the cop now get the F**k out so after make sure I got my ID card back we left the store without getting our phones because Kaitlyn got angry with us, this Kaitlyn lady is a very rude person and should be employed by a great company like tmobile period, we was there for over a hour with our small kids and left as unsatisfied customers and had the cops called on us for no reason totally unfair.

Your better off at the Archer store. Most of the employees were fumbling around to answer simple questions. Don’t really know what they’re doing but they did it with upmost respect and good customer service.

I really wish I can rate this place 0 stars the amount of upfront rudeness at this facility is upright disgusting I visited this location 6/11/2019, I waited a few mins for 10 am to come around and still had to wait a few mins after for the place to fully open about 10 after, when finally open a heavier set white woman started assisting me or so I thought she will tell she started with one promotion then went a completely direction from what I originally asked for. Another person walked in, im guessing a friend or relative of sort walked in she walked away from me went to assist them and told them not to worry I was in there for questions looked back at me and states someone will be here after 4 that can assist what you need better. Weather just a quesition or purchasing a phone I shall still be treated as a a valued customer. Long story short I ended up walking out confused and lost.

Avoid at all cost. They are very deceptive, and tell you things are FREE then you have to PAY FOR THEM. The manager told me we would get a free tablet with the phone we just purchased, then one of the workers said it would be $20 a month! They told my wife when she bought her phone that you get free accessories, Well guess what... We paid for them.Not only that I went into the store and was mistreated and ignored. Would have put 0 stars if I could. This is the 2nd time I have been mistreated at this store. I do not recommend going here unless you want to get scammed and lied too.

Mariella(manager), Chelsey and Jose...were working yesterday @T-Mobile on nw 13th street. I came in in a panick because my cellphone(prepaid) was unable to make calls or receive/send text. The phone was perfectly fine hours prior....and I had already tried EVERYTHING I thought might be the problem. These ladies (Jose was working on another project with a display) were able to fix the issue in a few minutes. They were knowledgeable,courteous and professional. I was not charged a single penny and was not pressured to upgrade or purchase more accessories and had an overall great experience. Needless to say the issue was something I would have never figured out on my own had I not stopped in. I would have been changing every setting in my phone,probably further exasperating the problem.Thank you Mariella and Chelsey!!P. S. Mariella knew exactly what the issue was and Chelsey followed her instructions to get my phone back to functionality!!

Rude and disrespect to their customer, he kick one of the customer because she ask him a question that if she can keep her phone number, he lost his timber and start yelling screaming front the customers telling her to get out without no reason. She didnt know why. I was a witness and I hear him from out side for that I didnt go inside to deal with their business. I am glade their is a camera to see whats going on I dont know if the T-Mobile know about it but this is a very bad employee work their he shouldnt treat the customer this way.

This is a no star place my wife went to get phone from this place trade in. 1 AT&T note 8 2 s8 the phone never work right she take back the phone gave them back there phone the damn thief in manager girl said they where going to pay off AT&T which she didnt so I say give me back my AT&T phone in which she doesnt not every time I went back she as been hiding in the back but guess what see u in court soon blood sucker stay away that black slim manager girl is a damn thief
