When visiting the store located at 14206 west newberry road on Friday 9/24, I was told by Justin, that when trading in my phone for an upgrade, that I would also receive a free Apple Watch 6. After tracking my device online, I noticed that an Apple Watch SE was ordered, not a 6 like what was told to me. When going back to the store and speaking to Justin, I was told that the SE was a 6, that it’s a 6SE, they came out at the same time.. the SE is a completely different model but per Justin I was getting the same as a 6. After explaining over and over again how they were different, he switched to I never told you you were getting a 6 and then attempted to escort me out of the store. Very poor customer service, staff is not educated on what they are selling and sadly Justin is the manager at this particular store.

Absolutely stay away from this store!! If you do go in, do not get service from the redhead sales associate, he is absolutely rude. He spoke to my wife in a degrading way and then got upset when she left the store. She informed me of the situation, I called the store and the guy was absolutely the same way with me over the phone. I suggest you shop elsewhere and do your AT&T service elsewhere

Back in February AT&T was running a promotion for gift cards if you signed up online for internet and cell service (in separate offers). I had a question about the internet coverage where I live so I called this store to confirm that I could sign up and told them about the promotion I was hoping to qualify for. I was told that I did and that if I come in to sign up then they could just apply a credit to my account instead of getting the two gift cards. Sounds great right? That sounded fine to me, so I agreed.Its almost July and I STILL dont have any credits on my accounts. The last reply I got from my text from the salesmen was that the manager was applying it and it might take 3-4 pay cycles. Things take time I understand but I signed up in February. Thanks for the bait and switch guys. Glad I could help you get your commission. I was told I was going to get credit on my internet and cell service, but nope. Two salesmen told me I was going to get this. Where is my credit? Ive sent a few texts but at this point Im being ignored.

Our service was sketchy and AT&T mgmt said it was because we NEEDED to upgrade our receiver box. The manager said it wouldnt cost us since it was to fix a problem. I could not get the coupler to enter box. They sent a service person who forced it in. The problem persisted. Then they charged us $100 for the upgrade they required of us, so they lost our business.

Today was awesome I only came in to upgrade my phone to the 11s max. I knew I would have great graduation photos. But we all know sometimes their are blessed people that have exceptional service hidden at stores. Today I feel like Kimberly was the one. She actually help me save during a pandemic time. She told me about the other services they had in the store. Her product knowledge and experience was elite. She listened to me and help me gain trust in her decision making about my existing cox services. They found out what we were looking for we picked out two new phones and within minutes we were looking at all our discounts and we were on our way to purchasing the phones. When I first walked in, one of the employees looked over at me as he was helping another customer and said (as if I couldnt hear him), looks like someone has a rough night out last night. This was extremely offensive, especially considering that I was literally walking in to switch service providers. Is this how you greet your customers? Lost my business. Id give 0/10 if I could.

I am writing specifically about a wonderful employee named Oliver. My stepmother was having a terrible time with her phone and figuring out how to use it after it had a recent update. At almost 91 years of age, she was very frustrated and in tears over it. I took her to see Oliver not once, but twice....for a total of almost 2 hours as he reviewed the same stuff with her and helped her get the instructions written down. He was very low pressure, inviting, caring, patient and encouraging. He is a superb employee..... He is a saint! Thank you from Olivia.

The employees are not properly wearing their face masks. They pull the masks down to under their chin when taking in customers face. On May 12. They just want the comission on selling a phone and the virus is making it difficult for them to hard sell you on a expensive phone that you dont want. If you are there for curbside they try to get you to come into the store :(

Lavant was very helpful and we got a new phone buying services with att. Poor employer manners by Mercedes who glared down my Fiance buying a phone. She even took her mask off to show her displeasure before disappearing. Store also charged us an extra $32 fee on our credit card that we got no receipt for. Be sure to ask for everything in writing before you pay here

Came in to purchase a new iPhone. Sure would have been nice except this store is staffed with ONE person. Forget getting any service. None. Cant even answer a question because he is back logged with customers and you can hear the phone ringing constantly in the background. Walked out along with another customer who could not get service. The service is absolutely non existent.

The rep I worked with in the store was excellent; too bad he works for such a horrible company. My problem was beyond what he can take care of so with him listening in I called AT&T customer support. Even he was shaking his head over the telephone support people. In short, I triedAT&T service because I was promised that if it didnt work I could return within two weeks with no charges. (It didnt work and I did return & AT&T confirms that.) Apparently to AT&T no charges means $112 regardless of what their sales rep said. The phone rep called the sales person a liar; AT&T apparently cant say sorry for the misunderstanding and cancel the charges; and customer satisfaction is an alien concept. I will *never* consider AT&T service again for anything.

I had the best nicest young man helping me with all my needs! He was so knowledgeable in all areas from phones and how they work inside and out to all the plans for Direct TV, phone, and internet. Then reassured that if when we get 1st bill theres a problem with the changes - to just bring in and he would help get straightened out. So nice to see customer service again. He was a pleasure to work with and if we decide to change our cell phone service - he will be the one we go to for help!

Don’t go there. They fool you to open account. If that’s ur only choice, take a pen and paper write down whatever they promise you to open the account (have them sign), otherwise they deny their offer. If you have a record that will be even better. I would give them negative star if google have. Terrible experience. Will never work with at&t.

This AT&T store is the best I have been to in over 20 years! Our Sales Associate, Kimberly, was recently able to bundle all of our tv/internet/phone services, which will save us money every month, and the Store Manager, Xavier, helped us through a tough time when our accounts got hacked last year. If you want the kind of attention you expect from a small business, coupled with the product offering of a large corporation, this is your place.

Went to get my Hubs a new phone. The guys working were super nice, but definitely live on commission. My husband is very happy with his new phone and they helped up transfer his photos and such to it, which was really cool. If you have to go to AT&T, go to this one.

We had a fantastic experience here. I was so nervous to go, because in the past going to phone stores has been hellish. The guy who helped us was so funny and down to Earth and got us a really great deal for Internet. He gave us his phone number to text him if we had anymore questions. The man came and installed the router and jack the next day and was very nice and professional. We haven’t had any problems with our internet or billing since we started with AT&T nearly a year ago!

I was removing the ability to make phone calls or use my ATT phone while overseas. The program they installed worked well, but it never gave a summary of how much free time was left, nor did it notify us that time was running out....it did run out. There should be an easier way....regular notification of time used or automatically increase amount used.

It is Tuesday about 7.23pm and I came in to pay a bill. The kiosk was down so I waited to be helped by one the customer service employees.two were busy and the other two were just handing out I wish had got his name, big guy with long black hair.Standing around. Doing nothing but joking around with a female employee while she scrolled through Facebook.It would have taken them 5 mins to take my money and pay my bill but I sat in there for while bout 10-15 mins listening to them joke around while I’m waiting to be checked in or something. Then when I’ve finally lost my cool, the employee demanded I showed him some respect.Respect? Are you kidding me. Worse encounter I have ever had at AT&T.

I walked in at a busy time, so I knew I was going to have to wait a bit. I wanted to exchange my personal phone, an iPhone 5, with a Galaxy S8 Active and buy an iphone 7 128gb for my girlfriend. I made it pretty clear I just wanted to buy the phones, get the Galaxy activated for use, and I would be on my way. Any time Ive been to an At&t store this takes a whopping five or ten minutes to complete.They do not prioritize anything at this store. At&t would have made whatever percentage of profit they make on a 1500.00 purchase in ten minutes, instead I waited an hour and a half for a sales rep to figure out what a customer was doing wrong . . . . . . with his flip phone, to only allow an older woman who hadnt signed in to take up another 15 minutes of time needing to know the steps to save something to her favorites. Then I watched this same sales rep, the very one who took my name an hour and a half ago finish with the people she was dealing with, get up and mess around with her phone at a kiosk.I was literally the next person in line, but after 1.5 hours of waiting I just got up and left. Three sales reps were busy with difficult customers (really, there needs to be a line where sales reps are allowed to just say enough is enough, I cant help you), and one that had no interest in making 1500.00 in sales in 10 minutes for At&t.Also, to the women who brought in the dog with a fake service dog vest, you are complete jerks to the kind of people who actually need services animals. It was quite clear when your dog couldnt sit still, tried to run around everywhere, and yipped at everyone who walked in, that it was not a service dog. I hope they were all out of the phone you had wanted to buy.

Representative who attended me was extremely unhelpful. Woke up to a phone that just wasnt receiving or transmitting audio through phone calls and I simply wanted some troubleshooting help or tech support. Told him that I tried restarting my phone, both soft and hard resets to see if thatll help and he literally grabbed my phone and said lets try one more time and if doesnt work we will probably need to buy a new phone or make an insurance claim... Really? The only solution was for me to buy a new phone while the phone I have is not even fully paid off or an insurance claim for a phone that isnt paid off. He made it clear that they were just a provider and have nothing to do with the phones and software themselves and those were pretty much my only two options unless I wanted to travel hours to an apple store. The worse part is, family from five hours away were able to call AT&T tech and they gave me three different solutions in priority order and guess what? My phone is up and running like new. Soooo what exactly is the point of hiring all these representatives if they dont even bother trying to help?

When in to purchase a phone. While purchasing the phone the Lights Went Out the salesperson decided that this was a great time too have a conversate with the employees and not take care of business. I was told that he could not take care of me because the lights were out and is Android was not working. Well Im from the old school and before they had Androids they have pencil and paper. You dont really need Android to answer questions. Im just saying.

This store is a reseller, not an official At&t store! For most things, it shouldnt make a difference, but for switching from a micro SIM card to a nano SIM card, it means that there is a $5 cost instead of being free, which it says online on the At&t website. It would be better to just go into the official At&t store.Also the store is continuously understaffed, I waited 40 mins for 2 people ahead of me. After that they were nice and waived the $5 fee (that wouldnt have been there if I went to an official store) because I waited so long.Rating three stars because the staff was nice, and they fixed the small change I needed, but the wait was too long and I heard during the hour I was there two separate times the employees advised customers to call At&t customer service because they didnt know how to fix the issue.

Walked in needing to switch two existing phones on my plan. Walked in and had several employees say they would be with us in just a few minutes. Took a couple of minutes before someone came over and took my name down And said there was one person ahead of us. There wasnt many people in the store so figured it wouldnt take too long. There were several employees just walking about and said hello and they would be with us momentarily. After ten minutes, one employee called for the person ahead of us and no one responded and after calling their name again they went to the back part of the store and didnt come back out. We waited another 10 minutes and no one had called us or approached us about anything. Annoyed, we got up and left.Unbelievably horrible customer service, and I cant wait for my plan to end so I can switch back to Verizon Wireless. Can you hear me NOW?!

I originally had a good experience with this store but that has quickly failed. Does anyone ever answer the store phone?!!?? The rep I originally worked with gave me his work phone number but either never answers his messages or NEVER follows up. I am so incredibly disappointed with this store. When I do go into this store, you are not recognized when you are entered because everyone is to absorbed with their customers or themselves to even say they will be with us and there is no type of check in system when they are busy. Even when they are not busy, to be acknowledged when someone walks in takes sometime. Has the art of customer service been lost??? I left Verizon due to their horrible customer service and I feel like I have left one company to come to another with equally bad service. I feel like I was sucked in and now I am regretting the switch. I have not gone to any other store because this one is convenient to me and I feel stuck.
