My fiancé and i were renting a truck to help us get some few odd and ends from our old house. Since the company offers free cancellation, I did not foresee any problems. When we got there and tried to checkI’mWith our phones it was more complicated than we thought. I am 62 years old and retired from a civil service job. My partner is 50, a retired social worker who has has a back surgery which left her with a plate and four screws with them wanting to do a second back surgery because her back is curving to the left, she has alsoHad a right knee replacement and needs a left. She went in because shecould not get the outside check in to work. The manager proceeded to tell her before she gets sat down good that she appeared intoxicated because she stumbled when she got out of the car. I guess that her handicaps would make anyone walk funny. She then proceed to tell us we had “burner phones “ which we just switched to iPhone with AT&T. She also stated that we had to cancel a reservation yesterday but we can’t move heavy furniture so we had to wait on someone to move it to us and they could not help until today. The woman used our age, disability and our lack of income by having a prepaid phone not to rent to us. I didn’t see any of those requirements on the paperwork. I did meet the uhaul requirements. She judged us and it may not have been because we are gay but certainly because of age and disability .

Over priced! Teisha is the only reason this business gets 2 stars. She is very nice. 10 by 10 for $100 a month.

The man that helped us here was really friendly and very helpful. My pap just passed away in September and we sold the farm and had to get everything out of the house. The U haul that we got was very roomy and was good to drive.

Very nice lady the truck was clean i would recommend this location to anyone💯
