I gave it one star .. it used be very beautiful store to shop .. The shelves were full of everything and organizes... Now you walking it looks trashy, boxes all over the floors never been open.. it looks so ghetto and both managers run the dollar tree have no management knowledge...

So my mom and I were waiting in line for 10 minutes, were at the front, and no one comes out until theres a line behind us, the people behind us decided to ask aloud if anyone was around to check us out. Someone comes out the back room and she decides to take the people in the back first and completely ignores the fact we were waiting for 10 minutes. Unacceptable and unprofessional, keep an eye on your registers to avoid this problem.

Place is disheveled, and untidy, products are thrown everywhere. Cashier didnt say hello, the other employee brushed passed me without saying excuse me. On the plus side, the store in general has lots of items to choose from and a good variety of name brand products. The Workers need training on being polite and courteous to the customers.

I go this dollar store on a regular basis and it’s typically clean and organized. As of lately since covid the store hasn’t being well at the upkeep. I walked in and you could tell people were putting there carrying baskets in one pile that were used. A simple spray down would of been enough, but the employee just picked them all up and stacked them back on the original pile.

I was welcomed upon entering the store. I was asked if I needed help finding anything. Everyone that worked there smiled and made me actually feel welcomed there. The store manager was very helpful as well. Truely enjoyed shopping there. This is the only dollar tree that made me feel that way.. this is the only dollar tree store that I will shop at.

There is a sign on the door saying masks required but I guess that doesnt apply to employees! Easy to see that dollar tree doesnt take covid seriously and isnt worried about even attempting to stop the spread. The manager walked all over the store without a mask on! Its selfish, and how ridiculous to have the sign up when the employees dont even follow the rules!

I love this dollar store! Great place, cheap prices what more could you ask for. Party stuff is always in stock, great stuff for your kitchen, bowls, paper good, just a great store. Had a problem with a homeless person always begging at the door but they managed to get him relocated and so people were no longer harassed.

Terrible employees. I love the dollar tree but this specific one has rude employees all the time. Today I went and needed a super quick thing but the line was long so they opened a second register and closed it as soon as I went up to them. I tried to speak with them but they ignored me and left. They’re always loud and not friendly. I don’t plan to come again.

I used to love Dollar Tree until I started working there. After working there and noticed how fake the so called unprofessional manager DONNA is I quit and will no longer shop there again. She is rude and has a nasty attitude. She was also very rude in the middle of me helping a customer and giving the customer my full attention because thats what good customer service is. Even the customer who I was helping said she was rude for walking between us while we were talking and didnt even say hi to the customer. On top of that she told me I did her a favor by quitting. How professional is that!! Clearly her little manager position has gotten to her head. Ill be calling corporate to file a complaint though. Ill never shop there again. I dont deal with rude and disrespectful people.

I love going here. Everything is a dollar. Something are less. I like going because I find interesting things that they bring in. And I love that they are open until 10 pm.

Friendly staff / products well worth the price I find items at Dollar Tree that I cannot find at other more expensive stores. And many of the products come from and are produced in the United States.

This review is a compilation of planned visits to this store(1713 1/2Garth Rd. Baytown, TX) from 12/2018 to 3/2019. Im a loyal Dollar Tree patron and typically shop weekly for household items and craft supplies spending between $50 - $60. However, I have not shopped this location since the 2nd wk of Dec 2018. Not because of any issue with merchandise or service but simply because whenever I visit the store they DONT HAVE ANY CARTS. I thought that maybe I was having a few unlucky visits at the wrong time of day so in Jan 2019, I started charting the day and time of my visits. No matter if it was 10am on Monday, 2pm on Wed, or 6pm on Sun, There were NO CARTS or CARTS THAT ROLLED in the store. I always walked out after seeing that there were no carts. I did this for three months. So shopper beware. I currently shop at the Dollar Tree just past IHop on Garth Rd where I am happy to always find a cart waiting for me.

This store definitely has A LOT of merchandise for a dollar but - unfortunately, the most desirable/highest quality merch is out of stock.
