It was my second time here yesterday, I just walked in to get a couple of supplies. I really like the assortment of shirts they have, Im moving on that side of town and glad to know there is a store I can pick up some supplies, and not have to drive to NW Houston to get them. Yay! and the young lady that rang me up (didnt catch the name but has blonde hair) was so sweet with my little ones, even though it was for a a couple of minutes it made all rhe difference! ☺

I bought a roll of pink heat vinyl and it ruined the jacket I was trying to put it on. It melted the plastic the vinyl was covered with and the vinyl would not adhere (my heat press was on the correct setting) My friend told me she had the same thing happen to her and that they replaced the vinyl and told her they sometimes get bad vinyl. That wont fix the ruined jacket but at least I wouldnt be out the vinyl so when I came down this weekend I was explaining to the girl that was checking me out and she stated that she had never had any complaints and that she wasnt aware of any problems, so I told her my friend had told me it happened to her and that she was told they sometimes get bad vinyl and that they replaced her vinyl, then the girl changed her story and said sometimes they do get bad vinyl. She didnt offer to replace it or anything. I drive from Dallas to shop here and I was disgusted with her lying then telling the truth after I told her someone it had happened to and then not doing anything to make it right. The customer service has always been lazy and without knowledge but today the lying was just ridiculous.

Have been in here a couple times with my wife getting vinyl to male shirts. The people are very friendly and have a pretty good selection. The pricing on everything here is very competitive.
