Stopped by to look at an Audi Q5 that was listed on their site. Car looked clean and Anthony seems like a nice guy. I asked what the best price was and he said the price listed on the site. Then I asked if there were any other fees. Anthony said $999 dealer processing fee and $1995 dealer prep fee. This should be listed on the site as it was a long drive back to Annapolis.

BUYER BEWARE: I’m currently at a dealership right now trading in the car they sold me. I’ve had to put $4000 dollars into since buying it. They get all their cars from auctions and fix them up enough to sell. That’s it. My car didn’t last a month before issues arose. And they sell all the cars AS-IS. Don’t waste your time and money

Contacted them every day for a week over facebook to get an out the door price on a unit. Clearly, they arent in a big hurry to sell anything. Despite my original message stating my intentions, home state, and method of payment.. I received one message back asking what state Im in (which I had already answered in my first message!) and never heard back from them again.TRASH!

BUYER BEWARE ! I was completely fooled by these reviews. Very shady used car dealer . Sold me a car with multiple hidden problems & a fake state inspection they wasn’t even valid. When I spoke with Andy on the phone about the issues he laughed. Just save yourself the trouble & buy from a real dealership. Don’t make the same mistake & waste as much money as I did.

My cousin and I were looking for a car and we decided to went to this place expecting good service and friendly staff but there wasn’t. There was two guys, one of them was pretty nice and friendly but the other one it wasn’t that friendly. He tried to help us but at the time we told him what car we were interested on, he started to looking at us, doubting about us if we’re available to pay off the car. I feel like he was judging us because our appearance. Honestly i don’t remember his name but it was so unprofessional and unethical from his part. Whatever if y’all trying to go to this dealership I’ll suggest to think twice.

I found two (2) cars I wanted to test drive. I called to verify hours of operation before heading to the lot, due to COVID concerns. I felt more comfortable purchasing from a lot rather than a person, as I am a woman. I arrived at the lot around in the afternoon. The office is inside what looks like a small trailer. I was apprehensive about going inside because of COVID concerns. I saw a few people outside looking at cars but no representative. I looked around and peeked inside the office, a man waived me in. I did not want to go inside but it was apparent no one was coming out to greet me. No one in the office had masks on. There were three (3) men inside. Once inside, I asked about test driving. The man behind the desk looked at me as if I was speaking another language. Mind you, no one said hello or can I help you. I repeated my question. He pointed to a sign that said to test drive, one must be pre-qualified. I was paying cash, so I did not need a credit check. Well, he said - open your bank account and show me the balance for the car. Ummmm....NO!!! He then proceeded to tell me that the price listed did not include taxes. The two cars I was looking at - one $11,000 and one $15,000 would actually be $14,000 and $18,00 (with added taxes). I said so....let me get this straight. I can not look at the car that is for sale, nor test drive - unless I show you my private bank account information and balance for a cash transaction AND taxes are $3,000 extra???? No thank you!!! He explains that this is due to COVID concerns and disinfecting. BUT, no one in the office had masks on (except for me) and....the ventilation had to horrible inside the tiny trailer. Sure, your main concern is COVID :)

Bought a Chrysler Town and Country from these guys and they were awesome! They were super nice and not pushy at all. Made the entire process super smooth even with a small hiccup when they took the van to get inspected before we left there was a issue with the brakes that they had fixed right away for me at no extra cost. I would certainly recommend this place to any one in the market for a quality used car.

Everybody was very friendly here, however I have definitely had a very negative experience here. They listed the vehicle I was interested in and eventually purchased “as is” with no dealer warranty or anything like that. I understood the risks and ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle anyways so perhaps this is my fault but nonetheless... I soon found out that these guys flat out lied about the condition of the vehicle/components, aftermarket engine modifications, exhaust modifications, as well as a tune that was done on the vehicle (they said they were positive there was no tune on the vehicle and that it was “completely stock”). I am still happy with the vehicle I purchased (I had the repairs and whatnot done and restored it to stock configuration) but would ultimately discourage people from doing business with these guys as they are so easily inclined to lie to potential customers. They are incredibly lazy and would take incredibly long to return my calls, fill out paperwork, and transfer my vehicles title. I would highly recommend everybody reading this to look elsewhere for their next vehicle.

Thet told me I had the manufacturers warranty still but I dont. Also, Ive had the car for less than 2 weeks and Ive had to replace the radio and a proxi sensor. Smh

I recently purchased a Porsche 911 from Luxury Auto Imports. Ive bought many cars from these wholesale-type dealerships and they stand above the rest. They were kind and curtious while I looked over the car and let me take as long as I wanted durring my test drive and car inspection. I am always warry of buying a car from a non-certified dealership, but they let me do a prepurchase inspection and went over the carfax with me. I was genuinely impressed with their invantory. The cars may be a bit dirty, as they are kept outside, so bring some waterless wash with you or have your mechanic run it through their wash, if you want to inspect the paint. They are a bit firm on pricing, but are priced low enough to justify. I did discover a fault with the car before purchacing, which they fixed out of pocket, so theyre willing to work with you. All this to say that I highly recommend Luxury Auto Imports for great, rare cars at a great price.

STAY AWAY FROM THE 2010 BLACK PORSCHE CAYENNE WITH OVER 63,000 MILES!!! I drove over 200 miles round trip to purchase this vehicle. As a result of having the vehicle inspected, I learned about multiple issues. Two issues alone will cost over $8,000 in labor and repairs at a Porsche dealership and over $4,000 at an independent repair shop. Issues include a leak at oil pan gasket, leak at engine/transmission mating surface, leak at the upper sector passenger near firewall, engine oil leak on starter oil, oil leak from up top corner, four dry rotted tires that required replacement to prevent blowout during driving, rear rotors are scored with excessive grooves, wiper blades on the passenger side that were installed incorrectly, and front driver window switch for rear window requires excessive pressure to activate up and down movement. After returning the vehicle to Luxury Motors and explaining its issues to the two salesman, they refused to repair the vehicle prior to purchase. I think its a good assumption that they plan to sell the car as-is to an unassuming buyer. RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THIS VEHICLE!!!
