Highly recommended. Very professional and friendly service. Shawn was very kind and comfortable to work with. He patiently showed us even the smallest options in the car so that we can easily learn the full features instead of educating ourselves through user manuals. Manager Jae was very diligent and fair and made a great effort to get us a fairly good deal in this scarce market. They’re looking for long-term business relationships with customers instead of one-off deals. James is super knowledgeable and efficient about financing choices. Eric is very handy too. Excellent and diversified team! Very happy. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

We purchased a new 2022 Q7. The employees are nice and that is not the problem. The problem is once you have bought the car. This was my first Audi dealership I stopped by, which is probably my fault. The car wasnt set up properly when we drove it off the lot so no connected features worked. Trying to get them to fix it has taken over 2 weeks, and will be another week before we know. Trying to get service here is the worst part. Ive been hung up on, put on hold for 20 minutes and spoken to people that shouldnt work for a higher end car company. Once you have purchased the vehicle, they simply dont care. I am moving the service to another location because its so bad here. If I do purchase another Audi it will not be from here. I do not recommend this dealership, or group of dealerships if they own multiple lots.

Probably the worst service experience Ive had at an Audi service shop. I had an appointment for an oil change, safety inspection and emissions test. I waited for over 3 hours and would have been there longer had I not complained. They werent even able to complete my emissions test and failed to inform me of that until I asked. The next day my car failed emissions and so I took my car to Audi Bethesda. The service tech there informed me that emissions will fail if you havent driven the car a certain milage after the oil change was performed and should have informed me of that. I found Audi Arlingtons service shop dismissive, disorganized and unprofessional. I treated would a lot more respect at Audi Bethesda.

Making an appointment for an oil change was simple; I elected to take a loaner car as I had many things to do that day. When I arrived I stood for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I asked for the loaner, and was told they sold them all and that shouldnt have been an option. Well, it was. I was told it would be no less than two hours for the oil change. Thankfully someone dropped me off at home. Fast-forward 7 (SEVEN!) hours and I still hadnt received a call back about the status of the car. I called them, and they said they didnt have a car for someone calling from my number...they wrote it down wrong. After determining they DID have my car, and that it was ready, I asked to be picked up again...that was not possible. So I paid for an Uber. I then sat in the lounge for 30 minutes for some unknown reason. I got my car, and the oil was changed. What an unnecessary odyssey. I will never return. Additional note: I was told that I needed my brake pads replaced (they are at less than 50%)and tires remounted/rotated...at the low cost of ~$1800. I would have maybe accepted this if I hadnt literally replaced the brake pads less than 4 months ago.

I had a fantastic customer experience with everyone I encountered at the dealership from the beginning to the end. Jae Yang and team did a wonderful job of providing knowledgeable and accurate responses to all my questions pertaining to the vehicles. During the final negotiations for a brand new 2022 vehicle– understand that they too are a business and need to make a profit. In being transparent and honest with realistic expectations during the course of the conversation, both parties were able to agree on a fair price and I have been LOVING my new 2022 Q3 ever since. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a car. Jae is the man!

I went in Tuesday for a tire replacement under road hazard since I bought the tires from them. It took a while but it was taken care of. The problem is that when I got home I noticed leaking coolant under my car. I popped the hood and saw the coolant reservoir cap was removed but replaced (it was in the engine compartment which indicated they had taken it off during the multipoint inspection and not replaced it) and another module cover was removed and not replaced entirely.I called the service section that same day asking for a service manager to relay that the tech provided less than quality service and request they send back the part they didn’t replace. I was told Suhaylah would call me back but she not within an hour or two so I called back and was told she was busy. I sent Chris the pictures I took of my engine compartment the moment I opened it and he confirmed the problem.Since then I’ve texted in response to Muhammad when he asked how the service was (the advisor that was assigned to the service) the same info and pictures and called daily asking for someone to fix the problem and send me the coverNo one responds or calls back.Another service manager (he said there are more than one manager for the service section) Will said he would take care of it and hasn’t called back.To make matters worse, since I rode my motorcycle most of the week since Tuesday, I learned on Saturday (16Oct) that my coolant reservoir cap was not just removed and not replaced but it is leaking as well.I’ve talked to Chris, Will, and Muhammad and nothing has happened. Service managers won’t call back to resolve a pretty easy issue if they just try. I’ve emailed their care team email and gotten no response.I don’t understand how a business would entirely neglect a customer.Audi Arlington, please return the party you removed from my car and please fix the damage your tech did to the coolant system. Please start by returning my calls and requests to handle this directly.

My bestfriend and I made an appointment to potentially purchase an Audi Q3 in Chronos gray. Shes been eyeing this particular car since last year. Audi Arlington was the only DMV dealership with the car physically on the lot. Had I looked at the reviews prior to going here, we wouldve avoided it like the plague. From the moment we walked in, nobody acknowledged our presence for about 5 minutes.. (there were absolutely no clients in the dealership at the time, except for a couple that was inquiring about accessories.) After discussing his friday night plans with one of his colleagues, one of the Sales Managers asked us if we needed help. Once we sat down with salesman Shawn, my bestfriend was asked about her credit, which we insisted was at least a Tier 2, if not Tier 1.. and even after that, Shawn continued to reiterate that credit is an essential part of a lease throughout our entire time there.. as if my friend didnt know that already, considering that she has a C-Class and a Nissan Versa (that she was considering trading in) but I guess since we were two young black women and had an infant in a stroller with us, he had to make sure that we really understood how important credit was to the transaction. Audi Arlington marked the car up $10,000 from its original sticker price of $41,000. Granted, there is a microchip shortage.. but a base model Q3 SUV that takes regular gas, as Shawn told us, is not worth $51k. I just purchased an MB GLB and Mercedes only marked the car up $3,000. To add insult to injury, the appraisal offer that they gave us was an absolute joke, compared to the other offers that we received, but I guess the manager was nice enough to do us a favor and increase the offer by $500. His condescending tone and this is all I can do for you attitude, along with the snatching of his payment quote paper back really sealed the deal for us. Needless to say, my friend did not decide to purchase from them and I absolutely wouldnt have allowed her to even if she wanted the car that bad. There are far better Audi dealers in the area. Avoid this dealership.. They have absolutely nothing to offer along with their measly inventory.

Avoid this place at ALL costs. We bought a Q5 along with the tire/wheel protection plan 2 months ago. We noticed a nail in the tire this morning, so my husband went to the dealership to get it fixed. He was told that it the nail was covered and it would take two hours to be ready, so he decided to wait. After waiting the FULL two hours, they told him that they had been on hold with the insurance company for the past 1+ hours with no avail, so we (me and my husband) needed to file the claim after the work had been done. Our contract clearly states that ALL claims had to be approved before the work was done, so I called the insurance company myself. Low and behold, the claim was already APPROVED! So my husband asked the service rep (Johnny Reyes and Titaes) to call the insurance company back with him standing there and miraculously everything was good to go. After another 2.5 hours of sitting there, the car is done and they still made him pay! I called the insurance company back and they said that they already authorized $290 to be paid to the Audi Arlington service department. Luckily she was able to stop that payment and we are able to send in the invoice to be reimbursed (sidenote: highly HIGHLY recommend the tire protection, yall!).So, after 5 hours and being lied to multiple times for a NAIL IN A TIRE, we finally have our car back. My husband lost an entire afternoon of work and now we have to do more leg work to just get reimbursed when it there was no reason it had to be this way. We live in Alexandria and planned to buy another Audi within the next year or so because we love our car so much, but we will NEVER EVER step foot in this dealership again. I will gladly make the trek to other Audi dealerships for future service and purchases.

As expected in the car buying process, it was a back and forth process. In the end, we feel we obtained very good pricing overall, especially considering market conditions of demand exceeding supply. Importantly for me, the team maintained excellent professionalism and were pleasantly personable. Cant say enough about the Sales Manager (Jae) and Brand Specialist (Dino). I recently purchased a 2013 Audi S5 from Audi of Arlington (3 weeks today). Clean car for sure with only 28,500 miles on it and perfect interior/exterior, price was right too. I kept smelling burning oil however and thought maybe it was excess oil/lube from the service to prep for sale, but 4 days and 600 miles later I felt it should be burned off. I took it in for service and was told by the tech that day car is fine keep driving to burn off whatever it is. That was horrible advice as 2 weeks later I noticed my oil level was at the min level. Back in she went. My advisor this time was a young lady named Taylor who actually was a tech herself for a short time. Let me tell you......this girl is phenomenal at her job. She put a NEW tech on it right away who actually took the time to pull the belly pan and see my engine was CAKED with oil!! Thankfully I had purchased a 50k mile warranty with them as it wound up being a pretty hefty repair with my Supercharger having to be pulled, separator seal replaced and while in there a new coolant line. Taylor literally kept me updated via calls or texts every step of the way and saw to it all my questions were promptly answered or addressed. Even got me in a scarce loaner vehicle for the 2 days needed. This girl has a bright future in whatever she does as she actually cares about her work and her customers. All the staff here are awesome people so kudos to Audi for hiring such great people (minus that first tech of course). Their GM Dave is amazing as well as he even helped me out a bit since the car was so new to me. I highly recommend buying your Audi here and a warranty if used as their staff are all ON IT if you need anything at all. Thank you Taylor in service and Dave the GM!!!

Veteran with an extremely disappointing experience with a dishonest sales person and individual reported to be the used car manager still waiting…After visiting the dealership, test driving a vehicle I asked for an out of the door price. I was told by the sales person that the individual capable of doing that would not be in until noon. It seemed odd but, okay. You can guess, no call. My suspicion, based on comments from the sales person, is that they advertise a low price and then “market adjust” up.I asked about two vehicles, after nearly two days I received a call with abundant apologies about how one vehicle had just sold (it’s still on their website). Then I was promised that I would receive the quote for the second within moments. You guessed it, nothing. All I can say is beware. If the service is like this before the sale what must it be after???Rely to comment from Audi Arlington:Thank you for your response. No, to date I have still yet to receive a buyers order or a follow up call explaining why. It is now over a week.

We recently purchased a car at Audi Arlington. This is our first luxury car and I have to say the experience was not good. We were faithful Honda people and we received awesome service there. Whatever we wanted, they made sure it was done. I thought that buying a luxury car, the experience would be awesome. First, we walk in and it took a minute before anyone notice your existence. Then they couldn’t find the car that we saw online. It took about 30 minutes. This should have been a sign for things to come. So we didn’t purchase that day and we thought about it and came back the next day. There was a lot of unnecessary waiting. We asked about getting the puddle lights and running boards install. They had no puddle lights and we were told if we wanted the running boards, that we would have to purchase them ourselves. We are still waiting for the sales manager to call us about the puddle lights. I’ve called and texted our sales person with no response. From this experience, I wish we would have stayed with Honda.

I purchased a 2021 Q5 here in September and have had constant issues with the dealership ever since. The sales person did not explain any features of the car to me, and also did not tell me about the MyAudi app. I found out about it later and realized I needed the dealership to confirm my car purchase in order to use the app. When I called my sales person to help me set it up, he told me I wasnt doing it right and it was my fault for leaving without having him set it up. He finally realized I WAS doing it correctly after I sent him several screenshots. When I purchased the car there were scratches on the side that I was told would be taken care of when I came back for my Cilijet coating. When I brought the car back, the service department said they couldnt take care of the scratches and since I didnt get anything in writing I had no recourse. They also promised me a loaner car during the application of the Cilijet process, which takes 3-4 hours to apply. When I arrived for the service, they told me they didnt have any loaners. The dealership is over an hour from my house so this was a major inconvenience. They offered a shuttle service to drop me and my husband off the metro and I asked who to contact to pick us up. When I contacted that person, they said theyd be there, then no one showed up. When I contacted them again I was told there was a miscommunication and someone would be on their way. We waited over 40 minutes for pickup. When I got home that evening I had an email form the dealership telling me that my tags had been at the dealership when I was there that day. Since no one gave them to me, they now want me to pay $35 to have them shipped to me. I have contacted 2 sales managers and my sales person about my plates and was told my tags would be sent to me. I didnt receive them after two weeks, and now they have stopped answering my calls and texts. I have called the dealership multiple times and have been hung up on twice. I was upset by the third time I called back and was told they couldnt help me if I kept carrying on and hung up on me again. I still have not received my tags, and now my temp tags have expired. My husband and I are an Audi family and have 3 Audis between us. We have never been treated so poorly by any Audi dealership. We expect a certain level of service when purchasing an Audi and this dealership does not deliver. Their attitude has us looking at other car manufacturers for future purchase.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. I was interested in purchasing an Audi RS6 and Audi Arlington is the worst dealership Ive worked with in my 10+ years of car buying. I made an appointment over the phone after I was told I would be able to custom order one if I didnt like the red RS6 they had in the show room. We showed up the next day and were met with the absolute worst customer service weve ever experienced. We waited forever for the salesman I scheduled an appointment with to show up. Another sales associate did greet us while we waited though. He was very friendly and volunteered to unlock the red RS6 they had sitting in the showroom so I could look and sit inside. I got hopeful thinking he would turn around our negative experience, but he completely disappeared after going to get the keys. After waiting a while, our salesman finally showed up and informed me that I would not be able to order one due to low allocations but they did have a white one in stock that wasnt listed on their website, which I was open to purchasing depending on the options and pricing. I asked to see it in person before making a determination and was appalled when he told me I needed to go find it on the lot myself if I wanted to see it in person. Trying to be flexible and accommodating to the salesman, we walked the entire back lot but was unsuccessful in finding the white RS6. We headed back to the show room hoping the salesman would help, but he was no where to be found. I tried calling him to no avail and there was no receptionist available. I waited for him in the showroom for over hour before getting frustrated and walking out. I understand dealerships can get very busy, especially on a Friday afternoon. But what I dont appreciate is being completely overlooked, ignored, and having 3 hours of my time wasted; especially when I was trying to purchase a $100,000+ car. I am still very interested in an RS6 but after experiencing all of this, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Warning!!! We had the Most Horrible experience here! We were ready to purchase a Q5. They tried to charge us $1300 MORE than list price because the windshield had gotten broken after they priced the car. We explained that made NO logical sense. We said we would fix it. They said they would go 1/2. We thought that meant they would deduct 1/2 off the price to fix the windshield - but No! They wanted to CHARGE us 1/2 - $630! But we are fixing the broken windshield !?! Plus they added several fees each time so a car priced at $15,888 was going to cost us over $19k - with a broken windshield! Absurd!!! We walked out and happily and fairly purchased a Q5 at Tysons Corner!!

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE - WORST SERVICE EVERWas excited to buy our first car here and it has been beyond a headache ever since. When our temporary tags were taken off at the service center, they were not properly disposed of. So you dont shred your tags after taking them off a paying customers car? You just toss them freely in the trash for anyone to grab? Regardless of the story, that is completely reckless and unprofessional to leave license plates associated with a customers name out there free to take.Low and behold, a criminal got ahold of our temporary tags and has been roaming up the east cost, hopping car to car, with the tags in our name. We receive parking violations and EZ pass tickets in the mail everyday and Audi is yet to file a police report or disassociate our name with the temporary tags at the DMV.Do yourself a favor and do not buy a car here.

I purchased a new car here earlier this year and had a great experience working with Mohammed Ahmed. He promptly answered every question I had, before and after the sale, and he was always honest. I found Mohammed to be very straightforward and helpful, not pushy. I think that him and the manager Jae (who did all the price negotiations with me) helped me get several discounts and worked with my budget. The couple of downside comments I have were that I don’t believe I received a fair trade in value for my other car, and I’d recommend people check car max or something first. Additionally, Jae repeatedly requested I give him a 5 star review throughout the entire experience, even well before it was over. I was put off by this and also the fact that when I first visited to test drive the car, Jae continually addressed my boyfriend rather than me, even though I was the customer. Last downside was that once in the finance office, where they try to upsell you on all kinds of stuff, the rep there, James, kept turning off and on a recorder/camera when he spoke to me, felt shady. Overall, I recommend Mohammed, he’s great!!

Everyone we encountered in the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were being taken care of. The car was repaired and returned to us quickly. Their service does not compare to Arlington. Thanks Chris and team!

Would give zero stars if I could. This review is based solely on my interactions with the service and parts departments. I can’t even review the quality of their work because they don’t respond to internet inquiries or call back. I’m in the military and move around quite a bit and have therefore had experience with a few Audi dealerships and service departments and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any of them. Simply horrible. When I went in person to ask a question, the staff was rude, completely unhelpful and basically acted like I was inconveniencing them with my mere presence. I followed up my in-person inquiry by phone a couple days later and the individual I spoke with (different person) had much the same attitude.I was advised to make an appointment for my issue online, which I did. The appointment was never confirmed.I’m frankly appalled and a little unsettled by my brief experience with this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

10/10 treatment from these folks who rolled out the red carpet for me. Omar, Dave, Dino and Natalie all stayed late to give me an insane deal on a new car, after being given the run around by another Audi dealership in the area. They always have very well spec’d cars and tend to always get in the special editions. No games here, everything was explained to me, and they worked very hard to beat prices given to me by other dealers even though the car I received was priced much higher on the sticker. They even gave me pizza.

I really can’t believe the experience we just had at this Audi dealer. I called and made an appointment to buy or lease a new car. When we turned up on time, the person we made the appointment with wasn’t there. No one was proactively trying to help us as we stood there waiting. Then after my husband went to the manager’s office, eventually someone said they would help us. They were bad at explaining things. I have had four Audi’s. All bought at fletcher jones in Chicago where there is excellent customer service. Having recently moved to DC I erroneously assumed this dealer would be just as helpful. We were ready to buy or lease a car today and they were so unhelpful and unclear about things we just left. They just lost a new customer!

First, this service center staff was very careless about my complaint and did not give full attention to the details. All what they focused on was informing me that I had to pay inspection fees if the fault was not covered by the extended warranty I have.Second, they checked the vehicle and told me that the defect was not in the wheel bearing (as they expected) and it was a problem with the tires that I purchased from Audi a short time ago. Moreover, they provided me with an estimate to do many things in the vehicle that I never complained from. One of these suggestions was Oil and Filter change that I have changed a week ago. Would you please tell me how I can trust these people?Anyway, I asked them to fix the tires issue to get rid of the noise, but they said it is not covered. I showed them the extended warranty contract that includes what is not covered where tires are not listed. They insisted on not fixing or replacing them and asked me to pay $200 for their inspection. I told them that I was supposed to pay only $85 as deductibles per visit if they do any repair and if; for any reason, they cannot fix it, I pay nothing and I go to another service center to get the service I deserve as an Audi owner. They told me either I pay the $200 or I keep the vehicle in their location until I can pay them. So, I was forced to pay this unverified fee and decided to submit a complaint to you and to dispute the charges with my credit card bank based on the circumstances I explained. Therefore, money is not the issue. The issue is the bad way of treating customers who indirectly pay their salaries and not respecting the warranty terms as they supposed to do.

We had our young puppy with us and the dealership was very accommodating and super dog friendly. We got a fantastic deal and the sales manager made sure we were happy with the price. Though the dealership was really busy the day my husband purchased the car Dino went out of his way to streamline the process whenever possible. Walked in to purchase a new A5. The sales person, Eric, told me they dont have any A5s on the lot, and they wouldnt be able to look outside their dealership unless I put a deposit down. Deposit on what? Just to run a search in your database? Thats ridiculous. 1 hr 57 min later, Im handed a quote for $64k on a $47k MSRP A5. Some of the overage goes to taxes and registration, which is expected, but Eric and Jay (the manager) added a $10k line item for chip shortage surcharge. When I saw that, I got up and left, only for Jay to get in my way (not let me leave) and explain to me the laws of supply and demand, and how the chicken shortage caused chicken prices in supermarkets to go up (so chicken going from $7 to $7.50 is similar to adding $10k on a $47k car?)After I was given a lesson on economics from a condescending manager, I left and drove over to Audi of Tysons. Within 6 minutes (really, 6) I had a quote in my hands, no ask for a deposit, and best of all, no fee for chip shortage. I told them about the $10k fee I was assessed at Audi Arlington, and they laughed at that. That afternoon, I walked out with a brand new A5 (the car arrives next week, as its getting shipped from out of state). Audi Arlington, you have a lot to learn, and those Ponzi and racketeering sales techniques dont work. The average Audi owner is not an idiot, so dont treat them like they are one.

Super ineffective, rude, sexist, classist, or just plain incapable. Whatever answer fits best - choose your pick - but no excuse for canceling my prescheduled appointment the night before with no direct reason why (meaning giving 3 different unrelated and inconsistent reasons), after failing to solve the (Audi factory documented) flaw with my vehicle at an earlier appointment where they refused me a loner vehicle when I had specifically requested one, and rolled their eyes, moaned, and groaned, when I asked for a ride to the metro 5 minutes away after they couldn’t provide a loner (during a pandemic nonetheless). I thought that purchasing a luxury vehicle would mean decent dealership service. But alas, not at Audi Arlington. Try elsewhere.

Please read! Referenceing the sales department.Great experience with Owen, Jae and Natalie for an up-front, honest and pleaseant buying experience with superb follow-up service. Note this is not my first Audi nor my first experience in an Audi sales department. I would recommend you make the drive to Arlington even if you live, as I do, far away. It is about a 45 minute drive for me and I could go to 4 other dealerships, but chose this one.Why?1. Up-front talk. The best offer was made to me with no games. Uniquely, Bethesda Audi had this EXACT same car with all specifications, but made a significantly higher offer. Bethesda even told me that the discounts Arlington was offering were not genuine, and demanded to see them in writing to compare offers. Sorry Bethesda Audi, but I made the drive there, Arlington was giving an honest discount, and frankly, worth my drive to deal with people that arent playing games negotiating the fees.2. Honesty. They stood by their offer nearly to the penny. Just weeks before I was ready to purchase another vehicle from Silver Spring Audi. However, they were dishonest, and would not stand by their offer, even as I sat with my pen in my hand ready to sign. Note that a month later the same car at Silver Spring is unsold. What does that say about how they negotiate sales? Arlington was honest in follow through with their offer.3. A Pleasant buying experience. Owen and Jae routinely communicated with me during the buying process in a professional and pleasant manor.4. Follow up. Owen has followed up to see how I am doing with my new Audi, as well as offered to meet again with me to continue reviewing and showing me the car. Three years ago in 2018, this was not my experience with my first Audi from Tysons Corner Audi. In fact, to this day, Tysons Corner never reviewed my new vehicle with me nor followed up once to see how I was doing with my new car.Perhaps a long review, but hopefully helpful in inspiring people to contact this highly recommended Arlington Audi sales department.
