We recently bought a boat from Champion Motors. We had a few mechanical issues after our first time out on the water. After keeping in touch with us over several days Ray drove 3 hours to our home to work on it and took it back out to the lake to be sure it was completely fixed. I bought a great car for my son from Ray and his wife at Champion Motors! Even though it is an old car, it has comparatively low mileage and its been well-maintained, and best of all Ray sold it to us in a good clean condition. It needed new tires, so Ray found a great deal for us on buying and installing new tires, and he also has a great source-of-supply for a lot of common replacements parts for Honda cars. I felt very confident buying a car from Ray because he closely evaluates his cars and he knows the condition of every car he sells. Just purchased a Honda Civic for my fiancee from Ray and his Wife just like the guy in the previous review. I have to say, we did a LOT of searching and I was honestly getting fed up with the car buying process. These two were so great and much different than typical dealers. The process was very fast, painless and yet thorough.I have to say for the small operation the two certainly know what they are doing. Ray can go as far into the process as I wanted I appreciate a person with in depth knowledge.Lastly, I am not big business for the two but me and my fiancee felt like we were purchasing big dollars. Very friendly, genuine feel.

I went to Champion because I was looking for a specific vehicle. I low mileage conversion van. I spoke with Ray on the phone and got an accurate description of the vehicle. I went and viewed the vehicle and it was all that was described. We discussed that I wanted to have the 100k maintenance performed since it had 102k and while maintained well, it had not had the plugs, wires, etc that is the major maintenance done. Ray set up a mechanic and had all the maintenance performed before I picked up the vehicle. He saved me several hundred dollars by using his sources versus me taking it to the dealership. He was straightforward and a pleasure to do business with. I dont want fluff and a yes man, I want someone who can tell me what they will do and then they do it. It was an awesome experience and I will buy from them again.

I had been searching for a specific make and model of car for three weeks straight. After driving from city to city (I live in Austin, TX), viewing sketchy vehicles, and dealing with greedy car salesmen who would try to con you to reach a sale I was hesitant to drive up to Dallas to view and purchase the car that I wanted.After getting in contact with the owner, Ray, I had bombarded him with questions about the vehicle so that I could cover all of my bases and not waste another drive. We spoke over the phone and reassured me that the vehicle was in great shape, and that it would be more than worth my time to drive and view it.He was right. Im extremely satisfied with the vehicle that I have purchased. Ray was genuine with his descriptions and decent enough to consider whether it would be worth my time to drive up. Trust is something I had seen very little of within used car business process. Although I was disappointed that I had to pay out of pocket for my own carfax to see the fine details of the car, the condition of the vehicle, its price, and the speedy and ease of service had me sold. Ill be keeping my Volkswagen for a long time, thanks Ray.

What can I say in as little words as possible....Well I was web surfing and found my dream car (Dodge Charger) and thought eeeehhh lemme try to apply and see where this goes. The next day Ray called me and said you have a pretty good credit score so when you come to town from Odessa this weekend lets see if we can get you a good payment. Ray called back later on and said he went through another credit company and my credit was even better with them. I made the trip to Arlington and met up with Ray at the crack of dawn (anxious and excited). Ray met me on his day off and even had all of the paperwork complete and ready for me to sign. The test drive worked out and the deal was done. My 6 year old son said (now that we have 2 vehicles) the charger is to go to take me to school in and the other is for the weekend. AND THATS WHEN I HAD SAW THE CAR IT WAS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION RAY AND HIS WIFE SURE DO KNOW HOW TO FIND REALLY GOOD CARS. THEY MADE THE BUYING PROCESS SO EASY. I HAD EXPLAINED MY SISTUATION AND THEY WHERE VERY WILLING TO HELP ME BE WHERE I NEEDED TO BE AS FAR AS PAYMENTS. My son bought his first car from Ray at Champion Motors. I was very impressed with the mechanical quality of the car and Rays expectation of a quality used car. He had the transmission rebuilt and passed the savings on to us. As a USAA member, we made the drive from Denton to Arlington because Ray (Champion Motors) is a USAA Certified Car Dealer. That is huge!!! Ray and his wife took the time to invest in us and I am thankful! The new car/ first car smile is still on my sons face. Thats how car buying should be every time! Thanks Ray!!!

We bought a 2002 hyundai accent gs hatchback from these people for a little over $4000 under the assumption that the only thing needed for the car was a engine tune up, oil change, and and a new drivers side seat belt. Turns out the stupid thing needed both CV boots replaced along with both the springs and the struts, the oil pan, spark plugs, the horn (which worked at first and died three months later) and the brake pads just to name a few repairs. We have currently spent close to three times what we paid for this car in repairs and now the transmission is starting to miss. My mother paid in full same day for the car with a bankers check and then about 5 months later they had the nerve to put a lean on OUR car. Dont be cheap buy some where else.

Fat guy that owns the place is rude and they sell junk cars. my car died 2 days after buying it. there is a reason they make you sign something that says that you wont sue them.
