I purchased a fan for my son to take back to college, when we opened the box it was missing a piece. I went to return it with the receipt and the manager told me he couldn’t give me a refund because I opened the box. How else would I be able to assemble without opening the box. Poor customer service! I will never shop there again!!!!

I was looking for a cheap outfit for my son for his school spirit week....we found a zip-up hoodie and sweatpants. The total was $16!🙂

Nice store for household items, reasonably priced. Organized and neat. Nice variety of electronics, rugs, cabinets and childrens items.

They have a wide variety of discounted type of products. I have lived in the area for many years now so looking back Ive actually scored alot of good purchases here. Considering that the Union Center shopping district has very little (if anything) to offer any longer as to clothing and if youre on a budget - its a good place to get certain clothing items. They import some brands from New York city. Some might not exactly be high end quality but some things are pretty good + durable. You just need to pick carefully. So, if you dont want to make a trip to a shopping mall, take a look here.Some things that are best there : shower curtains & liners, bath mats & towels. Pocketbooks, some bed linen, mens & boys sweats. Some womens tops & shorts, in cold weather - long sleeve tops & sweaters nitegowns, etc.Also, coffeemakers + other odds + ends.

I like the prices and how clean organized products are lined up. Fast assisting with help needed on the floor. A great place to shop. I will be going back from now on to shop.

I usually always enjoy going into Jembros.its one of those discount stores you usually can find something that you need either in the kitchen or other places in your home. the day I visited I picked up a stand alone mirror that really look classy so I bought it that day

Very rude cashiers and the place was very very dirty, also the people that work there have no clue where things are located in the store for instance you ask wheres the floor Mats are and they look at you like why are you bothering me, they have no clue if they have anything. I went in to see what they carried and all I hear with these two cashiers was how a customer was bad to them, as I finally finished my transaction they kept going on talking loudly about this customer. As I was done with my purchase she didnt have the decency to say thank you and I called her out on it and stated she was being rude and to do your job instead of saying bad things to customers in the store. Your so unprofessional if you dont like your job leave it but dont take it out on your customers thank you!

Jembro store visit was good. I got what I needed at a reasonable price.

Just came from Jembro, worst experience ever. I had a store credit, so i bought another item and the cashier add the difference. The difference was $4 so i gave her $20. For the life of me she couldnt open the cash register. I stood there for more than 20 minutes while she called over a manager and they tried to figure it out. I am wondering why do they still have these cash register from the 60s??!! After they open the cash register she gave me back 16 one dollar bills!! You are telling me that all you have in the register are singles?? I refused to take all singles. Its not my fault that you and the cash register is old. They didnt even apologize for wasting my time. ITS TIME TO GET NEW CASH REGISTER FROM THIS CENTURY!!!!!

1st time there had a lot for cheap but needed to restock a lot of empty spots as well as needed a little clean up. But very nice products.

Once you enter this store it smells sooooo good. Very clean and organized place. Only thing is that their is one cashier lady also seen her at the floor putting stocks up that if you ask her more than one time were is something she will give you attitude so I rather not even ask her anything and just walk around and look for the item myself. I wish they had more plus size clothing. Got some summer shirts and I love it. I just purchase some boots today there very cute.

The cashiers here are miserable. They FORCE you to use their plastic bags or they wont let you buy the items. The cashier actually thought I was trying to save the store money. IGNORANT. Please do not support miserable business people. You can find things they have here anywhere.Service is horrible and condescending.They wont let you use bags at check out.

Purchased a beautiful area rug. Tried hard to get a senior citizen discount. Wasnt successful at all.

Not the best. The store has an unusual setup. The checkout in literally right in the middle of the store by the doors. The prices arent that good either.

Its really packed in here, u will most likely find what you need but you will have to search for it. Its well light and clean just stuffed with a lot of products from the moment u walk in.
