How are you getting about this Costco in union you don’t have to wait inline for gas as long…One things I don’t like about this Costco is a customer service literally every employee I dealt with has some kind of attitude any time you talk to him customer service for returning products they gave me a hard time for returning these bulbs that they couldn’t find the receipt for because I purchased them on their website and it wasn’t and then probably to their system

I decided to downgrade their ratings from 4 to 2 after a recent experience. The food court employees had very obvious racial preferences in their services. They were all smiles and kind with their own kind, and cold faced with others. If you observe them for a while, you would wonder why these peeps dont work for the Hollywood.In other words, Costco still carries the good products. But your experience in this Costcos food court will depend on your race.

Bathrooms need hourly cleaning and better staff otherwise store is well kept prices great 👍

Store was clean and fully supplied. Shopping was a pleasure. Used self-service line where an employee actually rings up your orders which was great as well as fast.

The deals are great. Service is great..parking not so much..... can be so busy yet once in its clean and ready to shop. Going again soon.

If you dont have your card and the card isnt registered under your name. At the entrance, employees will behave irrationally towards you; to the point you will get extremely angry.

One of my top favorite stores to shop at, love the seasonal exotic items such as chanterelle mushrooms, rambutan, Christmas gift items, quality clothes, lots of organic and healthy options, also tire store is by far the best for replacement tires with free warranty.

Its Costco, but this store is like the poor relative of Costco stores. We dont get things other stores get. Sale items sometimes dont come in at all, or dont come in until after the same is over. They really need to improve the returns process.

Every time its crazy busy, its hard to find out parking space. Costco serves gas too and car batteries / car tires too. Good for businesses and for big family consumers

Hey Beautiful People!!! Shop with peace of mind !!! I LOVE THIS COSTCO THE Union STAFF!! THEY ARE ALWAYS friendly and most most importantly they continuously following Covid19 cleanliness and occupancy limit protocols. Staff is always walking around making sure that consumers have their masks or wearing the masks properly above their noses. EVERY CART IS SPRAYED DOWN BEFORE GIVEN TO A NEW CUSTOMER. The store is organize and neat even during theyre busy hours. I SALUTE THE HEROES OF UNION. BLESSINGS

This Costco needs some love. No alcohol. Lines are always slow. Employees arent as engaged as other costcos.

Our trip was pretty good. Even though lots of people were shopping at the time, the store seemed spacious. There was room to move around without feeling crowded.We found foods with ease.. The selection of organic products was nice. Ive come to really like the free range eggs. The employees were very helpful and informative about certain meats we asked about that evening.This store has a good atmosphere and the lines are well managed during checkout. Youll have a pleasant shopping experience here.

Place needs to expand . And bring back the photo area back. Be nice to buy some wine. But avail not available. Probably hard to aquire a liquor license. But Im sure its other reasons.

Went with a friend of mine who was applying for a Costco card. Took almost an hour to get it done. Lots of confusion about which line to stay on in order to process the card.

Like other Costcos its a great place to shop for what I usually get and to discover new products. I usually focus on water, paper products and clothes for work. Better for me to leave quickly or Ill need another cart for all the stuff Im tempted to buy. The staff are friendly and I know Im saving money on what I buy.

Its one of my favority storeAnd the best on it is you find anything you want for cooking and some others stuf like clothe.....

Good place to shop but they’re fruit spoils pretty often too quick. Also, the muffins go bad if you don’t refrigerate them. I wish they would offer more cereal brands. And I also wish they would have someone in the bathroom monitoring the cleaning schedule,especially during these times.

SUPER CROWDED on a midday Sunday.- Yuck!Parking Lot was madness. Its a good size Costco. Even with a large crowd the lines went down fairly quickly.

Able to find what I was looking for but this location didnt offer boxes for your groceries this particular day? Which was inconvenient.

I love this store on rt.22.Sales associates are friendly and if I cant find what Im looking for they will find it.And when Im on my way out the door I have to have a snack.

I been going here for for over 20 years . Everything is always in stock. The staff is always aware and on point .

The store is close to my home and I have been their customer for 14 years.It is busier than other Costco stores, both inside and in the parking lot.It is generally well managed, but I have seen deteriation recently. For example, I have gotten pepperoni pizza every 1 or 2 weeks, but there are less pepperoni on the pizza in recent months, and it got to the point that only half of the pie I received today got pepperoni. So no pizza from them.

Lots of people here but parking lot is huge. Store was bustling with customers and workers. This was the first time for me at this location. There was no line to get in which is good. I was at the store after 9am. I traversed the isles easily and found most of the items I wanted. Checkout was extremely fast and efficient. Afterwards I filled up my car with gas. It went smoothly. There was no line.

Store is always busy. I mostly come to this location for gas and shop at another Costco location.

There is an employee name Jean who works at customer service. My wife lost her phone in Costco and went to the front desk. My wife kindly asked. “Dear, I lost my phone somewhere in the store. Can you please call my phone so I can go look for it?” Jean replied rudely. “We don’t steal phones here!!” My wife got puzzled and kindly requested again. That’s when Jean raised her volume and asked for area code. When my wife started saying her number 347 she interrupted my wife and said I asked for you area code not cell phone number. Which confused my wife again. Then my wife requested her to call me. That’s when she gave a look and dialed the number. When I spoke to her and requested her to let her coworkers know on the radio, she refused to do so. Meanwhile I was already doing find my phone(beeping) the some gentlemen came and returned the phone. That’s when Jean abruptly told my wife. “See we don’t steal phones here!” My wife said thank you and left.She was unable to handle a simple request of a customer who was already worried loosing her phone, DL, credit card, Costco membership card etc. which were in the phone case. On top of that was rude and completely heartless. Shame on you. Costco should not appoint her in customer service but someplace where she don’t have to interact with human beings. You are a heartless human being and should be ashamed of putting a soft natured person through this.

Manager refused to assist in fitting a kayak. How are you supposed to know if you want to buy it unless you sit in it and know you can fit in it? He told us to buy the kayak and return it if I don’t fit in it. Ridiculous.

Costco in Union New Jersey is a great location. Im only giving them a for to day because I made the mistake of going on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. which is about 2 hours before they close. It was a complete madhouse and if I wasnt with a friend I probably would have left. I usually go during the week where it is usually crowded but not like this. The entire parking lot was full to the Max in had to wait on A-line outside

Nice variety of food and snacks, fruits, vegetables, sea food, meats Also nice Clothes, household items, furniture, tvs, jewelry, etc. Vendors visit on holidays with very nice jewelry selections. Also eye glasses exams and frames available and so much more! Great place for stocking up on needed items and they supply tasty treats while you are browsing. My favorite shopping place.
