Clearly, most retail stores and restaurants are experiencing shortages of merchandise and staff, in the midst of the pandemic, but this Target, on Rt. 22 East in Union, NJ, seems to have their act together. Clean, safe, organized, and shelves constantly being restocked. I had a small problem/issue with a purchase, and one of their Managers by the name of Kristina was very friendly, professional, helpful, courteous, respectful, and accomodating, which kept me happy, and as a long-time, loyal customer of this store! A+++++, and 5-stars all day long. Hopefully, Kristina will get the recognition she deserves, for putting her customers as a #1 priority!

Very clean Target! They have everything you need and it’s pretty easy to get here, be it from 22 or the woods. Just a heads up if you are looking to work here, it is kind of rigorous and competitive so don’t expect to be hired the first few times.

Unprofessional cashier Omega was confrontational and unprofessional. I spoke with the manager Simon, who was nice but didnt seem to take my concerns seriously. I used to love Target and have always chosen this company over the competition. Several of my associates and I have noticed a shift in the dynamics here at the Union store. I will choose Amazon as much as possible or drive up. No one wants to feel bad for coming inside a store and shopping.

The customer service rep Martha was so rude! She kept arguing with me about signage for items versus what was ringing up. She didnt know what she was doing, didnt even want to come with me so I can show her what I meant, even though I was the only one in line. She made me feel so irrelevant and made comments as if I couldnt hear her. Her coworker walked by and had to show her how to ring up an item that she told me I couldnt buy 🤦🏾‍♀️😡.My experience here is usually better but this was so BAD that even my 3 year old said the lady had an attitude, she made mommy sad.

They had everything that I wanted in stock. Jash from pick up was awesome, quick check out, and he placed my purchases in a cart since they were heavy items. Thanks Jash for superb customer service.

My favorite target in the area. Drive up service is PLUS EXCELLENT, VERY EFFICIENT, like a show of the nicest target customer service Ive EVER met. The store is very organized, tons of options, you find easily what you want and also what you dont need but LOVE to have. Prices are very good and self check up is nice. Check the hours if you want to avoid crowds. Ive been in others targets and trust me when I say this one is VERY organized. The dollar area has ALWAYS very nice things.

I’m a loyal Target shopper visiting here from California. I need to leave a review for my local stores as they are incredibly helpful and always cheerful.NOT the case with Springfield NJ Christina. At first we thought her to be an angry clerk and when we asked the register clerks for the manager they said she was it and it and there reply wasn’t in a respectful manner.Unfortunately they have a store manager who is clearly on a power trip and not costumer oriented. I’m still in disbelief at our experience.Very sad this is not customer service as I’ve received at any other Target before.

The customer service was the absolute best. I had purchases that I needed to return but had not been in the store because of COVID-19. In truth I really was still nervous about entering your store that day. She had such a pleasant disposition, a great listener, kind, quick and quite helpful.

Going to miss Beth who worked here for over a decade. Always made me feel like a welcomed guest when coming here. Wish her luck though in her new endeavors.

I was trying to apply a 15% coupone I had on my baby registery towards a purchase of a car seat. The cahier did help me at all. she didnt even bother wait for me to get my bar code. she was looking at me and looking back at her line. when I asked for help she didnt give me any attention. I end up buying a car seat and I spent over my budget.

Target is cheating on clients. They have a sign that says ALL itens in this section $1 (see photo) and that’s a lie. I had to pay $5. I tried to show the misunderstanding to the customer’s service and was useless. It’s a shame.

Items are available and the store is clean and not crowded. This is a great location to get supplies for any reason.

Just went to this location for a collectible figure that said in stock on the website. Went there and it wasn’t on any shelf. Asked a worker if he could check in the back and he said that they didn’t have that figure and wouldn’t check for me. A couple minutes later another worker walked by carrying the figure I was looking for. When I asked her where she found that, she lied and said she didn’t know and walked away quick. Turns out the original person I talked to was her boyfriend and he told her to buy it for him. So they all just lied to my face and refused to help.

The young man at the register was helpful and very patient with me while I tried to use the app in store for the first time.

I got exactly what I needed, they really have everything you want. The newest clothes and products. However some aisles are a bit messy and disorganized, but 9/10 its a great experience!

Poor staff professionalism. Denyse from the pick up order was very nice and pleasant despite her colleagues like Tyler who has the most arrogant and sarcastic attitude while directing people which line to go to for check out. Management is nowhere to be found to make a complaint. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

Id like to take this opportunity to thank the curbside pickup staff at Target on Rt. 22. I started out going to Union North store, the one in Vauxhall, but the service got worse. Great Target. Lost my keys and within 15 min of losing them a employee brought them to customer service to be claimed. Thank you Adamu, I appreciate the help being I was absent minded. great service at the food court too.

Before picking up my order, I went and bought some groceries that I took to the customer service area because I had some difficulties accessing my gift card due to the fact that I wanted to make a partial cash payment. Clerk was patient and very helpful with me. She went above and beyond to help me get my purchases paid.

Alex and asyea (sorry if i spelt it wrong) both were very helpful in helping me pick out a foundation shade. both were very kind and i felt very comfortable with them.

POOR MANAGEMENT..... They had plenty of registers open, yet they had ONLY ONE LINE GOING. IF YOU LET PEOPLE DO LANES IN EACH REGISTER LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE TGE LINE WOULDNT WRAP AROUND THE STORE.. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, TAKE SOME MANAGEMENT CLASES.

I could spend hours in target. this store is very clean and always seems an associate is right there if i need them. I had to return a pair of jeans last week, no questions asked. I like that.

I am so tired of self check out! Whatever happened to customer service? Although this Target has 18 checkout lanes, there are never any cashiers! Only the self checkout registers are ever opened (at least while I shop usually before 12pm). Self check out should be an option; customers should not be forced to use it! If I have just a few items, self check out is not a problem. However, when I have a shopping cart full to the brim of items and groceries and a toddler in the cart seat and a second child that I’m trying to keep and eye on, self check out is the least convenient thing there could be! Not to mention that if you are actually purchasing a cart full of items there is not enough space at self check out to unload all of your stuff from your cart, check your self out, bag your own items and put them back in your cart unless you use the floor. I shop at Target almost every week, and this particular target always had the friendliest cashiers and nice staff in general. Where are all the friendly staff now...losing hours from their paychecks while frustrated customers are bagging their own stuff!

Seems like COVID-19 doesn’t occur at target because no mask enforcement anywhere, shelves empty and employees helping each other than helping guests. I know we’re in a pandemic but I assume people would actually be mindful of others.

I was on self checkout this morning and Beth asked if all the stuff Im getting are kids stuff. She pulled out the coupon for me and I saved 10 bucks (she absolutely didnt have to do that). Thats great customer service! Thank you Beth! I hope they appreciate you there.

The store is so nice and clean

It is pretty much everything you would expect from a Target to have, nothing out of this world. However, from my few visits I can tell it is very automated with their self checkouts which makes going in and out like a breeze. Their is a incredibly large array of products from consumer electronics to houseware and so on. Definitely a good spot just for about everything.

Recieved a coupon in the mail for $25 off storewide and when I tried to use it the associate told me it was only good on Toys, despite that not being anywhere on the coupon or literature that was attached.

It was easy and quick finding what I was looking and just as quick as having my order ready for pickup. No stress, no headaches. Easy peasy.

Great selection and prices. Today my check out clerk was extremely pleasant. She is what made me take the time to take the survey.

No contact pickup is terrific at the Union, NJ location on Route 22 east. Dont use the Clark location.

Its on the 22 West High way. Location is really great, close to all kind of other shops. They have pretty big collections.less crowded, which I liked the most.

This store is consistently well organized and very clean. The bathrooms leave a little to be desired, but arent terrible either. Prices are a little higher than other stores but, personally, its worth it for the calm atmosphere and the fact that they are better to their employees than other stores.

Clean store and friendly workers. But there is also never a cashier to check you. That would be fine if they allowed more than one checkout lane to be open

Quiet store. Not a lot of foot traffic. Rather messy. Did not see any attendants picking things up. But I do like the quality of target products.

This place is well stocked in about everything that you could need and the prices are decent. The CVS pharmacy is also good for picking up your prescriptions. The pricing for produce is super expensive, so not the best choice in that area when there is a Shop-rite just a few minutes further down RT22. They always have a great selection of Holiday decors and exclusive toys and decor.

There was absolutely no help. They gave me the scanning tool and basically said to create an account and go scan. When I came back they didnt even know how to finish the process and told me to figure it out and go try to print the registry on the side table. I asked to speak with the manager but she didnt seem like she wanted to hear about my experience. Not a personal experience at all.

I have been calling this store for two days now and no one is answering the phone this is extremely unprofessional as running this business I have tried calling each department and no answer I don’t want to waste gas by driving there to see if they have the item I am looking for and on top of that the phone hangs up each time now I know where not to spend my money thank you for the service🙄🙄
