My nephew purchased a used vehicle from Miracle Autosport recently, but then unfortunately lost his job the very next day. Per the contract, he returned the vehicle and lost out on a large chunk of his down payment with the understanding that the loan would be canceled. A month later, Miracle Autosport has still failed to process the loan cancelation or pay it off (whatever they need to do to complete the transaction). My nephew has confirmed with the bank that the dealership has not done anything and he is now being billed for the payments on a car he no longer owns including interest. The dealer has ignored his concerns and failed to do their part. We are now searching for lawyers and working on filing fraud charges with the bank. DO NOT BUY FROM MIRACLE AUTOSPORT.In response to owner response: My nephew says he has reached out multiple times and is continuously told it is being processed, while the bank says they have zero notice. I will gladly revise my review if you send a copy to my nephew showing you have worked with the bank to have the loan canceled, provide bank contact info of whom you spoke with and any case number they provided. I just want to have this worked out as quickly as possible. Once you provide these details and have this resolved, I will happily update my review. Thank you for your response and assistance.

I worked with Eric to get a good deal/trade on a Porsche Cayman. It was the week that they had the blizzard (1/5/18), but he made the Extra effort to get the lot cleared ahead of time so that when we arrived with our trade on a trailer, we could unload it - and take the Cayman for a test drive. I was in the market for used Teslas and was very happy to have found miracle Auto sport right down the road from me and Hamilton New Jersey. The dealership is conveniently located off of 295. I was extremely impressed by the owner who was able to show me different versions of Teslas that I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and I came away with one of the best buying experiences in car shopping that Ive had in a very long time. It doesnt get much better than this. Buying a high mileage used European car site unseen is a recipe for disaster. I had enough discussion with Eric to feel oddly confident in my decision to make the purchase. Pre-Purchase Inspection is always a good idea, dont get me wrong. But at this low price point I knew even if the car was a dud I was not getting ripped off. Not only was the car(A 240k mile Saab!) not a dud I flaunted it to friends and family during a 1000 mile road trip. No one could believe the miles based on its condition or how it drove. Eric fulfilled ALL of his promises and statements regarding the car. Out of dozens of car deals over the years this is among the very best.

The Absolute worse company to buy a car from. Eric the owner is not professional by any means it took 3 months for the bank to get my title. I could not drive my car and he wouldnt send a replacement 30 day tag so my car just sitting pure waste of money. The bank called for days and he would not return calls. Finally the bank received the title after the 3rd month they warned him they would contact the state department to handle the matter. Do not buy from them.

I must say, Eric and Steve were great to work with. When I bought my BMW 650i, a check engine light was on. Being the impatient person I am I wanted to take the car home that day. They told me to bring the car back to have it fixed and they held good on their promise. I paid an excellent price for the car, no hidden fees. I paid the price that was listed plus tax. They aren’t one of those dealers who try to suck you in with a good price and add a ton of non sense costs or say that the vehicle you wanted wasn’t there. Hands down top 3 best dealers I’ve been to. The owner and sales man who assisted me was Eric. I was interested in their 2013 Maserati Granturismo, unfortunately I was out of state, so I had my parents check out the car on my behalf. They were treated with real professionalism and care even if they were just visiting.After hearing such positive feed backs from my parents, I drove up to NJ that night, took about 5hrs just to check out the Maserati and meet Eric and his team. When I got there, I was treated very warmly, definitely sensed he was an honest salesman who is down right real with you. Frank got me the deal of a lifetime on a 2007 Mercedes-Benz CL550. Eric gave me twice what Kelley Blue Book offered for the 02 CL600 I traded in. It was totally worth bypassing the dozens of used car dealerships between where I live in Westchester County, and Trenton. Proving that point, there was a couple in front of us who lived in the next town over from us and he held a job that you have to be very smart to be successful in, so I knew that this was the smart place to buy a used car. I bought a Volvo C70 convertible and it is in excellent condition, and Eric gave me a very good price for my old Volvo S60. First of all I have never bought a car on ebay before. I took a chance and I bought 2 cars from Eric in the last year. Both cars were under $8k. The first car had a mechanical problem which Eric promptly corrected!! Eric had the car picked and repaired. No small chore since I live 450 miles away. I bought that car for my daughter but I loved how it drives. Between my daughter and I we have put 20k miles on the first car with no issues. Due to fact that Eric stood by the product I bought the second car for myself. I have gotten 2 European cars that drive great. I will buy again. The hardest part of the transaction is waiting for delivery since they contract out to a third party.

We purchased a 2014 porsche panamera from Miracle Autosport in 2019. I did not know how bad the damage was from a previous accident until I had to change the headlight on the car. Miracle Autosport did not properly repair the car. The headlight was being held in place by a plastic tie strap. They basically repaired this car the cheapest way they could to sell it. Buyers beware of deceptive practices by this dealership.

I bought an Audi R8 from here (cheapest 6-speed manual in the nation). I noticed a couple of cosmetic issues with the car and Eric agreed to pay half on repairs. Weeks later I sent the repair invoice to Eric and he sent me a check for the agreed upon price.

I traveled over 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from Miracle Autosport. I found it on eBay and Eric answered all of my questions(I asked A LOT) without any issues. It was a great price! I checked out the car very well and it was as described. I didnt buy a luxury vehicle but I was treated like I was buying one. Eric worked with me and was very accommodating. Towards the end of January I was searching the internet to find a nice used convertible to purchase my mother for her birthday. I found three different vehicles that met my needs and budget. The first two the owners/dealerships were completely honest with me and told me the vehicles were not as they appeared to be and for me to keep looking since I would be going from out of state to purchase the vehicle. The third vehicle, a 2003 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible, was listed by miracle autosport and appeared to be in great condition from what I could tell from the pictures online. I called and spoke to Eric and asked him to be honest with me about the car because I would be traveling over eight hours from NC to purchase the car. He assured me that the car had no major issues and would be “a good vehicle”. Having trusting him I placed a deposit down to hold the car and a few days later made the trip to New Jersey from North Carolina. When I got there the vehicle was no where to be found. They told me they had it in the shop checking the fluids since it had a long drive ahead of it. Me being way too trustworthy believed them and even told them how much I appreciated that! I now know they were clearing all of the codes from the vehicle’s computer! I ended up purchasing the Saab and headed towards Lancaster to visit the Amish country. Within twenty minutes of leaving the lot almost every single warning light popped on the dash including every brake system light, check engine light, transmission light, and more! Then on the interstate my speedometer suddenly went completely out! I drove TEN HOURS from Lancaster back to NC with no speedometer, a transmission that was not shifting properly, oh and no radio because the OnStar system is malfunctioning causing the radio not to play. It was miserable to say the least! Once I made it home I took it to my local GM dealership to have the issues fixed before giving it to my mother. Here’s everything I had to have repaired or replaced: spark plugs, ABS Module, ignition coil, transmission mounts, and a transmission range selector. Oh I also had to replace the battery because the one in the car from the dealership died on me leaving me stranded twice! Now this came as a extra surprise because Eric did tell me specifically that they had replaced the battery and alternator on the car. When I took the car to have the new battery installed the technician noticed that the battery in the car was a old worn out battery with a new name brand label stuck on top of it making it appear as new! Keep in mind that in his post on the website Eric noted he drove the car on a 12 mile test drive and noted nothing for the shop to repair! I have spent almost half of what I paid for the car on the repairs and I still have things to fix such as the radio, and a headlight that blew out on the way home from Lancaster. I understand that it was a cheap vehicle but Eric should have been honest with me since I was traveling from so far away.

Found vehicle for sale on Ebay. Contacted Miracle on Sept. 9th w/ my offer, put deposit on car on Sept 12th. Sent all paperwork on September 19th, Car was delivered Oct. 1st. I received Title and registered car on Oct. 9th. I bought a car sight unseen off the internet and was driving it within 30 days. And with my own financing! This is how internet sales is done my friends. Thank you Eric, Steve and team for a great experience.

My buying experience with Miracle AutoSport was excellent. I bought a 2009 Saab 97x late last month. I live in VA and found the car using the popular car search sites. The photos and carfax accurately showed the condition of the car and Sales Manager Brian M. was easy to work with. I am a 65 yr old retiree and had never bought a non-local car before. It took a leap of faith for me to do this but Brian carefully walked me through all the purchase and shipping options. I drove up from VA to NJ in the morning, inspected the Saab, and test drove it. After a brief negotiation, I got a solid sales price for Saab and a fair offer for my trade-in. Fortunately, there was a Bank of America and I was easily able to get a bank check for the purchase. I drove the Saab back to Virginia that evening in a miserable rainstorm but the Saab did great. There was a minor snafu with receipt of the title but Brian successfully resolved the matter. After three weeks with the Saab, I remain very happy with the car and Id do business with them again.

I have dealt with Eric for many years and have bought many cars and trucks from him, Hes a square shooter who goes out of his way to be fair and even handed in his business dealings. I never hesitate when buying Used from Miracle and you shouldnt either!

Bought a Volvo XC90 for our daughter. She drove the car from Miracle Autosport in Trenton to northern New York. Transmission light came on, brake light came on. Transmission failed. Thousands of dollars to repair. Lots of talk but no help at all from Eric Neumann and Steve. Do not recommend.

I recently purchased a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3 from Eric and Steve off Ebay. Spoke to Eric before the purchase to get more information and with Steve after purchase. They handled all the shipping arrangements to get across the states quickly. The car was as described in the add, with the only exception of a couple minor mechanical issues that I believe they thought they had resolved. Steve was very helpful and willing to negotiate with me on resolving the mechanical issues. Eric and Steve reimbursed me the agreed upon amount for the repairs at 50% of parts and labor. I appreciated their willingness to ensure they took care of me as the customer to get the vehicle to the proper working condition. My son loves his car.

Beware ! Please do not buy from Eric or this company online without seeing the car first hand yourself. That is so important with Miracle Auto Sports. I was interested in a used Maserati and called and spoke with Eric and asked him about any dents, dings, interior blemishes on the car. It’s a used car. I know they can’t be perfect. He told me all it has is minor wheel rash and to to the other items I asked about and he said no, the car does not have any of that, it’s perfect. So I bought the car on eBay based on the owner Eric’s word.Car pulls up at my house a few days later on the trailer. I instantly notice a small door ding drivers side. Ok, Eric could say that happened on transport. I also see 2 large scratches bottom drivers side on underbody ground effect. Not looking good. Driver pulls car off trailer and I get in. TPMs warning light on in dash flashing and it’s says malfunction. Also gas gauge is completely on empty with gas warning light on. The delivery guy says “ yeah man, they ran out of gas driving it up on trailer and had to put some in with a can. Are you kidding me with this ? Then I get in rear passenger seat it look it over and 2 worn leather vinyl spots in rear seat on the climate controls. One in each corner. When I talk to Eric about that part and ask why he didnt mention to me when I specially asked about inteiro blemishes, he said because I should have see them when I zoomed in on the online pictures.I drive to gas station soon after trailer delivery guy leaves. Guess what, I ran out it gas on way to gas station. Incredible a business would do this Maybe Eric didn’t know, maybe it was his subordinates, I don’t know. Pretty terrible either way. Took car to tire shop. All 4 tpms sensors reading dead. Bought 4 more at $150 each and paid Maserati dealer $259 to program. They work now.also the service alert light came on one week after owning this car saying it was due for service. Eric said he just changed the oil in the car before shipping it that wasn’t a lie. But he didn’t reset it. Takes a special tool. I took to dealer and they wouldn’t do it without proof of a full $3,000 service being preformed on the car. So I paid $259 for a scanner online that you can rest the light yourself.I told Eric about all this immediately and he said to me that he and his partner we will talk andGet back to you. Didn’t hear anything. No offer of help at all. These people are very dishonest. Maybe you can get a good deal if you buy the car in person and verify what they are telling you is true, but please please do not buy a car online from them and just believe what say to you to be the truth. Because it’s not. Wish I could post pictures on these reviews.

Eric has a great personality and very knowledgeable and helped me get my dads dream car a red stingray.I love it, miracle autosport always carries different types of cars for whole sale prices and he is always willing to cut a deal with you.

Customer service is unprofessional, after reaching out several times, no one bothered to call back. The business is stalling and avoiding a deposit refund, so the review is according to my experience which is very disappointing.

What a crook! Dont do business with him. Was promised a free TV with purchase of landrover and never delivered. Said car didnt have issues that once delivered were glaringly obvious to anyone looking at the truck. Do Not purchase through them.

Not a great place to buy a car. I purchased a car off eBay from Eric. He misrepresented the vehicle, dodged my communications at every opportunity, and failed to honor his promises. (Eventually did, see edit). Eric claimed he would split payment with me for cruise control and a functional key for the car (both of which were supposed to be included). He sent me a check for a portion of what he agreed then completely stopped responding to any communications from me.Edit- Eric did get back to me and did live up to his initial promise. It took a long time and quite a bit of coaxing, but to be fair he did come through eventually. On the down side, his deal was far from generous and given that he had claimed the car had many features it didn’t, I can’t say I’m entirely satisfied.

I call up on a Mercedes that they had for sale. We agreed on a price and directed me to website for their financing. I fill out finance app and their guy calls me later the next morning. He gives me the terms of the deal. I call dealership to inform them of their guys approval and they tell me they sold car to a wholesaler because they would get paid faster. Why waste my time and their finance guys time in the first place. The whole interaction took place between 6pm one night to 2pm the next afternoon. Seems very strange and I would advise everyone to stay away from this shady operation.

I purchased a 2001 GMC Yukon Denali from Miracle. I was told it had no mechanical problems and purchase it on ebay. I flew in from Ohio to drive it back but the truck was in no condition to drive. Brian and staff attempted to make things right and agreed to fix the problems and have it shipped to me if I pay half the shipping. I agreed. The truck was supposed to be fix and it arrived to me with the same issues. Now it have been 2 months and I still havent driven the truck bc Im still putting money into it to get fixed. Miracle did fix something but was definitely not the issue. Since Ive brought this truck it has been the worst purchase I have ever made. I would suggest if you can before you buy from here just go check the vehicle out first, they are good people and try to help but once its sold its middle fingers to you.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and its staff! As a fellow business owner myself i have a high standard for professionalism and quality and eric and his team met all my standards and some! From the catering experience of initially walking in the door to leaving with a 2013 grand sport corvette i was 100 percent satisfied! The staff was extremely pleasant and patient with my picky needs and wants. They worked out some very reasonable numbers for me to be able to work with per my needs. The car had 20,000 miles on it and was in absolutely mint condition in and out . As well as the other 5 cars i looked into!! Eric has top notch buys in every single way! They even offered me complimentary maintainence for six months . Its the best to have a local dealer with his own shop who specializes in everything they sell!!! I did not however need any vehicle service for over a year now and i love my car! I was so satisfied with my experience that i went back a year later and bought a 2011 porsche cayenne turbo from them . I couldnt possibly be more happy with my rides and the customer service i recieved! I even carry their business cards to hand out to all my friends! Hands down miracle autosport is the best in the biz!!
