Take him to court! He sells lemons and doesn’t help fix them up when they break down on you .. terrible dealership don’t waste your time . Cars are bought from an auction and thrown right on the lot

Bought a car from this place and latterly 3 hours later it broke down. I called and spoke to a man named loney and he told me to bring it in Tuesday. Woke up The next morning and when I went to put the car in drive it reversed. Went to the car shop and spoke to Joe he was Fast talking me and being very rude. Joe is giving me the runaround and refusing to give me back a refund.

Bought a car that was listed as good running,Smooth shifting. Broke down 80 miles from dealership.At first Kevin seemed like he was concerned, and was going to help.Then it was,oh well,and I have covid.Needed approximately two thousand dollars to get it right.things wrong:air mass flow sensor, right axle bad,left sway bar popped out, transmission cooler leaking.Tires so toed that they needed replacement after drive home.I admit that it is partially my fault for buying a car on Ebay without testing it. However if a dealer tells you that it is in good running condition,and you dont know much about cars,sometimes you take their word as being reputable. He did offer me $150,a slap in the face.then he said bring it back,after work had been completed. I also would have lost my $500 nonrefundable deposit. Please do your due diligence on this place.

I called regarding a car I found online. I spoke to Joe who answered all my questions without misleading or incorrect information. He held the car for me while I drove 100 miles to see it. The car was exactly has he described it. We purchased the car without any pressure. Weve had it inspected in PA and it passed without any concerns and over a 1000 miles later its running great. I would happily do business with these folks again. As a side note: Joe was able to help me with the paperwork since I was buying this car for my son in the military. His suggestions saved me double registering it to me and then my son. It saved us quite a bit of headache.

Terrible experience. Sold me a lemon. Defective headgasket discovered two hours later while driving. Subaru dealer confirmed the problem and had to escalate the claim with eBay for insurance refund. He did not help any way and lied about the vehicles serious problem. Tried to use blackmail for positive feedback in exchange for money. Terrible transaction!

In my personal experience, Broad Street Auto Sales seems to traffic in terminally ill cars bought at auction to pass them onto unsuspecting buyers.I bought a car from Broad street Auto Sales that I am essentially having to sell for parts one month later, costing my family 75 percent of the car value (losing over $4k). It was unrealiable and now undrivable unless I want to spend thousands on repairs. This shops condition assessment of the vehicle cannot be trusted as they only describe systems that dont have problems. If they dont affirm to the integrity of the car system, it WILL have problems, in my experience. DONT BID ON EBAY!! unless you have a trusted mechanic thoroughly examine the car or provide a detailed, lengthy set of questions for them to affirm to in writing before bidding, thus making them accountable to Ebay and some extent, New Jersey law. Buying from this shop provided no more protection, reconditioning, inspection, or quality assurance than buying from an unscrupulous private party who would be either too ignorant or unethical to disclose car problems before the sale.I lost a lot of money dealing with this shop. Dont buy from them. They cannot be trusted. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

No one was in the office when we arrived! We was left to roam the loft by our selves.

This place is a j..ke. Upon agreement, I arrived by public transportation to buy the Toyota Sienna and they would not even picked me up from the train station claiming that they were very bussy. When I got there by cab, no warm welcome, sales rep by the name Kevin just provided me a key to check the vehicle and left me alone for 30 min. While I was checking the minivan of my interest nobody asked me any question or provide any answers . Since the vehicle was heavily misrepresented online (which caught my interest ), with all defects and poor repaints hiding the rust, I just returned a key and left. Finally got a txt message from the sales person why I did not like the vehicle. I asked to have my $200 deposit made over the phone to be refunded back and they still looking to play a game with me over the deposit. Very bad experience .

I had went to them for a car that i could count on to get me back and forth and not have trouble with ok i thought i had just that i got a nice mazda but soon as i kept driving it i was having so much problems with it check engine light kept coming on along with many other problems now i have to get rid of the car thank you broad st auto for taking my money and selling me a lemon

Be very cautious of this seller. I bought a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Duramax Diesel on Ebay from this dealer in July 2016, The dealer had this vehicle in his possession since march 2016. He advertised the vehicle as running perfect with no issues. I sent a third party to pick the vehicle up and drive back to Virginia. The vehicle made it less that 300 mile when it filled the oil pan with diesel fuel (Dealer known issue that was not disclosed). I had to hire a wrecker service to transport the vehicle another 200 mile to my home. I contacted Broad Street Auto sales to help with a partial payment of approximately $500.00 again the $1500.00 it cost for wrecker services, Injector cost and labor to replace the injector. Broad St. Auto would not help with any expense instead they went on Ebay and filed a non payment claim against me because they knew I was going to leave negative feedback, which I did leave negative feedback but Ebay removed it (why I do not know). Any rational human knows that a dealer will not release a title and vehicle to someone out of state unless it is paid for. The $1500.00 that I spent to make the repairs was just the start. The truck had been ran so long with diesel fuel in the oil (dealer known issue) prior to me buying it that it had destroyed all the bearings, After I spent the $1500.00 for the initial problems I drove the truck less than 30 miles when the engine completely give up (Rod Knocking) and lost all compression and will not start, its actually sitting a our local Chevrolet dealership . Now its another $4600.00 for a reman engine plus installation. Please stay away from this dealer unless you live local and you can physically lay hands on the salesman and owner. Very Very Corrupt business. Please do not let them tell you that one time filling the oil pan with diesel fuel will do this damage, Do some internet research on these Duramax engines, It takes multiple times to do the damage that was done to this engine and they had possession of it long enough to know it had problems.
