Absolutely love my new kitchen! Jeff and everyone else were so nice and helpful with everything and extremely accommodating to my schedule. My kitchen came out beautifully and done really quick and on schedule. And as it was being done around the holidays they made sure it was at least functional even though it wasnt fully complete so that I could cook if needed.

Please take your business elsewhere! It took 1.5 years of complete dissatisfaction on just a bathroom vanity. Everything was wrong; I had to continue to call to see if my vanity ever came in and was always told it should be on the next delivery truck. All of a sudden it came in and when they went to install it it was much to big depth wise which it had to go back to be cut down. I was told it was a great quality Amish custom made cabinet and it was nothing more than tall kitchen cabinets so no drawers and it very tall. Everyone that sees it asks why my bathroom vanity is soooo tall. Also, they never fastened the sink down so I had water leaking into my basement. They never installed a back splash until I asked for that. The door all had to be replaced because the tops were barely painted and sanded. The call around the sink came out so they recalled and it still came out. There is bare unpainted edges on the cabinets that are bare wood never was painted so they gave me some paint to paint it! How do you like that for an easy job of just getting a bathroom vanity replaced? Please stay away from this company!!!!!!

What a disappointment I called on July 28th for an estimate. The guy came out same day was very nice and said Id have my estimate by the end of the following week. I called on the following friday and was told by the end of the weekend. Got a call the Tuesday after and was told its on its way it wasnt. I called back several times never got nothing and no its not in my spam.i was pretty excited to get my kitchen done but wow its September now

We had our bathtub taken out and a walk in shower installed. We love it. Jeff was awesome and so were the two men that installed it.very polite and cleaned up everything. I have recommended KDI to a number of my friends already

Working with everyone at KDI in Trenton was a pleasure & a great experience. Jeff, the salesman gave us great advise with our bathroom remodel & worked with us closely to help make the right choices for us. We cannot say enough about our installer Scott. He made our vision a reality. He offered suggestions & never once rolled his eyes when we had questions or changed our minds about something. Even though he worked in the coldest of winter, he always arrived with a positive attitude. He was very easy to work with & we would highly recommend him & KDI.

Just had KDI renovate my kitchen. I am very happy with the outcome. The materials are high quality and the workmanship excellent. The price was better than the one quoted a few years back from Home Depot. Special thanks to Bob G, Steven and Bob T for their quality workmanship. My parents, Joe and Dorothy M, Trenton, had their bathroom remodeled in December 2016 and are so pleased with the results. When I took them to see Jeff at the Trenton KDI showroom, he was extremely nice and helped them select all the items needed for their remodeling which included the walk-in shower, vanity, counter top, water-saving toilet, lighting, beautiful easy to care for flooring, all the accessories, and many more things. The bronze color used throughout is gorgeous. Also, the men who did the work were excellent, arrived on time, and cleaned up after each days work. We highly recommend KDI and now know who to contact when ready for another project. Excellent!

KDI remodeled my master bath. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. The crew was professional, timely and provided excellent craftsmanship. I had a strict timeline and the job was completed a few days early. I will be using them again for my kitchen remodel and highly recommend KDI.

KDI converted our 3 Season Room (enclosed porch) into an all year fabulous addition to our house. They suggested improvements on our original design and did everything the right way, not cutting corners but taking pride in their work. They turned what would have been a nice space as we originally envisioned, into a room we now want to spend much of our time in. Tom at KDI was always cost and quality conscious. While all the workmen on this project were great Bill was exceptional. I rate KDI with 5 STARS for this project.

Remodeled our kitchen. Planning took over a year. We were provided excellent service throughout the decision process. We finally ordered Waypoint cabinets through KDI and the order was processed flawlessly. Thanks KDI/Kathleen! Our kitchen looks amazing.

Working with KDI was fast and easy. Any problems that developed were caused by our indecision. The staff at KDI offered helpful advise that allowed the project to move on. We were promised that once the work started, the project would be done in two days. KDI kept their promise and we couldnt be happier with our new bathroom

We had KDI remodel our kitchen in September. And I am happy to say that it is everything that we dreamed it would be. The floor tile and backsplash turned out perfect and the countertops and cupboards with slide out drawers are a dream come true. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a 4x8 sheet of Formica to redo kitchen cabinets, very patient sales staff at West rd location. Helped match rest of kitchen built in the 70s. Would definitely deal with this company again. Product was ordered and available for pickup when they said it would be!

Jeff the salesperson was supposed to come to my house last Wednesday, never called to confirm, never called to say he would be late and I called the store and he answered and put me on hold for a bit - he then came on and gave me a load of excuses of why he didnt come, lost track of time, etc. then he said hed like to reschedule and we decided on Friday at 6pm. 6 oclock on Friday comes and no show, no call nothing - presumably, he forgot about me - ha. I called Saturday (today) and they said he forgot to pencil me in. WOW. How frustrating and inconvenient for me. Im looking at a complete redo of my bathroom and kitchen. THUMBS DOWN. Not a good beginning.UPDATE: Joe from the Wyandotte location called me since Jeff didnt show up for the previous two appointments and said he would come Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 3:00pm. GUESS WHAT - he never showed up or called to tell me he would be late. THREE STRIKES - YOUR OUT! They lost money as I am going to get my bathroom and kitchen regutted. Guess they dont need business.

Remodeled our a 2nd Bathroom with KDI products. There service was over the top! They helped us pick out what we wanted and I installed the items.
