We had a flood and had to do a complete kitchen remodel, Hamilton did a fantastic job on the cabinets, and we had Mark1 Restoration do our installation work. Mike at Hamilton could not have been nicer, and stayed with us through the entire project, the last picture is our Before photo. As other reviewers said, a rep from Hamilton Kitchens came out and looked at our kitchen to fanfare. Sounded very positive. Then after that we didnt hear back from them. Finally after a few emails almost after a month asking what was going on, there was one email which stated that a final renovation budget was put together for us. The cost was 80-100% higher than others. There was no detail but rather a recommendation that I work with a designer.I wrote back and said I was disappointed because the other 8 kitchen companies that I worked with gave us designs, details and a complete breakdown of costs. Hamilton Kitchens didnt bother and said they were sorry we was disappointed.There are a lot of good fish in the sea - Hamilton is NOT one of them. Go look for other companies who actually want to work with you. With a little bit of research we found several good ones in Somerset County.If you are renovating your kitchen, I found that a good company will do 3 things:1. Be very proactive with their communication2. Be open and honest with costs or tell you that this is not for them3. Be open and give you detail because they are confident in their abilitiesWe found this with other companies that want to work with us.

I needed some cabinet sizes changed and appliances installed.Adam and Ryan did the work and I can not say how pleased I was with their work.Mike the owner was great to deal with and delivered what he promised.Price was reasonable.Definitely would use them again.

We went to Hamilton Kitchens and Baths with details of our project and requested that a representative call us to schedule an appointment for an on site visit to get an estimate that was based not only on the information we provided, but also on a visual of the potential project. We were told that we would get a call to schedule a visit. Never happened.I suppose that the potential profit from the project may not have been sufficient for whatever business model or formula was in play. However, courtesy and honesty are generally a win for everyone and should always be in play.

Same as another reviewer stated, they were happy to sell entire kitchen, but smaller order will get 0 attention.

My kitchen was redone by Hamilton Kitchens recently and I love it! They did a fantastic job and really made the whole process enjoyable from start to finish! I would highly recommend!!!
