Ive been going to Indian Auto for my inspections and repairs since 2017. They are WONDERFUL! Super friendly and so knowledgeable. Years ago, saved me hundreds of dollars rebuilding the fuel filter housing on my Silverado when others said it was injectors/pump. Most recently, they replaced the knock sensors in my Yukon in under two hours for a fraction of what I thought Id pay. The vehicle runs like a dream now. We will ALWAYS use Indian Auto for the repairs/maintenance we cant just do ourselves, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, friendly shop!

Very professional quality service. Staff is very friendly and experienced mechanic works fast but is also very patient in addressing new or unexpected problems that come up. This mechanic is very honest and has a great work ethic that is unmatched or hard to beat. Im attaching the pic this mechanic provided about a problem with my vehicle that he fixed. William explained every detail on why the problem occurred with the valve cover gasket and the effort and attention that was given this job to make it right and fix the problem someone else caused. After this experience I trust William so much and told him he can count on me to never question his work.

Fabulous company to take your vehicles to. They are very honest about repairs. One shop told me a lot of things needing repaired and fixed. They looked through the vehicle and some of those items did not even need fixing and they told me this. Very reliable! Love this company!!

After my $954 price repair this place forgot to put transmission fluid in my jeep. Then the people denied it because I had filled it myself. I dont recommend Indian Auto.I would not call this honest work. I spent close to $1000 with them. Over the years my mother has spent close to $13,000 with them. A simple apology is all I wanted... And maybe the 50 bucks I spend on the trans fluid because they had indeed charged me for fluid in the bill.Im sure someone so experienced would have a hard time admitting he forgot something so simple and expensively crucial to the function of all vehicles. Transmission fluid.

The office is really good about contacting you to let you know what problems were found with the vehicle, cost of repairs, getting your approval, when it’s ready to pick up, etc. Their mechanics also know how to find and fix problems better than most dealerships can. I have taken company trucks here many times, and have always gotten good service.If you have an older vehicle with grease fittings instead of sealed bearings, Indian Automotive is probably the only shop I know of that will truly, genuinely grease grease fittings as part of their oil change package, instead of just checking it off on the receipt and charging you for it. Besides seeing them greasing fittings myself, I have noticed the steering wheel on my truck turning squeak-free and much smoother after an oil change at Indian Automotive. Just make sure you call first to verify that they have room in their shop for an oil change, as they are pretty busy most of the time.

Bubba is very personable and always fair. When he had an oil spot in his lot he called all of the days customers to check out their vehicles (free) to make sure no one broke down.

The owners are so nice, honest and go out of their way to help their customers over and above what most repair shops do. I got my oil changed and my heat shield was rattling because it had come loose.I asked if they could look at it for me and let me know what needed to be done to fix it. William Bubba Thomas fixed for me no charge. I definitely recommend this shop and will be a repeat customer.

I was referred to them due to the experience of the diesel mechanic, Im not downing the owner of mgmt of this company they seems great, I have diesel experience but took it in just for the AC and its still not working, he couldnt start the truck, he tried to convince me it was due to the after market he called it VIPER Alarm System a $650.00 system that you can warm up the truck from the other side of the world ect, They are great, just my x wife tore up the remotes, long story short, this young diesel mechanic didnt seem to have more experience than me and his attitude is wrong to speak for anothers company into a court case. I will contact the owner before I file, but wont let him touch my truck 2nd gen RAM.
