The entire Amigo Tire experience was top notch. Not only is the staff knowledgeable they are personable, they are able to get you in quickly! The prices were great and and in a time where it’s important to keep business local, they are the obvious choice! I also had my brakes done, I’m very happy with the work. I will continue recommending them to everyone I know.

We came in at exactly 735 am we asked if they were open he said yes all we need was a fix flat and it’s been an hour and we are still waiting for him to finish the job absolutely the worst place I ever been and I’ve been places where a fix flat don’t take more then 10 min like idk if this guy the owner the manager but worst customer service worst service over all if I could give a negative 100 stars this place would definitely deserve it

Friendly staff, quick service, and a fair price. I previosly thought I needed brakes but they informed me I still had 30% left, which shows honesty and integrity. When I really needed brakes they got the job done within a day at a price much lower than I expected. I highly recommend!

We had an extremely negative experience dealing with Emmett at Amigo, the singular most disrespectful customer service experience Ive had in my life. Spent over $1000 and our car still isnt drivable, and Emmett only wanted to yell and blame us, he made no effort to offer any solutions. Very frustrating experience. If you like being yelled at by your mechanic, Amigo is the place for you!

I was a long way from home (OKC) and got a nail in my tire. Amigo tire was able to get me in right away and get me patched up! The ladies working the front office were so polite and helpful! You need any auto work done, COME TO AMIGO!

I got my tires changed from this place. They were reasonable on the phone, but as I got to the location, the situation was different.The employees (got to deal with 2) on the front desk seems a little disoriented - there was no handoff between them.A chap sitting on the side desk (assumingly the owner or manager) didnt bother to guide them. Rather, hed rattle off comments when he absolutely had to.As they finally got done with the replacing tires, the 2nd employee hesitantly communicates that there will be a 3% charge for credit card payment. I didnt see any such thing posted on the walls of the location that indicated so. When I asked why, he goes that the company recently instituted it. Reading between the lines - this shop re-did their contract to a cheaper contract. A as a result, theyre fine with the credit card company now charging 3% per swipe - which - Amigo tires simply passes on the unsuspecting customer. How sweet.I offered to pay via PayPal. The owner/manager came back to life to complain in a surly tone that he doesnt know how to run PayPal by his register.Poor customer service epitomized.

Always free check for tire pressure. I couldnt remember when I was due for a tire rotation but went inside and since I bought my tires there they could look it up for me. I was overdue so they did it while I waited; very quickly and no charge. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Brought Amigo a set of vintage racing magnesium wheels to pull some old rain tires from and Eben and his crew did a nice job with them. I can depend on them to handle these valuable wheels with care. Quick turnaround too. Thanks guys (and Caitlin).

This shop has always treated me well. The owner is honest and humble, and I was impressed by the customer service when I was unhappy with one repair. I’ve been to at least five other mechanics in town, and no one else has ever taken responsibility for a misdiagnosed or undiagnosed issue. They offer free shuttle service and fair pricing, and I’ve been happy with the oil changes, tire patching and part replacements I’ve received here.

To my surprise my truck was subbed out to another mechanical shop without me being told before hand to have a choice in the matter. I payed more for this shop than another based on their reviews and the owner telling me the day before that he can do the work. I can only assume the service was as I requested while I waited in their shop for my truck to return.I suggest that you specifically ask if they’re doing the work if you decide to hire them.I will not be using this shop again simply because I don’t trust them now.

Called before going to check if they could break 12 wheel locks off my vehicle’s wheels as it needed to get a flat repair done. The men in the front desk were very helpful in finding a way to remove the wheel locks and searching for normal lug nuts for my wheels. Overall great experience with Amigo, it did take a while for the job to get done but it got done right the first time!

Went there about a week ago, worst experience ever. First of all the receptionist were super rude over the phone and in person. Got there gave them my information and one of the receptionists just looks at me and says “keys” as she’s sticking her hand out. I took my car for an alignment, I left and I’ve been trying to call back because it seems like they did absolutely nothing to my car, had to take it to get checked at another shop and they told me no alignment was done to the car. Very disappointed!Has been over a month since I left my review and had the horrible experience with them. I emailed them as they asked me to and NOTHING was done! Ridiculous that they can’t do their job right the first time and still won’t do anything to fix it! Don’t recommend this place at all to anyone.

Purchased new tires from another vendor. Called Amigo Tire to possibly schedule a wheel alignment the same day. They reserved a spot that very morning. Much appreciated, however technician stated they found a problem with the rear camber causing inside tire wear. A new camber kit would be needed. Replacement parts, labor and tax would equal $600.I got a second opinion from another alignment shop and they said theyve never had to install a camber kit on a stock vehicle. Only issue with rear wear was adjustment with toe alignment. Total cost was $65.

Came in today at 10am for an alignment, was called a half hour later, that we would need a 4 tire alignment fine, but when we returned they said it was more extensive than they thought. So it was gonna be an hour longer. Fine then they came out and told us that we would need a camber kit so our alignment was never done, all this 3 hours later, and they still wanted to charge us around $200. The employee that worked on the car was also very rude and didnt want to explain anything to us, the girl in the front was giving us attitude and was all around not happy. If these people dont like their jobs they should get another profession where they dont have to deal with customers. Worst experience ever, do nit recommend it

We went in to get an oil leak checked out. Also we were limited on time I explained all that to them. They replaced a transmission line and said the oil leak was fixed. Yeah whatever it leaked again 3 days later. So not only did we not get to report the lemon law on the vehicle, the owner refused to fix the wrong doing. So he refused to give us paperwork.. take your car somewhere else!!!!!!

Did a good job aligning the wheels of a VW. Only a few in SF have the equipment for German cars.

After patronizing national discount tire shops for years, a friend suggested that I go to Amigo Tire & Auto and invest locally (duh!). Im so glad I did. In the last five months I have had three services (A/C boost, purchase of new tires, and replacement of windshield and window - which was coordinated by the Amigo staff with a third-party vendor). I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service (friendliness, ease of scheduling), efficiency of mechanics (each service was done quickly and without issue), and cost (competitive prices). I think that I must have gotten used to the generic, impersonal experience of the chain shops because these guys were such a breath of fresh air; they are miles above the competition. Good, old-fashioned service with a smile has won me over. Check em out.

They got me in a full week faster than any other shop I called would, and fixed it for a full $100 cheaper than the other garages quoted prices. Weve used Amigo Tires as our go-to mechanical experts for years. Materials and service have always been excellent. Eban recommended a brand of tires for my wifes Mazda 5, a car that is expected to get home through some of the most challenging conditions in rural New Mexico. They perform perfectly with dependable grip on back roads that leave my neighbors in the bar ditch. Tires can be magic if you listen to Ebans recommendations. Well, he should know. He keeps a race car and knows whats what for tires.

Brought my 2008 Toyota Prius to Amigo Tire & Auto last Friday for a front brake job and a replacement wheel bearing. I had the car checked out twice at Toyota and was price shopping around town. I was quoted a price for an OEM part. It was installed and I left the shop. I noticed that when I stopped the car it jolted forward. I brought the car in on Saturday. When I first called the person who answered the phone said that the car was jolting when I brought it in, which was untrue. After looking at the car, I received a call from Dan, who said that the motor mount was worn and would need to be replaced. I had researched the problem myself and knew that it could come from either an incorrect break job or incorrect installation of a wheel bearing. I immediately took the car to Toyota. I watched (and videoed and photographed) as they diagnosed and fixed the problem. The part was not OEM. It was installed incorrectly and the knuckle of the car was badly damaged by the Amigo mechanics when they removed the previous bearing with out an air hammer. The installation was misaligned so that the ABS brake sensor could not function. The speed sensor had not been reinstalled incorrectly. The replacement wheel bearing did not move smoothly. I had to buy one from Toyota and have them spend three hours diagnosing and fixing the problem.

I have always taken my cars here, but i dont think i will be any more. i recently had some work done at Amigo tire, (took my own parts) and have always taken my car to this place as i thought it was quality. i paid near $1000 to have all the work that was done. everything seemed fine, till about 2-3 weeks later. i smelled coolant, there were no visable leaks no coolant in my driveway at home or work. So i went back because there was no coolant in the radiator, when i had checked it. i took it back and they added coolant. they said there was an air pocket so the coolant hadnt been filled to the proper capacity. the next day my car is leaking coolant, i return to them to have them look. the hood was lifted and looked at the motor. i then crawled under the car and showed him where the leak appeared to be. he said it s the parts without looking at it, but it had been run without coolant since i picked it up after having it fixed at amigo, it should have had the proper amount of coolant prior to me leaving the Establishment. since it was ran without coolant for so long is there damage? ill never know.so now i have to spend more money to find somewhere to have this problem fixed as this is my daily driver or fix it myself, i loose either way due to the negligence of the person who worked on my car.my car didnt leak prior to the visit, it was full of coolant. i was informed by the mechanic that when he fixed it her replaced all the items and filled it back up with coolant. on my receipt it says that a coolant flush was preformed, so now we really get into this and i am wondering how much money has been taken from me when my cars have been fixed here.well off to the lawyers office to see about small claims court.

Amigo Tires is my HONEST and Loyal mechanic! Ebon is always professional and reliable. He has been my savior a few times with my Scion and kept me safe with his knowledge of cars and the small irritating things that do develop over the years (since 2007). Here in NM and Santa Fe, I would not trust anyone else, including simple oil changes. His customer services is beyond reproach!!!I have been going to Amigos since 2007 when I first came from Colorado. Big O tires scammed me with a bad tires and would not allow a returned, to the company Goodrich for faulty tires tread.Ebon, owner of Amigos wrote a diagnostic letter, stating the facts. I had to purchase 4 new tires due to Big O (they have since gone out of business).All my mechanical, tires, oil needs, anything to do with a car I take it to Amigos.Ebon is on the ball, knows cars ALL CARS and trucks. Prices are reasonable, people are Customer Service specialists, I know I am in safe and honest hands with Amigo.Have recommended Amigos to everyone I know, even to purchase tires (only) from Amigos!!!
