I am not convinced the service I paid for was even done at all. I asked if it was test driven and they said yes. The odometer was unchanged. The vehicle drives the exact same prior to drop off.

I went in for a simple break had job took him three hours With the car in the air for them to diagnose what my car needed and I asked just for simple brake pads and they took 30 minutes and I was out overcharged 234 for two breaks would not recommend not coming back again.They also mentioned that they couldn’t warrantee their own work

Guy named mike helped me out, talk about un professionalism, asked him for a quote on some belts and brake pads and rotors, obviously hes not in the right carreer path he bsd his way on general questions i asked, made me feel uncomfortable with spending money here. Buyers beweare of mike short little chubby guy.

The service provided by Shop Manager Jerome Chapin and his team fully deserve every star I can give them! His service to myself and the service I witnessed him provide other customers was excellent! No customers were told he could not help them and he did everything he could to take care of everyone as quickly as possible. To know that this type of customer service is the norm for Jerome and crew is so refreshing in this day and age - Great Job Jerome!

Mike was his name knows nothing about cars, all he does is stand in the back watch everyone else work and come up with charges to be billed, I brought in my car to have my clutch system look at, they fix something that isnt broken and didnt fix what was broken in my car and didnt bother to tell me until I have to pay for it, he wants me to pay 108$ to plug in a diagnostic, my car was there for a week waiting on things they dont have, horrible and such unprofessional service.

The managers and the staff bend over backwards to help you so that they can solve your problem and they try to work with you to get good deals and if youre a veteran youre treated with a lot of respect

They are always very professional, customer service is outstanding and always gives me great deals for the services I received. So far just oil changes and brake replacements. But I am forever going to service my vehicle at this location.

I highly recommend and trust the crew at Brakemasters Store #227. So glad to see Jerome now running the shop, the customers are in great hands with his expertise and customer service. For a year I’ve been bringing both family vehicles to their shop and will continue to do so because of their ability to troubleshoot and talk through a plan with me. Besides the usual brake work and alignments, they did a top job on repairing a head gasket, Jerome even worked with me on pricing. Even at times money was tight, they talked me through what work I was able to do at home. Feels good to find an auto shop you can trust.

I was in the middle of a long road trip when my car randomly lost power. Ive always worked on my own cars but didnt have the time or tools so I stopped by Brake Masters. The store Manager instantly got on it and the mechanic Juan found some issues extremely fast then did everything they could to fix it and didnt push me to spend any more money than necessary. Best shop experience I couldve imagined. Great staff. Would absolutely recommend.

My wife and I became stranded in a rented truck and Airstream, because the trucks brakes had completely failed. Jerome at Brake Masters was like a savior to us. He got us in, helped us unhitch the trailer, and allowed it to remain on his lot while he and his team diagnosed and fixed our brakes. All done in 6 hours!!!! We are very, very grateful for Jeromes help. I wish more businesses were run by people like him.

Made an appointment but there was no recognition of that upon arrival. Was hurried through the check-in process, not given an opportunity to talk through the details of my booking, and then, once my car was worked into the que, was told my coupon wouldn’t work. To top it off, my wheels were taken off accidentally when I just asked for an oil change.

I was driving though New Mexico on business, and my brakes started making a loud grinding noise. When I arrived in Santa Fe I stopped be Brake Masters. I spoke to the manager Jerome Chapin. He took one look at my brakes and agreed to fix them right away, even though they were closing in less than an hour. He wanted to make sure I was safe. Jose Jasso worked on my car even though they had to get a special part for it. The shop was very clean and the staff was professional. Exceptional customer service and even having to stay late all the staff had great attitudes.

Just okay. No particular amenities. Takes a long time even if you have an appt. Brought in for service on lifetime warrantied brakes and still had to pay for labor and add on supply and waste fees and then was taxed on everything. doubling the cost of tax.

My truck and I have traveled very far and I’m rough on her I’m not gonna line. Jerome and his staff are always there to help me w the smallest thing like my window not working, to me needing my truck for ABQ airport at five am w brand new brakes. They’d fix one thing and then I’d brake something different and they fix it for me everyday. Sadly I haven’t been in because my trucks been good w the work they do for me. Extremely rude I was trying to get as much information about what my brakes needed since my bill was over $ 700. The man at the front desk had horrible customer service. He really expected me to want service after being yelled at on the phone by him. Never going back and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate this place zero stars I would.

These guys put brakes on my 3008 Lexus rx350 and destroyed it put on the wrong brake hardware and has cost us additional 1800.00 these guys are horrible!! Would avoid brake master at all cost!!
