Been to Dairy Queen many times and they consistently deliver awesome burgers. Tasty and not too greasy. Garlic fries is ftw. Plenty of parking, and the outdoor sitting is perfect for the nice weather. Service is fairly quick. I also like how clean their bathroom is (always a big plus for me). Will definitely keep coming back.

Nobody in the front the customers that’s included me standing for more than 15 mins to get help a really bad service need to be fixed to have better service and help probably the last time I’ll come here

After growing up with the original Dairy Queen at the corner of this parking lot. It’s kinda of a shame they replaced it with this one The ice cream just doesn’t taste as good. On my last visit I believe the girl was new ( mostly because she had to keep asking how to make a blizzard ) she needs a lot more practice. It was more of a milkshake than a BlizzardAnd I was asked to donate for a chance to win a gift basket never gave me the slip to fill out. ( how can I win ? ). Won’t be back. I’m just going to Sonics from now on

I have been going to this location since my parents brought me there as a baby in 1985. Now I have kids myself and have been taking my kids there somewhat regularly.My wife ordered a Reeses Blizzard birthday cake for me with chocolate frosting and ice cream instead of vanilla. The top layer is supposed to be a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard. This layer was 99% plain soft serve chocolate ice cream. The middle layer is supposed to be a cookie crunch with fudge. The cookie crunch was there but there was no fudge at all. I was pretty disappointed that my Blizzard cake didnt have Blizzard in it.My wife called the same evening to report how the cake was made incorrectly. The manager who took the call understood and offered to remake the cake and asked my wife to send a few pictures. That was very nice as my wife didnt ask for a remade cake. My wife sent a few pictures. These pictures clearly showed that the ice cream had no pieces in it and that the fudge was missing.This morning, Alan called and told me that the picture clearly had plenty of Reeses Peanut Butter cups in it and that the fudge layer was clearly there. I offered to bring the cake in for a proper dissection. He said that he will review the security cam footage of the employee who prepared the cake and get back to me. When he called back, Alan said that the employee placed enough of the Reeses peanut butter cups into the ice cream. I told him that me, my wife, and my two sons all could not taste or find any of this when we ate some last night. I offered to bring the cake in so he can look at it. He said that even if I am right that there will be nothing done to rectify the situation as the security cam footage exhonerates his staff. This meant that the promise from the manager to remake the cake got revoked. He was stern and rude.All I know is that this Blizzard cake did NOT have Blizzard ice cream. I have eaten Blizzards all throughout my entire life and I know what a Blizzard is-- and from this same location. This experience has caused this location to lose a life long customer of me and my family. I guess we will be eating Cold Stone more often now... please review the pictures. One picture is how this cake is advertised for comparison. I was really looking forward to this special cake for my birthday. This is so unfortunate.

Just got a nice SNIKER SHAKE at Dairy Queen. I been driving all day and this place caught my eye. Omg...definitely gotta try their SNIKER Shake.Price was amazing and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will certainly come back again if Iam ever in riverside CA again.Jaime Lim

I like it here. The ice cream is always good and I’ve never had a problem with it. The only thing that bothers me is that the place is so small so when a lot of customers come in, there’s really no where to wait and it gets really crowded.

It was really crowded with customers but the line went fast and the staff were great. Working really hard but doing it with a pleasant attitude. Theres outside seating and a garbage can right there. Parking is a little tight but if you can walk an extra couple hundred feet theres plenty of spots. Also, they just serve desserts, no meals.

I go to this Dairy Queen quite regularly on Valley blvd, it normally is pretty good. However my last visit I got our blizzards to go and asked for lids. When I got home my blizzard was 1/4 empty. Very disappointing for the amount of money to not have a full cup.

Ive always loved Dairy Queen, and that will never change. The ice cream is always fresh, and to this day it still makes me smile when they flip the Blizzards upside down. The cakes are really delicious too. I wish they would bring back the Brownie Earthquake though... Wishful thinking I suppose

I have always purchased from this location and their service has been excellent. Yesterday was my birthday and a friend ordered a surprise cake from DQ on the California ave in Riverside to be delivered to me. The cake never arrived. My friend gave my number and that of my wife’s that they call when they get to the apartment since the gate is locked. We never got a call later my friend gave us a number to call which didn’t go through and so l didn’t get my cake. This morning whiles going out for a walk, l saw an ice cream cake with my name and that of my friend sitting on the floor of one of the main entrance of the apartment completely melted. Am wondering who in their right sense will leave an ice cream cake on the floor of an entrance to an apartment complex. Am so disappointed. I have pictures of the melted cake.

This Dairy Queen is Great! They always have a lot of cakes in stock, they are super helpful, they even have the candles there!!Clean and usually very busy in afternoons.To find parking there on the weekend is a drag, but its not their fault.

The Queen is quite the treat. And the employee staff members working here are terrific!

It was a really hot day and my wife and my self both got the strawberry Julius.It was most refreshing to say the least.If you like orange Julius the strawberry Julius is killer!

I dont know how this place has such a high rating. It was literally awful from the service to the ice cream. First the cashier was rude and you could just tell she didnt want to be there, the whole time taking our order she was leaning against the counter on her elbows and had a horrible attitude. The ice cream we ordered was disgusting it tasted awful. Very dissapointing.

I was there today at 11am to place an order. Behind me was another customer. After I placed my order the customer behind me placed his order. The employee proceeds to make the order for the customer behind me and then makes my order. Why are we standing in line to place our orders? This isn’t the first time this has happened here. I’ve been coming here for a few years now because I want to support the mother-son owner/management team at this location. I can’t support this kind of treatment though.

We ordered 2 banana splits and by the time we got them in our hand they were melted, there was only one scoop of ice cream and covered in whipped cream with half of a banana!! Never again! We only live 3 minutes away from Dairy Queen and this is what it looked like when we got home

The customer service here is outstanding! I wish i would have gotten the ladies name that helped us out today,she was soo sweet and outgoing. Her attitude was very positive and she really likes her job,we could tell just by her demeanor and overall attitude towards us and other customers. We absolutely love this place and go as often as we can.

I really love the chocolate shake and ice cream and their Oreo blizzard

I took my 7 year old son here to get ice cream as I normally visit the location on magnolia which is closest to my house but since I was in this neighborhood, I though about supporting small business. My son ordered a Rocky Road blizzard and once he Discovered that it had nuts, we mentioned it to the girl at the counter and she explained that she had to charge me again to replace it with something else. I can understand if it was completely eaten or if I myself ordered it but it was my 7 year old son that they decided to let down. I even donated to the American Cancer society charity that they had. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy and customer service.

Worst dairy queen location ordered 4 brownie and Oreo cupfections 1 came with less then half scoop ice cream and they scale every ice cream and cone if over they toss away thats insane.

A typical DQ - what else can I say? They were fast and efficient when I went, and my only complaint is parking. With a little caesers next door, there is limited close parking and there is a lot of traffic if you come at night or on the weekend I imagine when the pizza traffic is heaviest. Otherwise, same good DQ flavors! Edit: I dont blame DQ for the parking issues. It was only an observation - and I didnt know about delivery, however I dont live that close to this one. Its near family, so I stopped by on my way.

Went in on Saturday around 2:30pm to get a sundae, but unfortunately wasn’t able to enjoy it, because the guy who helped us took our money and then proceeded to make our sundae without washing his hands. When he walked up to the register he had his hands in his pockets, then typed in our order on the computer, took our cash and then straight to making our sundae without washing his hands. It’s pretty nasty when someone cuts bananas with nasty hands that were in his pockets, then on a dirty pos system and the really nasty one, handling money. Good job Dairy Queen....sundae went directly in the trash as we walked out.

I miss that this Dairy Queen is no longer in its original stand alone building, but the food and service are still superior. Lines can get long, especially on summer evenings, but the staff move fast and get people in and out. Not much seating inside, but plenty outside. Always clean and if you grab a $5 pizza from next door you can have a great little summer evening dinner & dessert.

How can you have a bad time at DQ? Ive been going there for over 30 years, the ice cream (especially the blizzards) are great. If someone behind the counter is a problem, I let them be, they are not gonna rain on my parade. And then I continue to enjoy why Im there. So far, the DQ on California and Monroe in Riverside has been fine. I hope you enjoy it as well or better than us.

Have always loved Dairy Queen since I was a kid. Its always a treat to get my favorite a Snickers Blizzard.

They get a two star solely because their corporate office decided to get rid of cherry flavoring, Maraschino Cherries, Frozen bananas, marshmallow. This isnt the fault of the location. Id give them four stars.
