The customer service here is great. It was raining and they offered me a bag for my umbrella so I didnt get the floor wet. Super considerate. I wish they had things less cluttered. Too many items.

I love the place BUTTTTTTA somebody please tell me why they had at least 6-7 employees on the floor and only 2 yes 1 and a 2 registers open and the line was pass the fabric 🤔 make it make sense HL make it make sense i wouldve left if it wasnt for the 50% off i got all the mods for chocolate and hard candy plus Gummie bears and worms but they lucky get your peeps off the floor when its more then 4-5 a long as lines

Great place but salesperson was new and unfamiliar with location of merchandise.

Hobby lobby is always boasted as being dog friendly and allow all dogs into their store. This is their chains policy, but they allow managers to dictate their own rules for the specific store. This store has opted for Service Dogs only, which is disappointing…. Wish they’d change that.They have great crafting items though and I stop back here regularly. Staff is friendly and prices are good. I will definitely keep coming back.

Did not have alot of models even tho it is a hobby store.There is only 1 Aisle of models do not recommend if you want a model.

Everything was great up until I got to the register. Louis was my cashier and he was just very very rude. He had no sense in customer service at all. He looked like he didn’t even want to be there and it wasn’t a great experience. I will never be returning to this location.

Very large store with a good supply of merchandise. Unfortunately I could not shop long because the store does not supply battery operated w/c or carts for customers with mobility issues. Its o.k. though because I saved A LOT of money. Great staff!

Went specifically to purchase black twill tape--which have purchased often enought to know exactly where to find. Because section rearranged, couldnt find it... When I asked the young sales associate for help, she apologized & said she arrived in the department after the rearrangement, but searched and found it! Bought 5 black, 2 white and 2 beige spools. Lots of inventory, unable to find what I was looking for. No signs to tell you where to find what. You would think for their names sake they would have a better quality and quantity of beginner products for someone trying to find or start a new hobby.

The store was nice shopping there, 1 of the items I purchased was not added in the bag, I went back the next day to get the item. But instead they watched a video for almost 25 mins. Then came out and returned the price of the item to my acct. Oh well.

They have a good selection of products....... Ive been here 3 times and its taken at least 10 minutes to check out.

Quite impressive! This place is huge; but more importantly, extremely well organized with a fluid layout. Everything makes sense the way its merchandised. Moreover the staff is well informed, polite, courteous, and welcoming. The employees are very willing to assist, guide and answer questions. I hope this place prospers as the company really has its core values in place!

Such a huge selection of wonderful home decor and hobby merchandise! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. You will need more than one visit to see everything.

Not open Sundays. They have the perfect balance between helpful employees and they also give you space. Even on a busy day they have plenty of registers to get you through the line quickly. The Holiday decoration is why we come here. It’s part of our tradition of getting in the mood for the holidays. Walk down the isles, see all the Fall and Christmas decorations. Smell the candles. :) The only thing you must do before walking in is to set a budget. You can spend a lot of money really fast because Hobby Lobby has great decorations. They offer a lot of discounts so wait and come back if something isn’t on sale.

Great place for 🎨 and home decor and some of the greatest random items you never thought youd need until you saw them. Awesome customer service from employees but one specific employee which I think was a manager by the name of Sara helped me a lot.

Can I just say, WOW. I dont know who helped us, but her department has glass jars in it... Stellar customer service, everyone here (even the Store Manager) was super friendly, but the associate that helped us with 12 glass jars, she was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to help us find what we needed and took the time answer all our questions. Truly impressed, Ive never really shopped here, but theyve certainly earned my loyalty.

I can find just about anything I need here for crafts. Staff are pleasant. Love the 40% coupon you can download from your phone. The only negative is I wish the aisles were labeled. It would make ones search much easier.

Masks are required in store for safety of everyone but, as we were waiting to check out both my husband and I, along with another customer noticed at least 4 different employees wearing them incorrectly below their nose while helping customers and the manager closing was one of them. Will not be returning to this location. Hobby Lobby should consider proper training protocols of all employees for safety and to reduce the spread of this pandemic.

It had everything and we ended up getting some art supplies at 50% off and it was just a fun store. We all found something for each of us. My son found some books that teach you how to draw cats. That will be fun to do together. 😁

I was hyped for my 1st time, but it wasnt as amazing as everyone says it is.

I enjoy shopping here because there is a wide selection of items and are displayed into groups with matching items and themes. They also have floral, sewing and fabric, as well as planners and art supplies. They do not offer military discount but there is always a 40% coupon on the website on one regular priced item.

Added some leaves for my plants...this store was very handy with the same color and style that I needed.

Hobby Lobby is having a pretty good sale. The Christmas decorations are 40 percent off and some of the art supplies are 30-50 percent off so get going before all the good stuff is gone!

Definitely the mother load for do it yourselfers and crafters. Service was as good as it gets on my last trip here. This place could be a Paradise for those who seek the arts world. Some products can be pricey but its probably here if you need it bad enough. Management kindly asked if I found what I was looking for before I was rang up. You could spend a day going through each shelve of all the little products waiting to be crafted into whatever is imagined.

The biggest Hobby lobby Ive been too! This store has alot more things to choose from then your average Hobby Lobby. Its just gigantic! There are not alot of employees running around, so you gotta check things out your self.

I just spent over an hour selecting over 40 items to decorate my business. Looking and reading the sale signs, the location of the signs and products, only to find out that half were not on sale. Even though they were found under, around and in high quantity next to the sign. Even though the description matched statements on the sale sign. When addressing it with the clerk, she was rude and directed me to the back of the store, to items no where near a sale sign. When questioning why they would store such large quantities of these pots next to a sale sign that is not on sale, she just continued to give me dirty looks as if I was in the wrong. Shorty, after our conversation began, the manager walked over to listen and did nothing. As I decided not to purchase the first 12 items, instead of addressing her rude facial expressions, he just began to gab the items as go backs. The next 16 items were on sale but then once again, she stated the other 12 items were not. I again pointed out where I found them (next to the sale sign). Pointed out the description on the sale sign, and again asked why so many would be placed next to the sale sign if not on sale. With yet another dirty look not just to me this time but looking over at her co-worker for added support, I still could not get an answer other than those items were not on sale. Now this is not the first time I had heard others complain about this. In fact, this happened to my mother the other day. One, you would think they would stop putting items that are not on sale right next to the sign, especially a large amount of the same item. When doing so, most would thing, they are pushing that item. But most importantly, be kind. You do not need to give dirty looks to get your point across. This will only prevent me from shopping there again which is sad because I did shop there often but a sale is not more important to me then the respect I deserve.

Went to that store to return an item and noticed that all the employees had properly masks on their face. The employees were in uniform. However, I also noticed two women that looked in a higher position wearing the masks up to the bottom of their nose. Therefore they were both exposing the nose and not wearing the mask correctly. I also saw another man that also looked to be in a high position with a bandana originally covering his face but took it off shortly after that.These 3 people worked there but did not have a uniform like the rest. They had names tags and dressed casually as supervisors usually dress. Made me feel uncomfortable and not sure if I want to return. It doesn’t make sense why some people wear masks that way. Might as well not wear one at all.

Its a great store for every hobbyist they have every thing for a to z..

A little disappointed. I lost my receipt, they were able to pull up my transaction with my credit card, But only refunded 1 of my frames at full price.

It is crazy busy an packed. The store is clean and in order, Im always able to find the things I need. I do really wish they had a bit more order to hope many people are waiting in line and how long your in line for.
