Store is open late but doesnt take returns past 7pm. Computer is on, staff is right there, manager can do it but lies about why she can. This is a trash policy. And trash implending it.Why make it inconvenient and a labyrinth to return something?Walmart service blows.

Shelves were out of stock as usual and expected but hoping not. Why is it Walmarts in Idaho, Utah, and Nevada have so much more merch than California

Walmart is always understaffed and over crowded. This one always has like three registers open in 25 people on each of the three registers and 25 people in self check out service. Its easier just to buy from Amazon have it delivered to your house.

As much as I wanted to give it at least 3 stars because it was clean and nice, the selection was just horrible, did not have basics I needed that the app said was in stock. Technology wasnt working/lines were slow. Very very unhelpful employees (some not all) and had to wait forever to get help from multiple multiple different people on each of two basic items. What were those two items? A car charger and deodorant 😂

Big store good deals

Well this Walmart is probably one of my least favorite ones to visit. Too many people not enough registers. Ive been in line for over 30 minutes. So if youre trying to do some quick shopping in the afternoon I would definitely avoid this place. Not to mention that the parking is terrible.

Relatively clean. Water fountains were not serving water duringvmy visit; I imagine due to sanitation reasons behind COVID-19 protective protocols. But otherwise, helpful, patient, lenient customer service, for my return on my mothers behalf. I did not have all the info for it, besides the online invoice she provided me.Customer service was quite understanding.Very welcoming. Security was steady patrolling as well. Masked up & enforced.

I only come to Wal Mart when Target do not have what I need. Sam Walton was a good man a family man. To see his hardwork and values ridicule for corporate to make profit is sad as well as pathetic. I weep for the workers on the sales floor.

Ive never had a bad experience with an employee. The store is clean and organized. I usually go taler in the evening so it isnt always stocked up but I usually see the employees stocking up the shelves.

This was my 1st time at this location and it isnt marked very clear where the curbside pick up area is, once I found it though the associate came out quickly and was very polite. I also went inside to shop for a few other items, the store was clean and well stocked and the self checkout area staff were all friendly and polite. I would go back and shop this location again.

The store was super busy as usual, all of the lines flowed very smoothly. I found exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in 15mins.

I just love shopping at Walmart, it has everything I need.

Typical Walmart except much larger and more variety. This is the only place you need to go to get basically anything you could ever need. The employees are friendly and know the layout of the store well. The staff in each specific area could be more knowledgeable about the products they are stocking/selling but that may be too much to ask of Walmart to train and educate their employees about the products. At least the mechanics mostly know what they need to buy they are the most skilled people youll find working here.

The worst Walmart I have been to. Most of the items are locked in the box, and there is no one to unlock it. When the unlock you have to with them to check and you have to follow them to check out while they are going towards different people. Ridiculous. Worst customer service everrrrr

All the Walmart stores seem to be suffering from instock issues so I don’t fault anyone for that but I liked the way they’re handling the situation. It was crowded with customers, but attention to straightening things up as best they could really made the difference. I’m not a fan of how Walmart treats it’s employees but it looks like the managers are doing their best to shield their employees from the company and create a great working environment. It shows with the way the store was straightened up. Kudos to this store.

Lines are always ridiculously long. Wish customer service was better. Plus they dont always have what you need.

Place is a zoo. Always the same waiting game to check out they have 20 checkstands and only 2 or 4 open at a time. And this lady was just watching me pay so no Im not gonna stop to show you my receipt. still go because Walmart does have a lot of useful stuff.

I usually find what I am looking for here. Kidss clothing was pretty much sold out, didnt find much today but since kids just went back to school they were probably sold out. I hope they get new shipments soon!

Only stopped for the restroom, was convenient to stop, this turns out to be a Walmart Super Center. It had a grocery area and had some prepared baked goods.

Ive been going to this location for years and has always comfortable with the prices a n d the staff. Today was indeed out of the normal my sister and I checked out and there was a line to exit a not so old lady was blocking people from leaving our items were bagged as we tried to go around her to exit she grab the basket and said she needed to see our receipt when I said we just checked out she them accused us of running over her led which did not happen. Making a uncomfortable matter even worst she said she would call security I told her to go ahead she began to rant that we should be ashamed of our self we didnt do anything wrong. Her action caused stress when there should have be none wanted a battle when there was no fight. Continue to walk toward us until I told her to cut it out and stop. Unacceptable Behavior.

I hope Walmart comes up with a better solution for securing their precious products. I have been waiting here at the is Walmart for 1/2 an hour. No body can find a key to unlock the glass cabinet. This has happened a number of times. I guess I will have to find another physical store to shop at. I definitely at this time don’t recommend this process. please find a better solution.

Sadly went early in the afternoon and only had 2 cashiers. Long lines. Had a nice talk with the gentleman helping me and he added that all the other younger cashiers stray away from duties and management doesnt say a thing.

Planned a camping trip from Carlsbad to Big Bear so Ordered 2 propane Canisters online to be picked up on our way to camping site at walmart (6250 Valley Springs Pkwy, Riverside, CA 92507). When arrived and went inside the store to pickup, I was told that in-store pick is not available and I need to go to a pickup spot on the right side of the building and call number mentioned there. Did as asked, but no one answered the phone listed at the Pickup Spot. The call went to voicemail directly. Tried few times with no avail. To my shock instantly I received a text message that the ordered Items were unavailable at the store and my order is cancelled. Panic set in since I was on my way to camping with my family and no propane means no food. Seems made a big mistake trusting walmart with my planning. I decided to walk-in the store again to see if any other propane fuel was available but was surprised to find the same product on the shelf for which I received the cancellation email due to unavailability. Went ahead and bought the propane canisters. Was happy that i found propane at the last minute but also very upset at the Walmarts system which came out to be so dishonest and unreliable. I Will have hard time in future to really trust walmart for any of my last minute planning. Still have no idea why would walmart will cancel the order a day later right when I am at the store to pick up lying about the availability of the ordered product. Also does not make sense to not have people available to pickup the phone listed for store pickup.

Walmart, Walmart, Walmart! What can any one say about Walmart that hasnt already been said? Except maybe, this particular location is quite phenomenal! Simply due to its sheer size!? And also.., perhaps that it was easy to find what we were looking for bc of how well stocked it is! All in all, it was a good store to experience as well as enjoy its incredible air conditioning! Aaah.

It’s been a while since I have been here. Went looking for beach chairs in emergency. Found some affordable ones and also good some fresh produce. Surprisingly fresh.

Im very sad about this particular Walmart it was my first time ever going there and the elderly gentleman that they have working the door was very rude, He insulted me by talking down to me like I was a child. Telling me I cant take the electric cart outside. I told him I need to take my Walker back to the car so I can fit my groceries in the cart. Thats when he told me.... NO! I DONT THINK SO... LIKE I SAID NO CART IS GOING OUTSIDE. Im disabled. I rely on the electric carts that the store provides. So, I bought 2 items and then left to the Walmart in Lake Elsinore. The store looks new and beautiful and clean I had no problems I could take all my groceries to my car. So, I will never be back to this store again. So sad how one person can ruin your experience so easy.

Walmart is getting better . They just need to restock more. Different items would be nice to see. Im getting kind of tired of buying and seeing the same items. Like I said they are getting much better.

Went in for the pharmacy. They are very helpful. Twice now they have charged me less because they help search for coupons. For years went to Walgreens. No more.

Walmart usually has a lot things or they are out. Some days be good or bad. Just sad we have ghetto people where come dress nasty and bad hygiene too. Not just that some employees dont care or they just really lazy but its a regular store wish they get their stuff straight

They have everything here. Clothes, electronics, groceries. I was looking for a kids bike for a Christmas gift and they had quite a selection. Was very impressed!

Found what I needed quickly after being correctly guided. Quick check out. Got home for dinner on time.

Out of all the wallmarts this is the most busy understocked under staffed i have ever been to . Food proces are verry high and do not compre to other local stores . Personally i think walmart jas conned every american out there

From the two Walmarts in Moreno Valley, the one on Moreno Beach Drive is better. Its cleaner, sells different items that the Day St. one does not.

If ur going to a specialty section like paint or auto or if u need an item behind glass doors, Good Luck! I have asked for help many times from multiple workers. They all claim its not their section and keep walking. Most of them are younger but they really need to train their workers on customer service and then test them to see if they use that training cause its pretty bad at this store.

The lines are always around 30min- 1hr long there are always only 3 or 2 cashiers open and a lot of employee are always on there phones walking around the store. when you ask for assistance rarely any employees are willing to help, it is rare to find someone to assist you. It is the worse Walmart I have gone to and I would rather go elsewhere or to a further store than to come back to this one.

I took my mom shopping because she can not go by herself becAsue she is disabled. She needs one of those cart to go around the store. They had 2, both were charging. One was not charged and then the one we did get, the man said it was in green, so it was fully charged. I took it to the car, so my mom could get on it and ride it into the store. It barely had any power. Not only that but the store was basically empty. Anything she needed was gone. A lot of fruits and veggies were all gone. I dont know why, but it wasnt stalked. Anyway we werent there very long and the cart started to go dead, it was flashing a red light. So we went to the check stand to check out, when she wasnt done shopping, just so she could make sure she made it to the car before it died.

Tired of not getting my flavored water. Drive 13 miles because they carry the water I like no one else has the variety. Was told that people come when they open and alot of times buy several cases. One gentleman buys 10. Thats ok. If you know that get more water. Make a bigger display. Thank you!

Good customer service had to return some items

We purchased and returned an item because they did not match the online price. We then purchased the item online and scheduled the pick-up. We checked in at the pick up location inside the main entrance, and after waiting a while, we found out we were in the wrong pick up location.

No customer service rude ill find another place to shop

More and more this Walmart has less and less. Books, laundry soap, groceries, produce even bottle water. Im now headed to a different location to see whats available.

The store itself was okay, not the most organized.. But what WalMart is, checkout was quick but the restrooms were horrible.

Found a bag of wipes in store, scanned them with the Walmart app you made for customers to check items. Only to be told at the register they don’t honor there website in store. It says in store or online even tells me exactly where they are located in store. So I grabbed a couple bags, as an assistant manager of a store I understand the frustration of unhappy customers but what I don’t understand is why the manager sent me away when she see what they was ringing up for and what the app said. I honor every coupon that comes my way even if it’s for a different location I price match to keep that customer happy and keep there business. But unfortunately in this case this manager just said no and mind was set. Not a lot of manager training I could tell.I will no longer shop at Walmart along with the rest of my family that has been telling me for years to stop shopping here.

Was hoping to run in and out, just a quick grab and go... But seems that everything is now behind glass cases.. Now you have to push a button and wait for someone to open the case for you to get your product.. 25 minutes late, still waiting for help.. left mad without buying anything.. wait of time..

Employees are so helpless trying to get someone who has a key to open something waited an hour and nobody came after asking over 5 employees. Do better with having them carry keys, nobody has all day to wait. Beside that everything is good.

Love the improvements made in the store. Feel safer shopping and kept clean. Havent been at this location for almost 2 years because of the shady people and staff.

Everything was good sometimes they need more cashiers

This is one of the worst Wal-Mart around. Alot of selves are empty. Management do not cares the customers. The wait to check out is too long.

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart, but today it was more frustrating & annoying than usual. The 2 things I needed, a drill bit & ratchet were in a keyed case. I pushed the button for assistance & patiently waited. After a few minutes I pushed it again & waited & waited. An employee walked by so I asked for help they said theyd get someone...it never happened. After asking 3 separate employees for assistance & pushing the button 5 times. I finally just left.It would have been easier to go to Harbor Freight or Home Depot.

It is a pretty good store! At times a bit challenging to locate someone to help you but it could be because its busy or a shift change. All in all a good walmart to visit.

Edit: 2 stars for the great prices, but the lines moved way too slow to deserve anything more.Like any Walmart, they offer great prices and stay open quite late. One thing that I hate is that the lines are always ridiculously long and move at a snails pace. Most of the employees who work the registers arent necessarily too enthusiastic -- I dont blame them -- about getting the lines to move any faster.

Pretty clean but very busy at all times of the day. Never well stocked in the grocery dept.
