Was in the store yesterday afternoon and bought a few things. Realized just after I left that I forgot to use my $3 off coupon for my razors. Went back into the store (maybe 10 minutes had passed) and asked the kid behind the counter, the same kid who checked me out, if he would give me back the difference of the coupon. He said no, it was against store policy. I asked if he was serious and when he saidnyrsmmes, I told him fine, I just want a refund. So he gave me the refund and wouldnt allow me to purchase them again. Im not sure what logic he used to make up that policy position, but he clearly lacks the capacity for rational thought.

Definitely the worst service. Employees walking around and only one cash register open, with Long lines.

Quick and easy

Super close in a pinch, convenient and the staff is great. Now the majority of customers that come through are the down fall in the store! You feel as if youve entered the twilight zone most times but still a place Ill go. At least, youll get a laugh or a wicked story to tell. 🤔

Extremely rude staff Im so extremely disgusted by the way my mom and I were treated here the old man that said he was a manger was so nasty with us from the get go I asked if he could clarify the coupon he was so disrespectful grinding his teeth giving me attitude standing too close being sarcastic when I missed the coupon he said well you cant seem to do anything. When we checked out my total was $20 I told the guy no thats not right Im using coupons and its not putting them so he grunted like a child sighed and was hitting they keys extremely hard slamming things he then rang everything thing again sure enough it was, $9 not $20 do the manager was making us feel so uneasy because he slamming the keys as well and said rude things then my mom checks out shes about to pay $17 when I asked then did you enter her number and the old had the nerve to say IF SHE CANT AFFORD TO PAY IT THEN WHY IS SHE PAYING IT he them starts saying he needs to get his money count that Im wasting time I told him look I dont why your so angry grinding your teeth and just straight being rude but you need to stop the other guy checking us out is not saying anything but rolling his eyes sighing extremely loud and grunting hr throws my mom the recipient and is just so nasty first and last time I will ever come here he was being do nasty with ALL the female customers that were left I called corporate and I will keep calling bebecau this is outrageousDONT COME HERE IT IS TRASH AND JUST DISGUSTING

I stopped by the other day and was helped by a lady named Norma she was very helpful and nice. I will definitely be stopping by again.

Store is clean, convenient for surrounding residents. The staff not so much. Due to my last expirince, I have changed my rating from 5 star to 1 star. My two last expirince have been awful . Husband and I went in for dog food. My husband had a confusion on the price of it since the slot price were not lable properly. So he asked for help. Manager patricia on floor comes very botherd and some what furious and rudly points out price . Second visit and last was today.Another incident with same person. I rather drive to target for my household needs then to go to this store with poor management. If you are not a person that cares for a good customer service then this is the store for you. Due to the poor custermer service the manager Provided in two occacions I will no longer be a customer.
