The dollar tree as a store in general is great.... If youve ever been to a dollar tree then you know what to expect. The area is usually rough, the service can be lacking, but youre paying so that everything is cheap. I prefer dollar tree over the 99c store because even though dollar tree is cheaper theyre products are generally reasonable quality. This one in particular can get a bit dicey at night.

I shop Dollar Tree for savings and make a list of items I need.. Like hair ties for instance. For the same item downtown the cost is $7.99. Totally Crazy. Who pays 7.99 for hair ties? But at Dollar Tree obviously I get them for a dollar. Thats common sense. Savings is great for things like greeting cards, wrapping paper, bows, bar soap, bath & baby powders, pens, colored pencils, markers, crayons, various food items & housewares. We are painting the living room & I knew Dollar Tree had brushes & paint trays for a fraction of hardware store cost. I know what I need & how much I can save. It works out great.

I like the folks that work here. The store is usually really well stocked and organized. And clean. They sell out of ice really quickly in the summer.

Love coming to this store. Hands down this Dollar Tree has EVERYTHING! I do not live in the area but come to this location when Im out this way. The reason for my one star is because the only 2 times Ive been to this location they dont seem to carry coins for cash back and at this point Im convinced its poor management and or people taking advantage of the local people in this area. If it happenes again I will be reporting them to corporate and better business bureau. Fix it!!!!

Dollar tree has bleach! Also great for greeting cards and gift wrap. We go with the kids and let them pick anything they want, and of course...everything is only $1 each

This is the place to buy your greeting cards. Some of them are as cheap as 54¢. No need to spend $4 to $5 dollars at other stores when you can get them for this price

This isnt the cleanest DT, but the workers are friendly and have a lot to contend with. I generally can find what I am looking for and am happy with the new finds each week.

Clean and organized. Carts are available and youre greeted at the door. Sign is posted requiring mask to shop so dont be surprised if youre turned away for not having one. Short line for the most part

Every time. No matter what time of day I go in. I ask can I use the restroom? Im given the same lame lie. Our restrooms are out of order. So I ask how are you open? You can have employees working with no restroom you can be fined? Or do you not want to be bothered to open the door for patrons.? So I left my full basket and so should the rest of the community. We are good enough to shop, we just arent good enough to use the restroom. Crazy any other Dollar Tree has operable restrooms.

I love this place! the customer service is great. Although, the lines are almost always backed up and there are only 2 out of 5 cashiers available. I suggest that they restock after hours and quickly because its takes them a couple days to fully restock.

I have been coming to this location since they opened, they really stepped up their game since pandemic started with the layout and organization of this store, it seems to me they pick the right people for the cashier roles as they are very courteous and efficient, two thumbs up for me!

The customer service is great! The Hispanic lady at the register is so sweet and welcoming!! The staff always welcomes you upon entry and the store is organized.My review is 4 stars rather than 5 because of the tranisents always outside the store. They are always there. If they can reflect their store atmosphere to their door entry then 5 stars.

Good place to buy all kinds of cleaning supplies, snacks, food, party supplies, greeting cards etc.

Some of the employees are helpful but the place is constantly low on stock; 2 to 3 weeks until shipments and it takes 10 minutes or more to get through paying because there almost always 1 cashier if you want to save a lil bit go here otherwise avoid and go to food4less or the other 99 cents store near it.

Lines were to long. They only had two cashiers open.

I love the cashiers here. They do an awesome job despite not being given enough store hours to manage long lines effectively. I am disappointed to see so many products coming from China! Especially considering China demands animal testing be done despite it being deemed by other scientists as bad science. They also have many human rights violations there. I want to see more American made quality items being offered cheap because machines can make mass amounts low cost.

Nice, big discount retail store. There is a great deal of merchandise and variety to choose from, with nothing over a dollar! Big roomy isles with most anything one might be looking for. From the practical to some pleasantly unexpected things. This Dollar Tree has probably got it.Unfortunately, the little cashier girl wasnt friendly at all. She did not greet me or ask if I wanted a bag or not. When the transaction concluded she just handed me my receipt and purposefully seemed rude. Didnt even say thanks. Creepy little chicky.

I go there almost everyday. Lots of good items. Sometimes they have one time items. Their bread can be better. Goes bad like in one day. Everything else is good. Staff if always very nice. The manager Tito can be very rude at times. He wont hesitate to argue with a customer. But for the most part he is ok.

Pinky has the best customer service! She’s always smiling and happy to help customers! I strongly believe she should be a branch manager!

For most of my past experiences coming here, the cashiers were nice mostly nice woman cashiers. And one nice male cashier. Recently though I’ve encountered 2 rude male employees, with the worst customer service. I was trying to pick something from the shelf and his cart was in the way, I said excuse me& he looked at me and continued talking to his coworker. Then I was making a payment, the cashier asked if I wanted a bag, I said yes twice, he didn’t give me the bag& made a science saying I never asked for one. When in reality he was too busy talking to another customer when I told him yes twice.

Love the cleanliness of the entire store. Sweet staff. But i needed to use the restroom & i didnt know the it was for staff only. I will be shopping there again. Love the respective staff.

This dollar tree sucks! Its always packed and no matter how many employees there is, THEY ONLY HAVE TWO CASHIERS. Find another store they make tryin to save a dollar💰 feel like the welfare office.

I shop here constantly and the cashier who is there everyday a young girl is just lovely. She is very kind and patient even when her line is huge! This store is clean and well organized.

The checkers are very nice and greet everyone who walks on the door. The store is well stocked and clean. I go there several times a month

Great selection on home and beauty products. Every now and then their food options are good. You can skip looking through their seasonal items at the entrance since the quality of those items will be sub-par and be prepared to wait in a long line since theyre always understaffed with cashiers. Thats not to say that the customer service isnt friendly.

On University and Chicago aves is the Best, largest, cleanest Dollar Tree Ive ever seen! Awesome staff. Be sure to stop in when in Riverside, CA.

First time and last time at this location. Because the air was out and it was terribly uncomfortable. Had to skip browsing the aisles because it was so humid. It was 99 degrees inside AND outside. The poor lady was still pleasant and professional as she checked us out. They should close until they get the air repaired.

This place is always clean and organized, one of my favorite dollar trees. Manager is very helpful.

Has a lot of decent stuff for a buck. Stay away from the soaps and cleaning products. They are sub par, and you will be better off going to Wal mart and getting it there. Other than that, they have nice deals and a decent selection of ballons. Freezer section sometimes has some nice finds but I myself am a bit weary of this section.

Went in for ice. only 1 line open to checkout. i got 5 bags. put in cart, tried to take to car. cashier runs after me saying carts cant go outside after a man trying to help me take cart to car. not happy with service or experience.

I love this Dollar Tree its a little bigger than normal store and the selection is great A lot of different products and things, it even has a few vitamin supplements there, which is rare. It also has a huge party selection of stuff.
