Highly recommend. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they immediately let me know that when they test drove my car they noticed hesitation in the transmission as I noticed earlier. They did everything for me called my extended warranty and got it fixed within 2 days very pleased highly recommend Sam he was my advisor and helped me out to his full potential.

Why even have appointment times when you bring you car in and they immediately tell you it will be a few hours even when it’s not a mechanical issue. It would have been customer service orientated if they would have said give me approximately 30 minutes to see if this issue will take longer or it can be resolved in a timely manner to get the customer out in a efficient manner. Where has the customer service gone and with some of these service reps lackadaisical attitude is beyond frustrating. This is not the first time I’ve had this poor impressive of your service department. Very poor customer service and definitely not focused on your customer’s time and effort making an appointment.

I’m 52, I have purchased/financed many Cars over the years. I don’t usually do these reviews but felt like I needed/wanted to. I found this vehicle that I was interested in on the Internet and the dealership was in Riverside close to where I was working that day. I went in to look at the vehicle after work and from the beginning to when I drove the vehicle home it was the best experience that I have ever had! I have good credit and I am a sole proprietor/small business owner and didn’t want to ruin my credit with multiple inquiries So I wanted to know what deal that we could agree on ( down payment, monthly payment) along with my two trades ( car and motorcycle) again, not running my credit before knowing what we we’re looking at.So thenthe sales manager comes to me with the Best scenario and tells me that we can do this deal and get it done with a credit union and low interest rate with my credit score from what I showed them on the credit karma app and we shook hands and The financial manager was awesome and they got it done!Can’t Express how happy and proud of them that they made this process fun and easy.Absolutely will return for future purchases and will be a customer for life!Thank you to everyone that made this purchase happenAnd giving me the best experience ever!

I had been waiting for the new 2022 Pathfinders to come out. I did some research and found the color of the one I wanted at this dealership. As soon as I got there I was greeted promptly. The car salesmen’s name that helped me was Diego. He was polite and knowledgeable about the new 2022 vehicle. When it came time for the purchasing of the vehicle, the sales team were equally as amazing. They were patient with me while I was decided to move forward. My 2007 Nissan Frontier had a defective window regulator. I called Raceway Nissan in the afternoon and spoke with Eddie, one of their service representatives. Eddie scheduled my service immediately. My truck was repaired by the next morning. The dealership’s shuttle service was very convenient. All in all, I’m very satisfied with the service I received.

Such an easy process for me to buy a car. When I walked in the door I was instantly greeted and helped out by David. He was very informal and answered all the questions that I had for him. After a lovely test drive, the signing process was fairly short compared to other places. They also did their best to work within my price range and had a very fair price on my trade-in-car. The entire experience was smooth and simple and I got to drive away in a brand new car that I love.

Dont ever buy anyting raceway Nissan are very unprofessional and I am very unhappy with my I have a 2019 Nissan frontier and I have been back for Nissan to complete which hasnt been done I bought this truck a month in two days ago and still yet to have the alarm. It was supposed to be activated the day I purchase a the truck and still hasnt been not till next Thursday. Pete the sales person I purchase a vehicle from beware folks he is nothing but a rip off and doesnt care about the person just cares about selling his vehicles. The reason why Im posting this its like I said Ive been there six different times and yet to be satisfied!! I have been back so many times I have been offered a free tank of gas 😂😂 not to mention they didnt even offer me an oil change! So with that folks I will say this. I will wait two years and trade this vehicle in immediately! It is a 2019 Nissan frontier the back window is not electric it does not have electric seats! Or Auto lights!!

I come to this Nissan Dealership for any and every car maintenance needed. My go to advisor is Samuel, he’s detailed, will tell you exactly what’s needed, what’s recommended, and what’s actually convenient for you. I would recommend you making your appointments with him. I’ve dealt with other advisors there, but my experience hasn’t been as pleasant. Also, there are always coupons online, so I would recommend looking up “coupons at Raceway Nissan” on google and show them to your advisor to save more money!

I brought my car in because the back up camera wasnt working, the lights were doing something funny and I received a recall. They didnt have the part for the camera or the lights and so I had to pick it up and schedule another appointment. When I picked it up another issue was happening. It kept giving me a rear door ajar. It wasnt doing that before I dropped it off!! Like a door was left open. It wasnt. So, when I brought it back to the have camera fixed we added that to the work order. So, come the day my car was to be fixed up popped another issue with the windshield wiper lever and you didnt have the parts. I didnt have a problem with that wiper lever before I brought it to you. I really feel like you guys keep breaking things.So, you sent me home with a loaner. So, now Ive been inconvenienced for not 1, 2 but 4 days now. They say the part will be there tomorrow.Lets hope so because I will more than likely find a different Nissan place to have my car serviced in the future. There are 3 new small dings on my front end. I had just washed my car and know every single spot (which there were only 2) on it. Im very meticulous park away from people make my friends walk ect. and now I have some dings that you guys did. Im actually furious typing this.The only reason I brought my car to you was because I work in Moreno Valley. Not impressed!

They qualify you and after 2 weeks they send you a letter to return the car, the financial company canceled the loan, I come and they tell me, that everything is fine that it was one of many financial companies and the next week they tell me, that I have to come again because the PAYMENT WILL BE MORE AND THE INTEREST ALSO .....FTS

Excellent service. I took my car initially to Riverside Nissan on Indiana and told them I thought I had transmission issues and when they got my car back they said there was nothing wrong with it, but then I decided to bring my car here for an oil change which I got a great deal on btw, and they informed me I did have transmission issues. They contacted my warranty company immediately and was able to replace my entire transmission, put me in a rental, and get my car back to me within a couple days. I would definitely recommend and Sam was a great service advisor.

The entire process was very smooth. Service dept staff Sam was very helpful. It took 4 hrs to do the repair. Sam called me to advise the repair was finished. The only thing that I felt wasnt done was to wash my vehicle. There was finger prints all on the hood and doors. Other than that great job. Mr. Antonio Saragosa

What a horrible experience... I Very excited because I found the truck Id been looking for, for some time. I contacted Raceway Nissan and we worked out a price and a meet date over the phone. I bought plane tickets and flew to Riverside from Sacramento, and when I arrived no one seemed to know I was coming... After speaking with a sales person (Peter) we went for a test drive. When we got back to his office to button up the sale, Peter added on $3000 dollars worth of extras, including quality wash and wax, nitrogen filled tires, and many other add ons that could not be removed. I was very disappointed and ended up flying home the same day. ***Buyer Beware*** I was informed that they state on their website that they can add extra charges to any sale. So I looked, at the very bottom of the Raceway Nissan webpage, in small, faint type it states The net price and sale price does not include any dealer installed accessories. Any dealer installed accessories will be an additional charge. I only wish they would of been upfront with the extra costs. If I were you I would shop somewhere else.

I arrived earlier to my app at 8 am and there were people there before me. Had my wifes 2019 Pathfinder towed into Raceway Nissan cant remember the service reps name twice with transmission issues the first time they released back to us they told us it was fixed. 2 days later the Pathfinder left my wife stranded again second time around it was towed in a new service representative that took over his name was Eddie. We received the best customer service ever from Eddie. He went above and beyond his duty to make sure an kept us informed on a daily basis the status of the vehicle until the Pathfinder was fixed with a new transmission. Mind you that its a 2019 lease with only just over 24K miles on it. If anyone has to come in to Raceway Nissan Services department I would highly recommend to go in there and ask for Eddie to be your services representative you will not be disappointed if anything you will get the upmost respect and service you deserve from Eddie he made us feel that he really cared that our issue gets resolved. The customer service here was horrible. Make sure you check for appointments on their website instead of calling and asking. I called and asked when their next available appointment was for my car’s services and I was told “next week”. when I checked online for appointments the soonest one was within the same day, with more than 6 empty time slots. One of the younger men was very rude to my husband. When he asked about the shuttles he told him that they were closed and couldn’t even look at him or explain that it was because of covid. We had to call their office to find out instead of being told by this worker. Do better.

Overall very happy with the service at Raceway Nissan. The only issue I had was that the car I wanted wasnt ready to be shown. I picked out a specific used Nissan Rogue online that had all the features I wanted. It was listed on eBay as well as Raceways website. I phoned and spoke with 2 sales people, both of whom confirmed the car was available. When I drove down to the dealership (35 miles away) they told me it wasnt ready to be shown because they had not performed the safety inspection yet, and I would have to wait 4-5 days. I ended up buying another car, which I am happy with, but I should have been given this info prior to coming to the dealership. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and helpful, no pressure.

Our service advisor, Ambrosio Rodriguez, really provided us with Amazing Customer Service. He kept us updated with progress from start to finish while dealing with warranty company!! Check their work. Extended warrenty finally ran out on my car and I took it to get an oil change somewhere besides the dealership only to find out they never put my new air filter in. I personally bought my own air filter and brought it to nissan to put in for me and it turns out they shoved the old one back in instead. Wow. U guys are a real piece of work. The service associate was very rude. Was told my vehicle would be ready in 1.5 hours. I left and never got a courtesy call to let me know it was ready, until after almost 4 hours I called and they told me it was ready. Thats with an appointment as well. Service manager made things better except the employee was rude and very unprofessional.

It not Express Service when you are required to make an appointment. None of the service personnel are friendly or act like they want to be of help.When my car was returned two hours later all of my personal belongings had be moved. The told me that they washed the car but didn’t bother to wipe down my dash cover. I still have not found my mask that were hanging on my turn signal arm.

Cant recommend buying a non Nissan vehicle from here. Bought a Mercedes from here last Monday on July 12th and when I test drove plus inspected the car there was no oil leaks. After picking up the car the first thing I noticed was the gas tank was almost empty which did get resolved when I inquired about it. The other thing I noted was the door panel from when they serviced the car locks had been damaged and will not secure tight. Thursday morning I noticed a quarter size crack in the windshield. None of this was noted in the inspection report. Over the weekend I noticed a stain on my driveway indicating an oil leak. I took the car in to a mechanic to have him check out the leak and we found a leak coming from the camshaft seal.When I took the car in over the issues I had I was told that there wasnt anything that could be done because they dont service Mercedes vehicles. Which leads me to the question why sell something that you wont be able to help a customer with.Also was given the famous you bought it you deal with it statement. So now Im out $6000 and a proud owner of a future lawn ornament. Im quite sure if I bought a Nissan the situation wouldve been handled better.

Prior to taking the vehicle in when the engine light came on, my son had put his scanner on it. My son told me it read the 02 sensor. When taking the vehicle to raceway I simple said the engine light was on. I wanted to see if they would be honest. When the rep called to tell me the issue he stated” it’s the 02 sensor. I was extremely happy to find an honest dealership. This wasn’t my first time here, I always have felt comfortable with the service, but this was a comforting visit.!!!!

Nissan, if you read this, promote Mr. Ambrosio Rodriguez. He is your best ambassador who represents your company as an outstanding service provider. I’m an active duty service member who resides in Spokane, WA and was visiting my terminally ill father-in-law Riverside, CA when my 2016 Nissan Altima CVT failed. I took my vehicle into Raceway Nissan at 0700 the next morning. Mr. Ambrosio Rodriguez was 15 minutes early at work that morning which enabled him to immediately assist customers. He thoroughly explained the warranty process and identified two recalls which needed attention. Mr. Rodriguez expedited the repairs within 48 hours allowing me to return back to duty without delay. He provided excellent service which exceeded my expectations as he consistently provided me updates to the repairs. I decided to spend $500 on some recommended services only because I trusted Mr. Rodriguez. 2 stars because customer service was great otherwise. I took my car in for an appraisal and at the end of the night (after purchasing a vehicle from this place) when I asked for my keys back for my personal vehicle (because they didnt want it,) sales guy told me that they already given me my keys back to my vehicle that I brought in for an appraisal which I never did received back. I called the next day and all they said was they returned the keys to me already and theyd help me by replacing the keys to me at dealership dscounted price. Talked to 3 different people and they gave me the same answer. Dealt with this for almost a week. Probably one of the worse experiences Ive ever had at any dealership. Becareful with your keys at this place. Dont trade-in/get an appraisal at this place.If I knew this was going to happen I wouldve gone somewhere else. I did get my keys replaced, but I took a lost on the alarm. Employees needs to keep better track of customers item. Seriously.Customer service is great, but I wish theyd be more helpful especially to a paying customer, and comp both the keys and alarm that they lost. Hope nobody else goes through this kind of situation. It was a nightmare experience.

Welcome to the stereotypical car buying experience. We were passed around like a Jeffrey at a frat party. Spoke to three different managers. I put managers in quotations because they all had to talk to each other and then couldnt agree on a total price. They listen terribly and follow a sales script. Would not buy, and I recommended no one buy there either. They tried to add things I didnt like or want, to increase the total price, while focusing my attention to the monthly payment.

First visit to service department. Loved them. They get the 5 stars. Marcos was wonderful. Will be back.Sales department not so much. They get a one star. They are not completely honest and they don’t return phone calls once you drive away with your vehicle. Was talked into some after market items and did not completely get what I thought I was getting. Still don’t have all the information for some of the items.

I took in my Nissan Sentra for new spark plugs but I knew it might need more things since it was a used car I recently bought from someone. I chose the dealer because I can always count on them to do a thorough check and I already expected it to be pricey. Just keep those things in mind, but I loved my experience. Sam is awesome and saved me a couple hundred dollars. I recommend if you want a great job to be done because they tell you everything that your car needs to be in good shape.

Everything was good except they sent me home with an empty gas tank. 22 miles to.empty. i didnt realize it until I was sitting in traffic. $64.00 fill up out the door. I email them my proof of income and mentioned it. I got no response.

Shilo the sales person was very nice and helpful he even took extra steps for me. When it came to the purchase the manager stepped in and I felt like he was a little pushy. I went in and spoke right off the bat that I was preappoved shared with what bank and even said this to him a few times. He came back after he ran my credit and offered me a what I would pay if I chose them. I repeated myself and said I am already approved by my bank and I don’t need there loan. When it comes to the extra warranty he never offered me what it would cost if I didn’t go with out the warranty. I feel like he added so he could raise the price. But in my opinion I think that if a sales person is working with you on a purchase then they should complete the deal and the sales manager should stay out of it unless asked for help. That’s how it’s been when I purchase other vehicles at other places. Once again Shilo was great if I ever went back I would ask for him!

I honestly dont believe Ive ever had such a horrible service experience. Ambrosio was kind and efficient, but in general - the group was extremely bad.Upon driving up, it is unclear WHAT should happen. Finally someone approached my car and told me to stand over there. (He informed the two people that pulled in after me to do the same). There were three employees at three desks and it was 5 minutes before anyone spoke. Finally the one on the phone said someone will be with your shortly. It was about 10 minutes before Ambrosio was available to help. He remembered me from earlier that morning (an equally disorganized occasion, where we had set the appointment.). He gave me a time of about 1:15pm. At 1:30pm I went to see what was happening. He went to check and said hed let me know. It was finally done at 2. The time wasnt the issue. It was the carelessness of the employees. My husband even had words with one the day before when bringing the car in at 2pm and being told he should have brought it in earlier cause they were not taking any other cars ... (they close at 4... smh).Customer service is simple... easy.. FREE. Its actually pretty mindless too. So its just inconceivable that these guys are unable to provide any.
