What an easy and straightforward process. After looking for and researching cars, my wife came across this highlander through enterprise and it fit all the parameters wed been searching. Easy to fill out forms electronically, choose a vehicle, and ultimately buy a vehicle. Changing vehicles or getting a vehicle transferred as they call it is a whole different experience. It seems their transfer a vehicle to any location gives false promises. My suggestion to any buyer is to be 100% completely sure what vehicle you want. Go to the location its at, and get it there. Otherwise, good luck trying to get what youre looking for. :(

Fast and easy! I got into an accident on Sunday, and on Monday I picked up a rental then purchased a car on Tuesday. Chris was great and the whole process took less than a half hour. They were able to deliver two vehicles, one from San Diego and the other from Huntington Beach, the same day as request for test drive. They worked directly with credit union. They were not pushy in trying to get other products. They would have got 5 stars if not for not having second key fob, which will take four weeks to get. Very satisfied with process and would again.

Rich and the team at Enterprise were exceptionally helpful. Taking the vehicle I chose out for a test drive was quick and easy, and their processing of the paperwork was as efficient as it can be. They even filled the tank of the car with gas before handing me the keys. My only frustration was dealing with the online chat system. That could use some work, but thats a corporate issue, not a local one. The in-person service was outstanding.

Got a good truck for a great price. My only problem was they switched out the truck I picked for another one and said the one I wanted had gotten into an accident on the way to the lot. It had a few more upgrades than the one I got. The one I wanted was still listed on their website for at least a week after I received my truck so was this a bait and switch? I still got a great truck for an amazing price! Still loving it! Would definitely buy a vehicle from them in the future. I wonder if they have a referral program because I’ve sent like 5 people to them since I bought mine, I’ll have to look into that!

The manager the sales people were great.Its nice working with people who have your best interests at heart. There was an issue with the vehicle that I purchased and when I brought it to their attention they took care of it right away, they didnt try too put it on the back burner,. Joey Logan was very helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for. He treated me with respect and didn’t pressure me at all in purchasing a vehicle. I ended up buying the Ford Explorer I was looking for and Joey went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my decision. The next time I am looking to buy another car I will 100% do back to him and I plan on telling my friends & family to do the same.

Not impressed, bought the car and they promised to replace the jack that was missing. Well that never happened.Posted this previously and was not expecting anything in return, but was very wrong.
