We were walking around for at least 15 minutes. We looked at Accords, Civics, hybrids and more. No one came out and even asked if we needed help. Yes, we were looking to buy. We visited multiple dealerships that day to make our minds up on what is right for us. Since, no one came out (and no they werent busy) we left and went to Chevrolet and decided on a Malibu. The sales was awesome! I guessed it all worked out. Thanks Honda for not helping us we feel like this was a better fit.. However, in the future help people that are walking the lot. By the way, there was another couple there as well, and no one had help them. We left so we dont know if they got helped are not.

Had great customer service. Irwin was the best. Was able to work me in without an appointment since I needed my car in tip top shape when Im called to help my sister and brother who were in a very bad car accident who live 700 miles away.I was impressed with how often some one came to clean the drink bar center. I was there 4 hours and it was cleaned 4 times. A young woman was busy cleaning the bathroom and other areas everytime I saw her.Thank you Riverside Metro Riverside for your great customer service and helping to keep us safe in the service waiting area in view of Covid-19.

Was told to go look at a car that morning, sales person said that car was sold the day before. Drove 3 hours and wasted my Saturday because I was told I car was there when it wasnt. All other cars have about an $8000.00 mark up of things you can get pennies on the dollar. Dont get into an upside down deal from day one unless its an emergency dont buy! If you do drop the some of the horrible mark ups. Try a different dealership.

Went to replace broken windshield blades before the approaching storm. Outside in the parking lot a Honda service staff member noticed me struggling to pull off a blade. The gentleman asked if I needed help and helped me take off the part in a jiffy.After I got my replacement parts, Mr. Scott Brady, who is the ultimate in customer service, saw my puzzled look evaluating the part and told me not to worry. He instantly found a service worker help in install the wipers on the spot. Many thanks to Mr. Brady and his team at the Honda service department. They definitely are top notch in customer care. Will see you next time for all my Honda car service needs.

Riverside Honda doesnt car about its consumers. My roommate bought a 2008 Honda with only 107,000 miles on the car. She made only one payment when the check engine light came on. The car has bad positions which are going to cost almost 3000 to fix. The manager Mike McGann said thats what you get for purchasing a 2008. I thought hondas lasted for up to 200,000. They are saying the only option my roommate has is to fork out 3000 or do a voluntary repo on the car. (Which would mess up her credit). Pistons doesnt go bad over night this was an issue with the car before it was bought and the dealership needs to make this right. If I where you I would shop somewhere else.

Had my Honda serviced on 9/19/2020 oil change, my service advisor was not friendly what so ever nor did he make any recommendations . My service was completed walked near his office to pick up my keys while he was talking to his co- worker and didn’t even acknowledge me. Conversation was not even business. Nick on the other side with Nissan is great, I get my Nissan truck serviced with him all the time. Last time getting my Honda serviced at this Honda dealer.

This dealership is the worst when it comes to negotiated prices. Went to buy a truck and was given a price. Then they Raise the price by 3k. I called the GM (Michelson) and he was not even interested in hearing my concerns. I would not recommend this dealership for any purchases!

They do not have all the necessary car parts for old vehicles and they will make up an excuse not to have one in stock by saying that the part has been discontinued which got me sad and as well disappointed.

I went to the Nissan Dealership in Rivers Ca .for routine maintenance service for my Nissan Altima. While I was waiting in the inclosed waiting lounge I noticed several employees not wearing masks, since I am in the high risk category due to my age I complained, and was rudely told by the service manager Mr. Simoneas that he did not believe in masks therefore if I felt uncomfortable I should take my business elsewhere! Plus other rude verbiage without social distancing! I felt, insulted and threatened by this behavior! Reported to the public health department!

I love Riverside Honda! I purchased my Accord Sport just over 1yr ago and Nana was so helpful and kind. He truly went above and beyond for me. I also take my car in for routine services and I am extremely satisfied with how polite and helpful they are. Juan is always my service advisor and he always gives my a breakdown of what needs to be done and I leave with no unanswered questions. The girls at the service desk are always sweet and are on top of all the orders. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone seems so happy to be there and ready to help. I have never felt hounded or taken advantage of as most car dealerships could have you feeling. Thank you to Nana and Juan, you both have great service and on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being extremely satisfied I would rate you both 10 across the board. Purchased 5 of my last vehicles there. Always very helpful and engaged. Ive always worked directly with the managers though, so like any dealer, try and find a salesperson that works well with you. Ultimately the big positive is that you have 5 brands all together that you can cross shop and compare without driving to another dealer!

I own a Nissan Altima and I use the Riverside Nissan Center for all of my service needs. The service is good and I always know my car is getting the right parts. I would have given them a 5 star rating but sometimes they do have some off days and their customer service is not so friendly when talking on the phones. If you want the best service Mgr ask for Nick Mayne. 😀 I have never bought a new car there but the sales people seem nice enough. I have talked to them.

Friendly staff, great customer service and offered plenty of delicious treats. Service was fast, easy and definitely worth the early morning appointment. Would definitely recommend this location if you need your car serviced, wash takes awhile so be sure to wear comfy shoes. Waiting area has limited seating so be sure to plant yourself in one of the few seats.

Do your self a favor and avoid riverside metro Volkswagen! The unprofessional team and specially the management. They tell you that need to do a soft check on your credit, but in reality is a big impact! Second the way they talk to me, made me feel depressed honestly. I highly would not recommend this location. I look at a car on Thursday and pick it up Friday and it had new scratches! They way they where explaining to me, made me feel like I put that scratch there, even thou I didn’t take the car home! They where pressuring me to purchase the car without allowing me to go first to my own bank! The whole experience was horrible. Avoid this location at all cost

I love this dealership. My family has been with them for years and they never fail us. They always give us great deals, and we always count on Kevin. Hes the guy we go to that helps us choose the car thats perfect for us. Very informative, cooperative and friendly. Ask for Kevin. The other guys are good too but theyre not as experienced as this dude. This dealership is also more than just one, but 4 dealerships. You dont want Honda, youve got Volkswagen, you dont dont like Volkswagen, youve got nissan, dont like Nissan, theres also Mazda. So a huge variety. I always love just being at Nissan though.

These guys will change terms in your contract, very sneaky like, and then they will deny all liability, even when you have several real witnesses whom know your background and know you clearly stated which loan products you must have and which ones you completely have no need for. Besides that and their unwillingness to look at hard facts, and the lies that the finance and managment departments tell, their vehicles are ok. Check your contracts 2 times or just dont finances with them. Bring your own financing and get a decent car.

I wanted to take my Infiniti here for a simple oil change (which Infiniti says you can do and which Ive done before on a previous Infiniti I owned) but I got such a run around that I now wont even take my Nissan Frontier back here for service. Too bad, because Im a long-time customer. I dont mind driving a little further for good service so Ill just go elsewhere.

Shady sales team snuck in extras at signing. I called after the fact and spoke to Richard Michaelson owner of metro auto group. He told me that l should of just walked away. So hopefully you will see this and take his advice.
