As you know the dirt hauler big rigs often drop rocks and you are prone for a scratch, crack or dings. This one was weird I was on the fast lane and on the 60 riverside I noticed a dirt hauler approx 500 ft from me and I noticed the falling debris flying everywhere. I noticed a projectile bouncing hit a cars hood 3 car lengths from me and it bounced and struck my windshield. It cracked it almost immediately. As I was able to get to my next stop. The crack extended the length of the windshield.I searched many places in the I.E and All American Auto Glass was able to accommodate my vehicle and replace my windshield. I called and they were very friendly and asked the right questions so they can have the accurate part for your vehicle. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the work. I will go back again to them. Thank you

They replaced my windshield and it broke again in less that a month. I replaced it again with them and they took my registration and parking stickers and threw them away and were not cooperative in trying to help me get them back. They said they would call me back and check if they still had them but never did. Overall a bad experience would not recommend.

I came to this company to get a quote. I was quoted $260 to replace my windshield. Jay the manager even went out to my car and reviewed if I had sensors which I do, I have the collision avoidance, condensation sensor, and Lane Keep Assist. So I told him excellent let me make an appointment so I can have my windshield replaced since this was the cheapest I was quoted. Well here is the problem the day of the appointment I show up and he wants to charge me $290 because my windshield has sensors, I told him that he saw my car and saw the sensors and quoted me $260. He then goes to say for the inconvenience hell do it for $285. Since this was the cheapest so far I tell him ok. Good thing while waiting for my ride I called another shop (Millenium Auto Glass) and before he got in my car to pull it in I told him I didnt want him to replace my windshield as I found another shop that I would rather do the service. I would not recommend the shop as it seems a bit shady because if Im quoted a price especially after looking over what is going to be serviced/replaced I expect a shop to honor the price.

My girlfriend went to get her windshield repaired (quick chip repair) and the initial quote we have received was $45 which I thought was reasonable. After about 40 minutes, we were able to retrieve our vehicle. HOWEVER, it turns out we were charged $50 for it.Not sure why, but we went back to the place and surprisingly the other customer who had the exact same repair done was charged $45. The person at the counter refunded the $5 that was overcharged. They never gave us a solid reason as to why we were charged more than the customer next to us, and the fact that they refunded the $5 right after we called them out kind of shows that they already knew that they were overcharging us.Make sure to check your receipt before you leave the place.

I called and asked for the total price of service for a complete windshield replacement. The gentleman gave me a price of $195.00 USD total. Happy with the price, I scheduled an appointment.I arrived early and they completed the replacement. However, after completing the replacement. The charge was $216.00, $20 higher than the original price that I was quoted. Very disappointed, I was told a lower price in order to do business. This is unethical and disrespectful towards a consumer. I would be wary what they tell you over the phone, their prices may not reflect what they actually charge you. The man at the front desk asked me to sign the bill of sale before the details were filled out, I should have asked him to fill it out prior. My mistake.The other thing is that the rain sensor contains air bubbles and the rear view mirror was not seated perfectly, it is off center and gapping off the windshield. The air bubbles will negatively affect the rain sensor’s ability to sense rain.Overall, the service and manner was good but the business to consumer treatment could be better. I am extremely unhappy that the business owner took advantage of the price quote. It feels wrong.

Ive used this location before Oh, a few years ago my car was broken into and my window is shattered. I recall getting a good price and the service was fast. I was driving on the 91 and a large Rock hit my window not just chipping it the causing a huge crack. The following day was a hot day in Riverside and the crack grew even more 2 about half of my windshield. I called and they said they had my windshield in stock and I can bring it in in the afternoon. When I got there I informed the guy that I had previously used their services and he gave me a 10% discount for being a loyal customer. Will definitely use our services again.

I had called a week ahead to make an appt for window glass repair and make sure everything I needed could be done on same day since my car needed to be calibrated. Jay helped me and said received my insurance paperwork. When I arrived the day of, he took forever finding my paperwork and said it was still pending per my insurance . I had to call them again to send him another email, then he said he had to call to order my car glass (I was like really?!?) that’s why i made the freaken appt for, it turns out places were closed because of the holiday it was July 3rd so at this point I was done and walked out to never re true or reccomend this place, as they are unprofessional & waste your time.

GREAT PLACE for auto glass tint electrical etc just ask! I like to build good relationships with car shops then become loyal. The manager Ray is so honest and respectful, not to mention helpful. His family had another car shop too and his brother gave me a really great deal on a tint. This place is excellent so helpful and even if he cant offer his service, Ray or anyone else there will guide customers to a good shop for the job.

I called a few places because I needed my BMW x5 rear window replaced. All American Auto glass offered me the fastest service for the best price! They had the glass ordered within minutes of my first call and it was delivered from the dealer the next day. Good windshield chip repair!

This business is AMAZING!! One of my rear windows was smashed in and I originally took it to the dealership. They even recommended I find an All American Glass because of the price difference. I arrived around noon and they said to come back a couple hours later and they would have the correct window I needed. I was shocked at how great the price was. Total wait time for them to install it was under 5 minutes and they even vacuumed the broken glass. Also the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. This whole experience seriously took all the aggravation away of having my car broken into. If something like this happens again, I know where to come!

All American auto glass is the best place I have found they do the same good quality work as any other shop but the difference about here is that they are all well mannered nice and they dont have bad prices for what ever it is that you will need. Did not live up to the ratings. I can see too much of the repair they did on my window ... and the damage wasnt that bad to begin with. Good tint job though.

Wanted to get my windows tinted on my car & this place was recommended by a family member. First time I called I was quoted $180 for ceramic tint. 2 weeks later I called again and this time was quoted $200 for the same thing. I mentioned to the guy that last time I was quoted 180 and he immediately said ok Ill do it for 180 this kind of sketched me out, but regardless I gave them a chance because the price is good compared to other places in the area. The tint job was perfect & fast (2 hours), no complaints except one, I wanted limo tint on my back window and now I see that its NOT limo tint, but a lighter shade. I wouldve liked to get what I asked for, but since Ive never got my windows tinted, I didnt know upon recieving my car that it wasnt the right shade. The fluctuating price & wrong window tint is why I give 3 stars. Like I said previously, the actual tint job is great, no doubt about their skillsbut as a business their prices should not be what do I feel like charging today and also make sure you are aware of what your customers ask for. I went in because the windshield seal had ripped off my car. they originally quoted me $35 to replace the molding, but when i got there they said gluing it down will solve the problem. This is gotta be one of the best auto glass shops I took my 2009 Chevy corvette here they did a beautiful job and put me an oem glass just what I asked for.the car was done same day and didnt even look like it had been replaced these guys deserve more then a five star if you need a windshield take it to these guys.

A year ago my sister n law went and they did a good job replacing her windshield. so my boyfriend called and got a price. they said 120$ I walked in and everything went good untill I paid $150. figuered there was something diffrent they did because I honestly know nothing about cars . i went home and told my boyfriend what they charged and he called them back. i ended up going back and the guy at the register told me he dosnt know why the other guy, dont know who the other guy was, would say $120. he showed me it comes out to $140 because tax! but I was still charged 10.00 extra!! He gave me 20 back, I was upset but thought everything was ok. but Now I have glue spots on my hood, they werent there b4 because I just had it painted. and the glue on my windshield is noticeable. I dont know if its new management or workers. w.e it was it needs to be checked!

This place is amazing they offer great prices that others cant compete with and they do an amazing job at tinting womdows. They went the extra to remove the glass to properly clean and apply the new tint which I had never seen beofre. This lace definitely knows what they are doing. I had the misfortune of having a UFO fly into my windshield while on the highway. This large highway debris came out of no where and BAM, massive windshield damage. I called my local Toyota dealer and was quoted about $900 for the windshield and another $200 for labor. It was of course silly of me to even think that the dealer price would be reasonable. So my wife and I made a few phone calls. All American gave us a quote over the phone. He said he ran out of my models window type but that he would have it first this Monday morning. True to his word Monday morning the part was there. The guys at All American were courteous and friendly. The window was replaced in less then an hours. Couldnt tell the difference between what they installed and what was originally on the car. The tinting was the same, sun blocker behind the rear view mirror was exactly the same. To make a long story longer All American got the part quickly, fixed it even quicker, and the price was about 10% of what Toyota quoted me. Going to bring my old car so they can fix the electric window that isnt working right.Oh one last thing. I read a review from someone that said all the glass is made in china. Well I looked at my windshield before they put it on. And it was made in OHIO.

Last week I went into All American Auto Glass to install my windshield and the service was amazing they not only installed a brand new windshield but it was the exact same one ! But at an affordable price . I defiantly recommend them to all my friends and family .
