Been here twice for passenger side window replacement of my Toyota Camry ( unfortunately my car got broken into twice within a month). I have a busy schedule, and the owner German was able to schedule me the same day on both occasions. The work has been excellent and the price is very reasonable, with or without insurance.It’s a pretty busy place, but they are efficient without compromising the quality of work. It usually takes less than 20 minutes to install a window. I remember the second time I was there they were so backed up that I’d have to wait for more than 2 hours at the shop. But German was kind enough to drive me home, and then picked me up after the job was done. The business owner obviously cares about their customers! I highly recommend this place, and I’m glad I picked somewhere with positive (and genuine) online reviews!

This is my second time here, these guys took care of me the first time, and they took care of me this second time. Great prices, great service, easy going guys.Had my Tacoma truck windshield replaced last year, havent had any issues with the windshield, no leaks, no cracks.Now getting the sedan done, Im sure it will have no issues either.These guys do windshields, window tinting, and actuators.They have a nice spacious lobby to sit in and wait in the AC while your vehicle is getting done.I would definitely recommend these guys.Thank you!

I’m so glad I found this place .. needed a new windshield on my sprinter rv.. the quote they gave was just incredible .. the same exact windshield I almost got at another windshield shop .. I think the owner is rude. I went it for a quote, he originally gave me a quote of $225. Later on, when I called a couple weeks later he quotes me $250 for a windshield replacement. The price somehow went up an extra $25 dollars for no reason. I am glad I did not do business at this shop. Shop around there are much better places out there that will not try to nickel and dime you.

5 Star Auto Glass gave me the best price and the fastest options, I called their location at 11:30 am on a Friday and had my SUV serviced the SAME day at 3:50 pm. The glass is crystal clear and it fits in perfectly. They even got my college parking pass from my old windshield and carefully put it on the new one; this was a task I had completely forgotten to ask for but received anyways. if your looking for a detail-oriented and amazing window service, 5-Star Auto in Riverside is the place for you!

If youre looking for honest customer service and reasonable rates I truly recommend Chief Auto Glass. The service from Casey was excellent! He listened to what I was needing for my car and even went out of his way to make sure that they had a couple of windshields available since I was not sure as to what style was required of my vehicle. His patience was greatly appreciated! I will definitely go back!

Great prices and great customer service all around. They did limo tint to my cars side and rear windows for only $120 out the door. It took them around 50-60 mins to finish the job. Overall great business that serves the needs for their customers.

I had a crack in my windshield, so i called a few places in Riverside trying to find the best price to replace it. After calling a bunch of places and getting quotes, Chiefs Auto Glass had the best and affordable price. The same day I called, they said they could take my car in so I went down. It took them about 45 minutes to finish everything, and they did an excellent job. All the people working there were very nice and answered all the questions I had about what not to do because of the new glass. These guys are the best... and i highly recommend using them.

I went in to get my broken window fixed and didnt even put it on right now when i roll my window down it pops right out of place and now when i tried to go back to tell them they didnt seem to care

Fast and inexpensive, but left broken glass inside the door which you could hear crunching the first five or six times I rolled it up and down.

The owners of this shop were very accommodating and professional. They were able to quickly replace a broken window within the hour. They were very friendly and provided a comfortable place to wait for my repairs to be done. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car windows.

Chief was awesome! My boyfriends truck was broken into over night and so we moved it to my company garage until we could get it repaired.Chief auto glass came out promptly and took care of everything while I was working- I didnt even have to move the truck they re parked it and did the repair right in the garage in under an hour. Knowing nothing about cars he definitely made me feel comfortable and gave me detailed explanations of the whole process. They even gave me a coupon for a free windshield repair :) I will call them god forbid this happen again!!

I just love the tint job on my car! I used to think it was dark enough to keep my car cooler in the sunshine, now its sooooo much better. There was a chip/crack in my windshield that was also fixed, and now you cant see it unless you are really looking for it. The service was fantastic, and it was done so professionally and fast. Affordable friendly and on time

This place did a good job on my window tint but they scratched my car, when i told them that they scratched my car they said no we didnt do it. My car is a 2019 lexus is sport and i hadnt even had it for a week, the scratch is a blade scratch so come on really, they said they would check their cameras and call me back but of course they havent called back. All the guy told me was look this is how i do my job so there is no way i did it. Horrible place to take responsibility for their mistakes, i will not recommend anyone go there. Im sorry you lost my business!!!

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and still waiting 2 hrs 45 mins before the tint was finished. When theyre done tinting the Windows they ask you to look at your vehicle. The installer left window tint solution, or whatever they use to install the tint, all over the leather seats in my brand new car. I just got this car 3 weeks ago. Brand new. One of the Windows had a gap between the edge of the window (It was fixed... 30 mins later.) It was clearly not cut and/or installed properly. The installer should have fixed it before presenting the car as completed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR WINDOW TINT. The only reason I gave a rating of one star is because the price was fair when getting local tint quotes. Otherwise they would get no stars. You get what you pay for :(

Walked outside to see a huge crack running down my windshield of my Chevy Tahoe, due to a rock hitting it when I was driving on the freeway. I called a couple places that gave me outrageous prices, and couldnt guarantee a replacement the same day. I called Chief Auto Glass and they said they would have my windshield + installation covered as soon as I needed it. So I drove my car there same day, and Chief replaced it in less than 45 minutes, On a side note, these are some of the nicest installers Ive ever met, no b/s, and very fast and efficient. Not just after your money. That goes a long way in my book. I will most definitely recommend them to everyone I know, hands down. Can’t beat the price and service! Thanks Again.

The worst customer service I have ever had! The guy hung up on me when I asked to speak with the owner. This guys said he was the manager, which is a disgrace to any type of management because the way he handled my call was pathetic. He wouldn’t listen to me and just kept saying it’s not our fault.I got a tint job from this company a couple years ago and now it’s bubbling up. I called to have a conversation about the “Lifetime Warranty” and they refused to do it because they are supposedly under new ownership. Their claim to not be responsible is completely false. They now blocked my number because now when I call it goes straight to VM. What a huge disappointment.

These guys did a great job on repacing my windshield . I had a chip in front windshield . That eventually grew to a crack. I called To be replaced since it was on The drivers view . I was happy To hear That . Their guote was less Than I wasexpecting To replace . it with a brand new windshield . They were fast and professional . and even offered me a $10 discound for liking Them on facebook . on my phone gret customer service .
