A very disappointing experience. Being a regular customer should come with some perks. Not a lot but if you forget your mask I dont think its too much to ask for the store to provide it when theyre buying it in bulk. This Vons made me pay $0.99 for disposable mask that doesnt cost more than 0.02 at least thats my two cents.Dont take this the wrong way everyone should mask up. But when you forget your mask its nice when the people youre giving your money to help you out.

I find the environment and staff at Vons to be exceptional, the staff is very courteous, kind and respectful, there is one thing that corporate needs to do, and more lighting around the building, especially to the front of the building, also there need to be more strenuous security, due to people just bringing in there pets that are not service animals, Im a animal lover but the grocery store is not the place to just bring in any animal, other than some minor infractions that occur on a daily base at this location, this Vons has some of the most loving people, the store is very very well maintained.Sincerely,D.F GilbertI do praise the staff.

I used the self checkout today and the customer service was TERRIBLE! I work 60+ hours as a store manager and I have throughout the entire pandemic. I came in without a mask because I am medically exempt. We shopped without anyone asking me to put on a mask or mention that they were required. I would have respected her asking me to put on a mask. However I came in and she said to me, “Next time you come in you have to wear a mask. If I can wear one for eight hours than you can wear it for five minutes.” The level of disrespect I experienced in this store was enough that I will never spend money at Vons again nor will my two friends who were with me. They were appalled at the attitude we were given. As a store manager, I would have terminated anyone who treated a paying customer with that disrespect. That is NOT customer service. Pandemic or not you treat your customers with respect. If I could rate less than one star I would.

I got home after a recent shopping trip to find a good ¼ of the food I bought was expired. A few items werent just slightly past the expiration dates, but so far beyond them that it became apparent that the reason I never see anyone stocking or rotating items anywhere in the store, no matter what time of day I go, is because they either dont do it or do it so infrequently that I got spoiled items from every department in the store. Bread was moldy, onions were soft and mushy in places, the guacamole from the deli as well as the beef chili were expired. The chili was over a month past the expiration date. I was so freaked out after taking several bites of the rancid guacamole that I threw almost everything out. In their defense, when I called to let them know to go have someone remove all the expired items before someone actually got ill, they did offer to trade everything out or issue a refund. I never went back, to even get my money, I was so furious and grossed out.

The West Coast version of Safeway. Definitely a convenient location but could use a little sprucing up and perhaps a indoor redesign as the floor plan feels crammed and a bit outdated.

Terrible experience. No carts. Except 50+ with out of service signs on the roof. No one in the bakery to get previously ordered cake. No suggestions on how to get cake ice cream etc to check out. Three staff told me to go get a cart. Duh! No offer to get one for me. I saw many shopping carts being used by staff. Maybe they could have “staff” carts.

Ice cream restock sitting in the aisle very soft, some near _, liquid. No one around. Mentioned it to an employee and were told its OK, someone is taking care of itWell, the ice cream we wanted was too soft to buy and eat safely.Produce was a mess, rotten apples in the bins.

One the the most OUTSTANDING VONS that I have shopped in a long time. Extremely well stocked and organized just moved to the neighborhood and Im very well pleased that this is close and convenient. The staff is quite knowledgeable and very helpful.

Costumer service is non-existent! The amount of people hanging around entrance, homeless or otherwise, is a serious issue. I would not recommend this location. Ralphs on 4th street and Smart and Final on Redondo, are much cleaner, easier access and nobody loitering in the entrance. Oh, parking at Vons is on the roof top! Would not recommend!

Come on weekly basis. It is pleasant place to shop at, easy to park with plenty of parking space. Bakery, deli section offer good selection. Plus lots of beers and wine to choose from.

Still clean still nice. But if you and a friend are paying separate let them know otherwise they make assumptions as anyone would. I love the fact they have a wide selection of non-milk milk beverages for the lactose intolerant.

Too popular for my preferences. Look, the store is doing a good job, but the people who shop there are clueless about boundaries and personal space. I wish the store would allow me to use the S.N.A.P. to pay for their curbside pickup service so that I wouldnt have to go in there, but they wont allow it.

I live near Vons. It is clean, has a classy set up and they got rid of the mean person so everybody is customer friendly. Its the only social scene I can handle right now. They have everything.

I’ve always liked this Vons, although parking is horrible. The new floor design is much easier to browse, but they still need to redo the signage so that we can find items. The liquor section is also much better than it was before. My only suggestion would be to assign someone to clean the carts consistently. Prepare to bring your own wipes.

Generally good. Except every time I shop there, they are always out of certain items. I get so disappointed sometimes.

Vons is fine. Atlantic and Broadway is neighborly, orderly and staffed with fine folk. Everything is fine!

So I normally like this Vons for shopping in-store. Today I decided to try their pickup service. Ordered it at 1 pm for it to be ready to pickup 5-6 pm. At 4:45 I get a call saying it’s going to be late and asking if I wanted to cancel. I appreciated the call and told them it was no problem, I didn’t mind it being late if she thought it was for sure going to be out by the end of today. She said by 8 pm. At this point, I probably should have just canceled, my bad. At 7:30 I’m getting nervous so I call the store to see what’s up. Just got told that it wasn’t going to happen and that my order was canceled. I am shocked that no called me to let know that the food I was waiting for wasn’t coming. I waited almost 8 hours and I would have gone to the store ages ago if I had known. I have no issue with them having computer problems and not being able to fulfill the order, but be upfront about it, don’t make promises you clearly weren’t going to be able to keep. Other grocery stores in the area seem to be more on top of pickup/delivery services.

The management needs to learn how to staff. The lines for the registers are way too long making the wait unbearable. The service deli has 9ne person during their busy time. I left there after shopping only to find the waits are too long. Aint nobody got time for that. I did return all my refrigerated and frozen items but other items stayed in the abandoned shopping cart. I wonder how many managers were sitting in their office.

Love this store! Im there at least 5 times a week, always well stocked and the staff is always super helpful and friendly

Caring management, security, customer service as well as pharmacy I always feel safe welcomed and appreciated. There is more than one way to get to this location around town. I must suggest taking time to drive and cross the street safely. Transit buses are also along this route. Stay safe.

Worst Vons you will ever go to. Constantly out of stock on common items. Poor produce, extremely long register lines, cant select your own liquor bottles. Very rude staff as well. Avoid at all costs.

This is a great Vons with a great staff and a very clean store, despite doing a large volume.

This Vons is always well stocked on all of their wares. They have an expansive selection of wine, craft brews and assorted liquor. There is an in house deli and sushi bar, along with a bakery where you can order custom cakes. They also have a decent floral area with a pleasing selection of flowers. There is also parking upstairs from the store. the only problem with this store is the homeless that hangout in the front of the store. The store security keeps a handle on the situation, but they keep coming back and causing problems now and then. all in all, this is a great place to shop...

Have always had a great shopping experience here at Vons over the years. The only thing I noticed is they are generally a bit more over priced then other market stores in the area. Because of that, I will still mark them. 4 star. Other markets in the area sell same quality products and are family owned and way cheaper. 150 dollars in groceries here is like 3 days of food compared elsewhere
