This is where I get that hometown feel. Even if presently undergoing some minor improvements it still is the most complete location for me.

Very clean and quiet place. I dont know why I avoided coming her so much. The fruits were fresh, there plenty of variety of the chips and snacks, everything is clean and stocked. I genuinely enjoyed shopping here.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. We are from CT and they put in the loyalty card for us so we could get the sale price. Thank you!

I like Albertsons. I think the parking lot needs a trash sweep maybe every hour. the employees customer service is okay. the cashier @ money services needs to work on her customer service. (a black lady). my first impression of her was she didnt really want to help me. not friendly. didnt really say much. I dont appreciate being in a place where i feel Im not welcomed.

This is a great store. Lots of quality products stocked in an orderly fashion. Isles very clean and the workers are outstanding. Customer service here is one of a kind. I will definitively return to this store next week to do my weekly shopping.

The physical space is larger than most and spread out. The produce, meat, seafood, and bakery sections are adequate. There is a seasonal section that is quite nice because of the different items offered. Parking is easy to find and access from three (3) different directions is great.

This Albertsons is too expensive for how poorly kept it is. This whole shopping center feels like its falling apart, and I dont think Ive ever been to Albertsons without being solicited by a homeless person outside. Theres always a long line, no matter when you go. Its not uncommon to see the self-checkouts closed, and only one register open during the busiest hours.This is the closest grocery store to my house, and I drive all the way up to the Ralphs on Carson to avoid shopping here.

Awesome easy to find what I needed they are so organized and well stocked with plenty of lines for smooth check-out. And its pretty nice size store.i love the fresh produce and seafood.

It’s not the worst store but definitely not the best. It’s the type of store that really doesn’t have everything I want but does enough of it for me to come back when I just need a few things. It’s also the type of store where I stop by on my way home from working my 10th day in a row on 4 hours of sleep and decide I need a few extra things while I’m inside and end up spending an extra 5 minutes holding 10 different items in my arms because they only hired 2 cashiers and closed all the self checkout lines for no reason.

I love this place ..Im from Florida & Albertsons is one of my favorites...GREAT SERVICE & PRICES ....WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED THAT THE LOTTO MACHINE WAS OPERATIONAL, HOWEVER THERE WERE NO LOTTO SLIPS ON HAND TO FILL & PLAY ...WHEN I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE, THEY HAD NO CLUE & EVEN MENTIONED THERE WAS A TICKET STAND, BUT NOT THERE AT THE MOMENT 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Im debating between 3-1//2 to 4 stars. Overall its a very nice place. Customer service is good but the lines are ridiculous. Now that the worst of the pandemic is over restrictions have been lifted yet I the larger almost as bad as they were when we did have restrictions.

Went to rent the rug doctor and now I need a doctor. Lol (my back)I was assisted by a gentleman named Terry who was delighted to help me after 2 other employees passed me around! The last person asked him to do it and he didnt even hesitate as he was literally clocking in from lunch. She told him she didnt know how to do it but didnt go with us to learn how. Anyway, his efforts were greatly appreciated and the other two employees, not so much! No biggie tho, I just want people like Terry (who was an elder gentleman too) but willing to take the lead to get the recognition they deserve and not go unnoticed in such a big corporation. Heck!I wish he was an employee of mine when I needed good employees. I only got people like the first two female employees that didnt care to help. The first one I ask was talking/interrupting another cashier, cause it wasnt work related 🤷🏾‍♂️ then after she noticed me standing there patiently to not interrupt her conversation, she passed me off to the closest employee who couldnt even do it, and wouldnt even tell her she couldnt, or go with the guy she got to do it for her!! Crazy..

Lady at the customer service desk has no customer service at all. I was calm and cooperative trying to understand what went wrong with my receipt. She had no patience, was getting passive aggressive and did not like to solve problems. She called the manager immediately which I was ok with, but then the manager started getting rude, finally looked at the camera...ended up being a miss understanding. Manager still remain ruded..as for the customer service lady, she started accusing me of being conflicted when I was not even close, I was patience and cooperative. The problem was already solved, why was she still talking?? Maybe she was trying to cover up her unprofessional behavior. I dont know who thought giving those ghetto ladies those positions was a good Idea but they need lots of training that requires patience, understanding and great communication. Never coming back again

You will be standing in a huge line FOREVER trust me EVERY time that income here there are only 2 cashiers working they never have anymore then that the line will wrap around and still they take their sweet time

Theyre by far one of the grocery stores with the highest prices. Or they knew no others would be opened on Christmas so they price gouged. I just bought get over items until the others open tomorrow.

I like Albertsons but theyre always out of my favorite energy drink. you would think they would have it when its the most popular one Rockstar original in the red and black can. Most of the employees are very nice. There is one manager that got a little huffy with me one day because I wasnt moving fast enough in the line but Im disabled so you think she would be a little more courteous.

A little expensive but they have a greater choice of foods than other stores around me. 😂

Store cashiers be talking too much. But that is one of the cleanest stores in Long Beach and the black security guard lady is awesome!!! cashiers need to be more friendly some of them have attitudes that’s not pleasant!!!!

Had An older female cashier watch us struggle with self check out, was very rude and impatient and most disrespectful woman ever, had accused us of stealing when we clearly paid and I had evidence on my bank acc of the purchase, we had to talk to security and eventually got our stuff that was bagged, dont goto self check out or this location.

Cheesecake is super expensive (not talking about the cheesecake factory one) but the clerk was nice and the security guard had such a great mood for being there at 7ish A.M.

Meat prices way up. Did find pack of meatballs $4 and minute steaks. Black cherries reasonable. Peaches smell good. Quick in/out.

Employees always very nice. A lot of the things that I like to buy are never in stock. For instant rock stars youre always out of the original kind. Occasionally or on a regular basis you are out of certain flavors of fancy Fancy Feast cat food.

This woman cashier was disrespectful and rude. She was rushing me and my dad. Speaking under breathe about me to another customer. This is the second time I’ve had her as a cashier and both time she was rude. Never going there again.

Very gritty looking out side with dangerous looking clientele. Clean inside with nice layout. Confusing checkout with multiple people directing me to go to different checkout stands.

The security guard didnt let me in because i was covering my face with a beanie. Forgot my mask for work today. Now I dont get a lunch even though i was covering my face. Makes no sense. Security guard should be fired.

Store hard to shop especially for sale items, and some were out of stock not a good store to shop at.
