Had some really cool LBC stuff. Good hats good designs. They dont have a lot of womens styles and sizes. Thats a huge market that youre cutting out not having more women stuff. Wife liked quite a few of the shirts but found the sizing not complimentary to female size medium.

I moved from Long Beach to Akron Ohio and never been here but took my wife to LA for her birthday and I had to make my way here great clothing for a great price. The key chains are a little overpriced but thats ok....

They have custom made clothing that say Long Beach on it I bought a cap that said 562 on it very nice cap I couldnt find one of those anywhere the sales people were very friendly and helpful

Decided to walk in for the first time since moving away from Long Beach 😔 grabbed a couple hats, shirts, stickers, ect. Then when i went to pay the nice girl asks if I had a LB tattoo and if I can show it to her. Kinda akwardly I pulled up my sleeve and she says cool you got 20% off for that. I left the store very satisfied and pretty much with a free hat after the discount. Will definitely come back and tell friends about it!

People that work there are awesome theyre kind giving and spend time with you unlike other shops that you go to they relate to us Long Beach folks that were born and raised here so I give a shout out to the store theyre awesome and I love them

The store is ok, the people are nice, but lets all be honest, the quality of shirts that they use is really cheap, the printing is cheap also. We all just go to represent Long Beach but honestly Im not gonna pay just for a logo on a cheap quality shirt, that after a few washes of normal use the logo starts to peel off

We went in and tried to buy a windbreaker but they did not have change for a $100 bill and right away they lost a customer. How are you going to run a store and have no change/money in the register for the customers? Are we supposed to go out into another store to get change? No.

As soon as I went in the store they bursted to laughter and when I left the fitting room the two girls laughed even harder. I didnt give them a reason to laugh but I strongly felt they were laughing at me. Idk seems very unprofessional.

I purchased a shirt online and paid with PayPal. I waited over a week and no confirmation that my order was ever received or shipped so I sent them an email and requested they look into it. I received a very unprofessional email sent by an anonymous iPhone stating they would look into it and get back me. I waited another week after no follow up and contacted PayPal. A few days later PayPal refunded my money. Worst purchasing experience. Ill never buy from Long Beach Clothing Company again. Im giving them 1 star because a 0 star rating is not allowed.

I placed an order online 1/28/15 and still to this day 6/24/15 have yet to receive my package. I have emailed several times and called the location about once a month, each time they take my name and number down and 0 response from it. Today i spoke to the store manager trying to just get a refund to be done with this company, and he gives me the run around saying his boss house burnt down and they are having a hard time, which dont get me wrong i wouldnt wish that upon anyone but it boils down to customer service. I dont understand how hard it is to issue a refund let alone just email me back to let me know something, anything! When i asked the store manager for a higher ups contact info he said he can not give it out i told him i want to speak to someone who can help. He said the best he can do is call the accountant who hardly answers his phone calls. I find it very disturbing they cant issue a simple refund after 7 months! So im assuming the way they are keeping their business afloat is by stealing customers money.
