Stopped by the shop today. Lisa, the owner was extremely friendly. She super helpful. She has a surfboard lesson also all rental available. Recommended!!!

Very friendly local shop. Team was able to resolve my issue quickly, and delivered excellent customer service! Will definitely be going back and encourage others for local skate and surf needs.

DO NOT GO HERE. Casually still waiting for my surf board that I dropped off June 3rd. Called at least 4-5 times. Going to finally come in today and demand my surf board back finished or unfinished. Complete no regard for belongings especially my dads old surf board that passed away when I was a baby. Was looking forward to at least one ride this summer but thanks to the guys at Moku that cant happen.

Terrible Customer Service PolicyBeen to this shop many times and have purchased everything from clothing to gear. The last time I was there I had purchased a mens t-shirt. It was on sale so I thought it was a good buy. I live on the west coast and visit Long Beach a couple of times a year. After coming back home on the west coast, Id noticed that the shirt had these sun-bleached stains on them. Id sent the shirt to to my sister-in-law to exchange it. They would not allow an exchange. The reasoning: the shirt was on sale because of the stains. No exchange or refunds for on-sale items. Mind you that they did not mention anything about stains when I originally purchased it. I should have inspected the shirt more carefully before purchasing it.Stay away from this store. It has an extremely poor customer service policy.
