Just went in looking for help with my 04 Allroad and I might have froze in Lalos presence had I stayed another minute!Maybe it was my older vehicle that was looked down upon, who knows, but Lalo Nuñez seriously could not have been any colder or more unwelcoming and standoffish!The thing is, many of us are vulnerable when it comes to possibly being taken advantage of where auto repairs are concerned, and we know it. Service departments know it too.Lalo and the Circle Audi Service Department made absolutely ZERO attempt to make me feel like they were interested in helping me solve my Allroads issues and that they were people who were friendly and could be trusted!Cancelling my appointment!
