They take way too long. I waited 15 minutes just to buy some tire shine and ended up putting it back on the shelf because I was tired of waiting. There was only one person in front of me. None of the other people working there came out to help. From now on Ill just go to Walmart 🤨

Wiper blades here you know because of rain was starting to pour and they had everything I want and I bought some oil and the few other gadgets my car needed employees with helpful super clean AutoZone and thats about it a great place to shop

The guy at the desk was not helpful at all, I showed him the part I was looking for my car and he brought it,when I asked him if the part would fit my car he just said... I dont know,this is the part you are showing me. He didt even ask what kind of car or year I was looking the part for.

Called on phone Ivan salesman was very thorough in what I needed had in stock at a very good price .I went in person 10 mins later and asked for him since he already knew what I needed brought them up to cash register and showed me how to instructions on back side I paid he was very pleasant to work with with him being there I definitely would go back.

GOOD SERVICE

I went there for windshield wipers. A gentleman helped me find the right ones and then offered to put them on. He ended up breaking two of them before finding the right ones and it took two hours to do something that should have taken 15 minutes. Also...you have to stand in,what is always a long line, before anyone will help you.

Had a bit of a mix up with my transaction, but management came in to help and got me through it easily. Great service and excellent selection.

They mostly carry only domestic car parts, not so much for exotics. They are not the best value either. For instant I was shopping for a new radiator. AutoZone price $160 right now-today.....Another vendor online $40 with free shipping (3 days later) . If you cannot wait you pay dearly. They wouldnt price match either. I waited..fuggem!

Outstanding staff here, they gave me a great recommendation for which wiper blades to get and even helped me put them on without asking them to!

Not consistent in their warrenty practice. Lose data to easy, some prices are higher then dealers. Long wait in line when more clerks are available. Over price parts.

If your doing a exchange you have to get into one line then another for purchase. Both lines long, we ended up waiting 45 min for a $5.99 purchase. No one had any customer service skills. Bad experience.

This place is one of the only autozones that stays open late in the area. The guy who helped me went outside to check my battery way past hours and was super helpfull when when it came to trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. I wish i would have gotten his name. The only bad thing was that the manager here is a bit on the rude side but i understand since it was pretty late at night.
