Always friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable staff, I usually go here over other parts store because of the staff. I had a staffer one time offer to deliver me the correct part immediately if the one he sold me did not work.

I went there for a part for my car and the lady went way out if her way to make sure I got one! This is by far the only place I go to get parts. Bless the women that gave me the best experience.

Good parts

I had my battery tested May 3, 2020. It came out “good” but I decided to drop it off May 7th to get it on the trickle charger. I came back 3:50pm the next day to pick it up. Jacob tested the battery and it came out lower than the first test! It wasn’t until I said “I don’t believe this battery was even charged” that he responded with “it was on the charger, it was just yellow, not green. The manager then commented that “it’s a 2016 battery, ours have 2-yr warranties.” ...at that helps me how?I have no issues with Jacob, but I am upset that neither of them owned up to admitting they just failed to put it on the charger. The (lady) manager there was also the one I dropped it off with the day before. And for her to comment that the battery is out of warranty meant absolutely nothing. If you say I can leave it overnight to get a better charger then I expect that to be so. And if you just forgot, say it and move forward instead of avoiding your mistake.This won’t stop me from coming back for purchases. I just no longer trust their services at this particular store.

Lady was very helpful and nice which was better than my last visit. When a more mature lady waited on me she was rude and seemed to hate her job. Although the man working that day was very helpful with my window wipers.

Sales associates were ready with any question I had. So much so I was followed throughout the store. As the only customer I appreciated the prompt service ready banter and willingness to please.

I was having trouble finding the right part to get my car fixed, but they took great care of me and found exactly what I needed to get my car fixed by a local mechanic. It saved me so much money not having to go through a shop. It took a bit of time for us to find the part, but they were patient with us and it was greatly appreciated. I will say their prices aren’t as good as O’Reillys, but I will definitely be back if I need parts in the future and can’t find them elsewhere (which was the case in this instance).

I need a few important parts for my personal vehicle and we didnt have a single one in stock. In fact, I have to special order almost all of the things I looked up. Not a Monday worth a damn thing!
