I had a great experience, The staff & Doctor were great.While I was trying on contacts, a patient walked in, Thanking the Doctor, explaining how he saved his life. I wont go into detail because its none of my business, but stuff like this is a miracle to witness. Great place.

My first time at HD Optical Experience! My appoint was right on time! Meet Dr.Nash wow amazing young man, he listened carefully what I had to say about my vision.he then looked at my eyes not hurry and get me out of there! He did so many tests and was very concerned with my left eye but by the overall testing was somehow explain what I should do for my left eye at home! I was there approximately 1hour and half during my exam! Wonderful young DR very knowledgeable and down to earth! The young ladies up front where very helpful picking out my frames! The whole stuff are wonderful very polite and helpful! Dr.Nash is awesome for what he takes he time explaining everything to you! Ive been going to this location since before Dr.Nash . I must say I was a fan of the old doctor so I was hesitant when a new one came on board .I have been thoroughly pleased with doctor Nash since day one.Ive never left a review before but after today I couldnt resist ... After 4 years with no appointments as soon as I walked in the door I was recognized and welcomed with open arms. Dr.Nash AND his crew treat you like family not only that he is a wonderful doctor and you will not leave here unsatisfied I guarantee it ...... I highly recommend Dr Nash hes the absolute BEST ...

Dr Nash did a thorough job in examining my eyes. He takes his time and answered all my questions. He has a caring spirit. Both my husband and I went in for eye exams and my husband needed new glasses. Elizabeth was very helpful and we got his new glasses in a sort amount of time. Would recommend HD Optical to all our friends & family!

Dr. Nash is THE BEST! He has been my daughter’s Optometrist since he was a student dr. In Eaton Rapids. He is knowledgeable, patient and works well with kids. I don’t know what we would do without him!

Everyone was so nice, and not fake nice. I felt welcomed. Also they dont charge ten bucks to tell you your pupilary distance like the other glasses joints in town.

Just had my first visit with Dr. Nash and I can say by far it was the best eye exam I have ever had. He was really welcoming and friendly. He did a great job and even was able to help me find a good pair of glasses for a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

My daughter Pamela & her son Julianni are both patients of Dr. Nash for quite a few years & they love him. He has a great personality he is honest and takes that extra step to help his patients. The first time my grandson saw him thats all he could talk about when he got home. Not only is he great at fixing you he is also very informative & will try his best to answer any questions. I recommend Dr. Nash to anyone who wants a doctor who cares.

Dr. Nash is a friendly guy who wants to do a good job and help you. The office is clean and presentable.

I drove an hour and a half all the way there for an appointment and just because I was running nine minutes late due to a traffic jam that was a result of an accident they told me that I would have to reschedule that it was too late. I called before I was late at that. Ive never had a place do this to me. They also dont ask you if you need help finding the place or warn you that your eyes will be dialated. It was a sunny day so that would have been a nightmare if I didnt know they were going to do that. Luckily Ive had an optometrist do that to me already without warning me and I had never had my eye examined until that day so I know all about driving in sun with dialated pupils and no sunglasses.If this place is so busy you have to schedule months in advance and they cant be flexible if your late due to a situation you could not help and do not have a record of lateness with them then they dont need your business. Go elsewhere.

Conveniently located, great customer service and Dr. Nash is a real trooper!
