Yesterday I received 4 pair of glasses from eyemart express in e. LANSING. Victoria was my sales representative. She helped me choose very attractive frames that STARTED AT $20. EACH. And have a 1 year guarantee. 1 were readers, 1 was bifocal sunglasses, and the other 2 regular bifocals. I was surprised that they were ready to pick up In 3 HOURS. Because my husband was a veteran i also received a military discount. MY TOTAL BILL FOR ALL 4 PAIR WAS ABOUT $130. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CALL VICTORIA IN E. LANSING IF YOU NEED GLASSES.

I was in Eyemart today, and had the best experience. I was helped by a very busy associate named Jamie. Not only was she fast, but the knowledge she has of all of glasses/prices is astounding. I shopped over 3 weeks and went to no less than 10 stores. Ready to give up when I got to eye mart express at west Saginaw location and was Lucky enough to have Jamie help me.. This women was so on point and knowledgeable, a true breath of fresh air. She made this process so easy and enjoyable. Not only that but pointed out the great value I was getting and she was also right about that. Her attitude expressed that she truly cared right from the right look to the right fit to the right price. Very detailed and professional. Everyone should go see Jamie. I asked if she was the manager and she said no, but had worked there a long time. Someone please make her a manager because she is just that good. If I still owned my past businesses, I would steal her away in a New York minute!!!

First few days after COVID and had all the new expectations explained for my visit. The optician was very thorough and most genuinely professional I’ve seen in over 10 years. I feel my exam was worth it’s value. The glasses were easy to try on & I appreciated having my own basket to place them into as I tried them on so they could be cleaned in between customers. Good valued and great service.

Went to a different eye care location just simply because i wasnt sure how to pick a great place for exams and lenses. Everything went great until that spot added not one but 2 $30 fees for the lenses and frames and was calling these fees supplies and materials fees. My insurance covered the glasses and exam but not these fees? I decided to take my prescription to go and sat it on the back burner. A couple of weeks later a commercial came on TV for eyemart frames $20. I figured a sham and when i get there out pops all these fees but-NOPE!!! No hidden fees or agendas. I got an awesome representative in the store that not only showed me what i asked for but also went on to tell me about there $20 frames that were buy one get one free. The value frames even compared to the more pricey ones that i liked. There were many to choose from. I got 2 AWESOME pair of glasses with cases for $20 bucks. Thanks Eyemart Express. You made me see it all so much clearer.

This was my first visit and it wont be the last. They were more than helpful - very patient while trying to get prescriptions faxed over from LO Eye Care. Glasses were finished in a timely fashion. The prices are more than fair. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for all three of my daughters (6 pairs total) for the same cost as ONE pair from the other place (listed above....). Great staff, great customer service.

I was expecting to get a decent priced pair of glasses. Advertised 2 pair of progressive for $76.00. Told my prescription wasnt in that price range. Spent over $400 for 2 pair of glasses. I live an hour and a half from there. They said they would mail them to me. I received a text 9 days later saying they were in. I called said they would be mailed that same day, they were so sorry no one had seen the note to mail them. It is now a week later still no glasses, so I called back. They said I still had a balance and when I proved I didnt said they would overnight them to me. Jamie was very good today, she promised I will have my glasses tomorrow. We shall see. Unfortunately because of so many issues I will not be going back.

On multiple occasions in the past year, I have gone to Eyemart Express for all my eyeglass needs. The handsome and well-dressed manager, Nick, as well as his great team members have gone above and beyond to help me have the glasses I need to see with a couple of times on very short notice when had lens damage or frame damage sustained at work. My initial experience was great here. Came in for contact lenses paid a total of $80, $5 for copay, and $75 to order the contact lenses. Then I call back and Im told the $75 was just for the lense fitting, so I paid a $5 copay for my exam and $75 for a lense fitting?! When the left lense for my eye that has a stigmatism wasnt even the right prescription, 2 notches down from what I was supposed to have from when the ordered lense came in is what the doc told me. So I still have to pay for my lenses. I shouldve just stuck with Americas Best, been going there for years. Total rip off but hey you live and you learn.Update: To the owner who said I should contact the office, I did. The doctor was amazing just not info I received when I called in to office to have it resolved so there ya go.

Went in Saturday with script bought glasses then was told machine is down so couldn’t cut lenses so was told they’d be down Monday. Called Monday said still wasn’t up and running and it would be Tuesday so again called Tuesday said was still broke and they were gonna call manufacture about machine but was told they were gonna take them to another store to use there machine to do them. So I gave them till Thursday and was told now that they won’t be done till next Wednesday btw just shy of 2 weeks so I asked the lady if my daughters were taken to other store to be cut and she said some where so I said can you check and her response was oh there not done and BTW she didn’t even ask for my info so how would she know that and all I got was a sorry and bye. Really liked this store and yes I understand things happened but the way it’s being handled and as a repeat customer not being treated the best I will never go back!!!!!!

It was pretty tough for me because I have the type ofvision Where you can’t get glasses in hour! Mine take about 7 to 14 business days. It was kind of unusual because it was a mistake on my glasses, but they made it right & I’m satisfied!!

This was my first experience going to Eyemart Express, and to say that I was amazed with the quality of the eye care provided though their associated Optometrists office, the astounding selection of highly fashionable frames, the NO PRESSURE sales associate, and the extraordinarily great price for the value I received would be an understatement. Less than $100 and an hour and a half from the moment I walked through the door, I had had a state of the art eye examination, two pairs of glasses (with frames friends and family keep complimenting on), and a sure knowledge that I will be back again. The glasses were fine, even brought them back for correction without charge. My experience with that was great. Wouldve given 5 star had it been if there were more employees to spread the work & tasks. Employees doing their best while short handed. (The West Saginaw, Lansing, MI location).One femal employee seemed hurried, which understandable due to circumstances. This employee though didnt seemed to know what to do or say when customer is unsatisfied & customer waiting lengthy time to be waited on. Professionally she should have taken my name & say she would call my name. I only came to see if glasses were ready as I was in town & didnt want to come back in later that day if they had been ready. She checked on computer & in the back & no they were not ready, that there is another 4-5 days yet before they could be ready.12 minutes later, were heading home & I get a text from Eyemart Express that my glasses are ready. I called & the same girl who waited on me answered. Explained myself & that she should remember me. The response was like a 16 yr old. Though she did apologize there really wasnt a need to.Iwent back, put the glasses on. I was waiting for readjustment but she only stood there waiting for me to leave it seemed. Im sure she could tell I wasnt satisfied.. more so with the lenses, they just didnt seem comfortable nor what I was expecting. Not a word from the employee.. just a smile, worrying about the other customers. I didnt have her attention for long so I didnt bother asking for her to make adjustments other than asking if they look alright, I did mention they seems odd. She said to give a few days & come back.Soon as I left I knew wed be back for return.. either the glasses or adjustments. Then I thought Ill just go to Walmart cuz they do that for free & new nose pads that fit. I wore them that day, Friday & half of Saturday. I went back the following Monday for new lenses. I walked in around lunch time & I was the only customer. 10 minutes later another 2 customers came in. I was there fitting the new glasses & asking for new nose pads.

They have a wide selection of frames available. Pricing was really reasonable for a pair of glasses, almost half of what you pay anywhere else. Nicole was helpful in measuring me for the two frames I selected. They promised glasses in 90 minutes and they were ready in less than an hour. Thats great service! an associate adjusted my frames when I picked them up and made sure that they fit well and the prescription was correct. Pickup was easy and quick too!Overall, it was a pleasant very low key transaction.

This was my first time having to wear bifocals the prices for 2 without the bifocal line was only $70 which is great !The customer service was outstanding they were wonderful fitting them and explaining what to expect from wearing bifocals. All around A great experience.
