Great store, have been going there for nearly ten years now. Great selection of new comics and a very wide selection of back issue comics, which is important to me as I collect a lot of older comics. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the owner, John. Sometimes you go to a comic store and find some new titles and graphic novels, and then a lot of statues, cards, toys, etc. Comic Exchange does have some of these other things, but the focus of the store is squarely on comic books, and thats a good thing in my eyes. The only negative that I could say is that some of the back issue books have been sitting in the front of the store for awhile, and could stand to be re-bagged.

Let me start by saying that Customer Service is one of my greatest pet peeves. I cant stress enough how utterly comfortable I was there and how well I was treated, It shows that they really love comics. I will eventually be moving to Atlanta and will still get my comics here! They are awesome, friendly, great customer service, & if they dont have it, all you have to do is ask they can get it for you, I Love the Staff there are some characters lol!Greatest Comic Shop in Knox! They really made a life long customer.

Excellent store with terrific selection, both new release and back issues as well as lots of trade paperbacks and hardbacks. Bill also does a lot of business with statues and collectibles, so its a great place to get those too. Yes, the building is old, but Ive been a customer of Bills for nearly fifteen years because of the great service and friendly attitude here. Its also worth noting that girls and women are absolutely welcome here and always treated politely, both by staff and other customers. No bad attitudes to be found here. If youre a regular customer with a pull list, you also get a discount on everything in the store, including collectibles. Its worth the drive to shop here.

Shopping here now for over 10 years. Owner always gets what Im looking for and works hard to keep good stock of new issues. Good back issue selection, toys and supplies.

Not a bad comic shop. The only reason I give two stars is marked up pricing on past comics and the smell. I had run behind on a couple of books and ended up having to pay $5 per book rather than the $2 or $3 they would cost usually. It doesnt seem like a huge mark up but it adds up quickly. Second, thus place smells like my grandmothers basement. I probably would have stayed twice as long had the place not reeked of moth balls.

My family and I love going to Comic Exchange. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very comic shop-y.

Awful customer service. Owner was cussing out someone on the phone. He refused to help me or answer any questions. When I tried to check out, it was like I was making him commit a crime. If he doesnt want my money or business then that wont be a problem
